Finally! Chapter one after a million years later! Are you ready??

Selena stared off into space, thinking hard on why.. why did it happen..? That bastard took years to defeat Giratina in the Distortion world just for revenge and didn't even flinch to know he was about to get killed by her rage. He was asking for a death wish... only wanting to make her suffer for what her Rayquaza did to him.

Dark... Shade... Shadow... they're gone. She clenched her jaw in anger, accidentally throwing objects across her room with her levitation. She held her head in pain, watching her tears fall on her lap

"Why..?" She shut her eyes tight "why did this have to happen..? Why..?" Shakily letting down her arms, she opened her dresser in her room back in her mom's place to stare at all the Pokéballs of her Pokémon wanting to come out to comfort her. It's too dangerous to them to come out... if she's not careful, she could lose them like she did with Ninetales

After the aura explosion, her Ninetale's Poké ball ended up missing. Not only was she going nuts about her friend's death, but her most bonded Pokemon was gone. She pounded on her desk, trying to get herself together. This happened 3 months ago... why? Why?!

"Big sister..." Selena flinched and stared at her baby sister walking into the room, ignoring the flying objects. Everything fell on the floor when Selena looked into her glowing green eyes turning from emerald to a lime green back and forth. Her unique color... She glanced around her room, shocked to see everything at ease

"Alex..?" Alex walked to her desk with a Glacidea flower in her hands "Alex... stop, it's too dangerous in here..." the boxes she had in the mansion were cramped into her room. Everything inside them flew around in a tornado until Alex walked in. Selena took noticed and stared at her sister climbing her lap "Alex..."

"What happened to your hair..?" Selena picked up the ends of her hair, staring at the ombré colored ends fading into her black hair

"I... dyed it..." she was trying to make it white like Shadows, but things lead to another... now it's a fated pink "does it look bad?" Alex smiled, shaking her head

"No! It's pretty" she can always count on Alex to make her smile. She gave her the flower "I had a dream that this flower was talking to me" flower? "It said to help you..." she took her shaking hand "we are bonded... you don't have to worry about your powers with me" she hugged her big sister. Selena raised her arms, shocked "because I can take them away when we're together" Selena was shaking bad. Tears were falling, but noticed nothing was happening. No bombs... no shaking building... no flying objects. She sobbed loudly and hugged Alex tightly, crying onto her shoulder

"Oh Alex... you're such a smart girl. I love you so much! Don't leave me... okay?" Alex smiled happily

"I promise!" Their mom knocked on the door, letting herself in with a frown on her face

"Selena..." she looked around the room. Selena stood up, putting Alex down and hurry to put everything back in the boxes, tapping them this time "is there something I can do..? I know I'd never been the one to help you when you most needed it..." Selena smiled softly, stepping away from the boxes and hurried for a hug

"I just need a hug, mom..." mom nodded and hugged her tightly. Selena could see the smile of Shadow's face appear on her mind. Shedding more tears, she knows there will never be a day when she'll forget what happened. She avenged their death... but still. They're gone

"The moving guys are here already, are you ready to see our new home?" Selena fluttered her eyes, staring at the tear drops on her lashes and backed away to walk to her laptop on her desk, pressing send on her email

"Ready as I'll ever be..." she gathered all her Pokémon in her bag and took Alex's hand to walk out her room peacefully, glad to know her sister's powers have paused her powers so nothing will go wrong on the flight. This wasn't how she wanted to leave... not like this. She planned on telling her friends in Unova first about the move in person, back in N's castle, but now she decided to write farewell letters to everyone of her friends she became close with, never telling where exactly she moved. Not even her cousin, Red, knew...

Red might not have a laptop with him. It's been years since she last saw him. The last she heard from him was after she returned from her adventure. He was the one who got her to meet Alex before she knew she existed. Even if he seemed fine then, his aura felt off... he didn't even attend Hilda's wedding, so she was told. He disappeared after she showed up. She's worried her to bits

Alex hummed happily during the plane ride, getting compliments from everyone about her eyes, while Selena wore her black sunglasses, leaning on her arm in complete boredom. Her mom took a different plane on a earlier flight, wanting to get everything settled and see her husband before the girls get there themselves

"Stay in your seat" she said, a little annoyed that Alex kept moving

"Okay, big sister!" Selena smiled and took out her laptop and opened it to make a video call. Her father asked to call this certain someone, so might as well since she's bored.

Upon opening the laptop, she noticed millions of emails ready to be open from her friends wondering what happened that day and why she was leaving. The news about the triads death went out immediately to the friend groups of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, and she had gotten emails since then, but she never bothered opening any of them.

Her eyes searched for a email from Red, but nothing was found. She exit off the site and typed in the address to call this certain man her dad wanted her to talk to. They must be friends back in the day like he mention before

The video call was finally answered by a tanned skin colored man in a lab coat... that's it. He didn't have a shirt on "what in the Distortion world..?" She muttered. Alex rested on her shoulder, wanting to know who it was, but her face wasn't shown on the camera

"Give me a second" he said. She sighed and looked up at a small tv screen on the ceiling of the plane, where a few people were staring at a fighting match of a masked man, shirtless, beating on some other guy in a mask. She looked at her screen and at the tv over and over... huh.

"Alright!" The man grinned "Alola! I'm Professor Kukui!" What kind of name is Kukui?

"A- what?" She raised her brow, unamused

"That's how we greet each other in Alola"

"I don't get it... Alola the region is a way to greet someone?" He fell, taking in the ridiculous question. She knew what he meant, but can't help a little joke to lighten up her flight

"W-well... at least you have a sense of humor" he fixed himself and smiled again "it's nice to finally get your call! I've been looking forward to meeting you since your dad told me about the move!"

"Yeah... how do you two even know each other?"

"Oh! Well I was traveling around the Kanto region in my younger days, competing in the indigo league, when I was in trouble. It was a life and death situation and Lunick was there to help me out! We became friends ever since!" Selena smiled, finding it funny how people knew him by Lunick instead of Marcus, his real name. It is used so much that it could be considered his actual name, but it's not like she had a need to use it at all

"That's nice to hear" Alex scooted up to make herself noticeable on the screen

"Hi!"

"Alola! Little one!"

"I'm Alex!"

"I know! I'm so happy to see you both! I wish I can say you have your parents eyes but..." he sweat dropped "you definitely have your father's hair and your mother's features"

"If only you knew" Selena snorted, leaning on her arm boredly "are my parents there yet?"

"Yes! They're getting everything ready and unpacked. I think your mother told me something about you buying a private island for your Pokémon?"

"Yeah, got that ready yet?" Since she already sold her mansion, she had to find some space to let her Pokémon roam free "I expect it to be big like how it looked on the computer screen"

"Oh trust me, I saw it and it looked nothing like the pictures" she raised her brow "it's much more amazing! I'm a little jealous! You... bought it yourself?"

"Yeah, what of it?"

"I mean, you're so young. I would expect the lottery money could make this possible, but it was yours" he chuckled "independent and open minded, I'm starting to like you already! Everyone here is looking forward to meeting you! The Alola region is known for having friendly people and take their time to find real bonds with their Pokémon!" She looked down at her key stone on her necklace, squeezing it in her hand "I'm sure you'll love it!" She nodded

"Look forward to seeing everything for myself. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us" he chuckled

"No problem! I hope you have a safe way he-" a scream came from his background

"Professor!" A girl ran across the screen, having a unique looking Pokémon biting on her hat, flying through the air as she ran around like a lune "help me!"

"Rockruff! What are you doing!?" The professor gasped. Selena stared at the new looking Pokémon she never seen before... she completed the pokedex of all the regions she's been to, but this region... that Pokémon... there's going to be a whole new set of Pokémon for her to meet. She clearly remembered about that life she left behind... seeing that Pokémon showed her exactly what she had done. Everything is going to be different, nothing will be the same again

"Big sister..?" Alex frowned. Selena sniffled and watched the girl continuously running around the place, freaking out

"Lillie! You got to calm down!" Kukui held his head, facing the screen

"Looks like you have some things to work out" Selena comment. He chuckled, sweat dropping

"I got to go. I look forward to seeing you both in a few hours!" This Lillie girl crashed somewhere pretty loudly. Kukui flinched, then sighed and reached for the screen "take care" he hung up. The sisters looked at each other before laughing. Alex stared at her sister's smile, taking her hand before closing her eyes to take a nap. Selena looked down at her before warming her smile and look out the window. This is going to be a whole new life... as long as she tries to forget what happen, nothing can happen. But... how can she forget?

Alex ran around a field of flowers, laughing loudly on her own as she enjoyed herself. Her eyes glanced to the side, seeing a few small yellow colored Pokémon and some of the same looking one with scarfs around their necks. She gasped amazed and reached out for one

"Cuu!" The completely yellow Pokémon cheered

"Bee!" The one with the scarf giggled and flew around her. Alex jumped up and down in excitement before running forward and fall straight to the flowers

"O-ow..." she whined, looking at what she tripped under. She gasped when seeing a small little creature with flowers growing out it's back, camouflaging with the field around them

"Y-you're..." she sat up to face the Pokémon facing her with a smile

"Alexandria..." it spoke "we meet again..." she smiled "have you helped your sister?"

"Yes! I try my best to stay by her side all the time!" She said with pride

"That's sweet and all, but you can't always do that" she frowned

"W-why not... I love her! She's my best friend!"

"Yes, young flower... I am aware, but she is also a young adult who is having a hard time finding herself. She's in pain... she might love you deeply, but there are things you just cannot do. The most you can do is support her" the field of flowers were suddenly filled with Glacidea flowers "these are the only things that can help her for now"

"What do you mean?"

"You share a bond with your sister. She is the source of your power, and you are responsible for putting her powers on pause. That same power are put into these flowers... find a way to keep these flowers on her side when she needs space" She picked a flower, bringing it to her nose to smell

"Big sister is always sad... I wanna help her" The small Pokémon smiled

"Being her sister is enough... you are so wise for your age. Please... take your flowers and gift her with them. The flower itself might break, so find a way to store it for her" it winked "I'm sure you're smart enough to figure it out" Alex stared at it before standing up and looked at the sky, staring at transparent figures flying through the sky. She got a glimpse of two small Pokémon. One with a long tail and another with wings, staring at the two. When she noticed, they smiled and flew off

"Those two... look familiar" she looked back down to look at the small Pokémon again, but it was gone "where it go?" she flinched when feeling eyes behind her and turned around, seeing a tall beast with ruffles on its back standing next to a familiar figure with white hair and grey eyes smiling at her. She gasped, startled awake, looking around the plane and up at her sister sleeping

"Shadow..." Selena mumbled in her sleep. Alex frowned and placed a flower on her lap before leaning back on her shoulder and fell asleep once again

The house was a large size with ready to plant soil in the front porch. There was a garage, and a patio on the second floor. This new house is much bigger than the one in Unova. Much more fancier and newer than the one mom tries her best to keep together. The two sisters stared at the new house in awe, holding hands and their own luggage

"Wow!" Alex cheered "it's so fancy! It's almost like the mansion!" Selena chuckled

"I don't think we can compare the two... but it's pretty nice" she looked around the neighborhood, noticing there wasn't much around but a large yard and a path to a town they must be a part of. Alex was impatient and raced to the soil in front of the house

"Let's plant something now!" She stuck her hands in the dirt

"Alex!" Selena groaned. Can't this girl keep clean for once?

"Come here! Come here!" She sighed and walked to her overly excited sister to hold her shoulders for contact. Alex's eyes glowed, exposing her usage of making her signature flowers appear in the empty patches around the house

"Much better!" She stood up, holding her hips with pride

"You're getting yourself dirty!" Selena glared. Alex laughed and looked at the front door opening, letting out the two parents holding each other

"Mommy! Daddy!" She hurried to give them the biggest hug in the world! Selena stood there, staring at them in awe. A small tear shed from her eye, feeling butterfrees fluttering in her heart. Everyone's together... for the first time in forever...

Dad looked up and smiled down at her. She sobbed loudly, dropping her luggage and attack everyone in a hug "welcome home" he smiled, kissing her head

"I'm home..." she sobbed "I'm home..." after all those years locked up in her room, this was all she ever wanted... for her family to be together like this. She's so happy...

All her boxes were in her new room. She sat down and started unpacking as much as she could into her desk and dressers. She had a bunch of little things that may clutter the place... the mansion was big enough to store many of her stuff, even her books, but even if this room was as big as her last one in her mansion, it wasn't going to hold everything she had besides her clothes

"I'm sure you're thinking the same thing I thought" mom walked in, looking at the stacked boxes that could reach the ceiling "what are you going to do? throw some things out?" She took out a photograph from one of the boxes and smiled "do you miss them..?" Selena looked down

"Yeah..." mom took out many photographs with different groups of friends from each region, to make every one stand out in their own pictures "but many of them lived in other regions anyways, it's not all that bad" mom stared at her staring at the floor

"What about the ones back home?" She turned away

"I never told them... I didn't tell anyone where I went" she held her head, remembering the time she went to the shadow triads funerals, but didn't want to see anyone so she watched from a distance. More tears fell from her eyes. Mom frowned and came down to hug her "mom..."

"I'm sorry dear... Shadow was a great man. Him and his brothers" Selena pouted and cried onto her shoulder. Alex and her dad peaked from the edge of the door, frowning and left as soon as possible to give them space. Selena smiled and backed away, putting the pictures back where they were and picked up the box of her most valuable collectibles

"I'm off now... I better find that island. Where did that Mohn guy say we were going to meet?" She asked herself. Alex made her way back to her room "oh, Alex. Come on, we're going on a small trip for my Pokémon to rest" Alex shook her head "huh? Why not?" She looked at her carrying a flower tiara

"I... can't go with you"

After a million years since the first story in 2014, I finally published the sequel everyone had been waiting for! It's 2017 and it's a new life Selena will be going through! It didn't take long to write this story because of how fast I finished Pokémon Sun! I wrote stories of every region and I had to find out how do I start one on Alola! Well, idk how I got myself to write the sequel, but I did it!

You don't have to read the prequel to read this one. I'll explain as much as I can in this book so you won't be confused. The first book is recommended to read, not required! The next chapter will be up in a few hours after I punish this, so get ready! The updates will be fast
