Everyone was told to have one small Pokemon with them at all times. that there was going to be a battle scene. gym leaders, Elite Four, Battle Frontier,champions, Battle tower trainers, etc. were all invited, including the pokedex owners and Pokemon professors.

They all gathered in the rocket base, it could fit 20 wailords. the dexholders had arrive with their formal wear and with their small Pokemon. although many didn't own small Pokemon that required the right height

Silver: Sneasel

N: red's Pika

Diamond: Munchlax

Platina: Cherrim

Blue: Porygon 2

Ruby: Poochyena

Pearl: chatot

Rosa: Selena's zorua

Many high class trainers did not have the right Pokemon. a small Pokemon would never really defeat other opposites that want to beat the gyms, battle towers,Pokemon league etc.. So they had no choice but to be part of the audience

"Hey, i got the papers on who are we going to fight! ready to know who we up against?" pearl asked waving around a paper

"I dont see why all this is necessary, small pokemon are getting hurt for entertainment..." N pouted

"This isn't really entertainment N, everyone here is angry at colress, they want him gone, hoping the champion will beat him, Selena, red and the rest..." hilda frowned

"Thats right! so no matter what! One of you has to win!" Hilbert said to the challengers

"I'll do my best..." Diamond said eating a bag of chips without a care in the world. everyone sighed at him

"Good luck silver! rescue our selena!" Gold grinned. silver slapped him across the head

"You dope! she's not ours! She'll never be!" silver blushed

"You know you like her..." gold scurried to behind crystal pressing his two index fingers together

"Lets just see who is fighting who" Nate said. pearl read through the paper

"...N, you're with Blaine, kanto's fire type gym leader" N didn't look to worried scratching pikas chin

"Rosa... you're with Gardenia, Sinnoh's grass type gym leader" rosa shivered excited

"Silver, you're with Clair, johto's dragon type gym leader"

"Piece of cake" silver grinned confidently

"Diamond, you're with Roxanne, Hoenn's rock type gym leader"

"I hope my munchlax can take her..." dia said eating his food faster

"Blue...you're with candice, Sinnoh's ice type gym leader" blue didn't say anything looking the other way

"Ruby, you're with Lucy,the battle frontiers main trainer" ruby gulped his spit

"And Platina... your against Lance... the top elite Four of Kanto..." platina bit her lips trying not to look nervous

"And i...um...WHAT!? MY DAD!?" Pearl shouted surprised

"Thats great! you get to finally battle your dad!" Leaf smiled

"I-i guess..."

"Don't sweat guys! you'll do fine!" Rosa smiled. they nodded ready for their challenges.

"Good luck Ruby..." Sapphire said shyly. he smiled brightly at her

First Round

"Welcome everyone to team Rockets base everyone!" colress announced. nobody cheered. he cleared his throat "anyways! lets make this interesting! if the one champion beats all my children, come out guys!" the 9 teens walked up the stage. many gasped at Red but some gasped at selena. some others gasped at the other teens "then i will retire from my title as king! but i don't think that it'll ever happen!" he laughed "let the battles begin!"

The big screen showed everyones opposites

First off Platina and Lance!

"If i don't win... i hope you can defeat this creep for me..." Lance said (platina's Cherrim beats Lance's Dratini) "you are quite skilled...good luck..." He walked away mysteriously

Rosa and Gardenia

"I worn you, I'm tough" Gardenia smiled

"Then this will be interesting" rosa smirked (Selena's zorua had beaten Gardenia's turtwig with a simple bite attack) "i guess you beat me!" Gardenia ran off smiling

N and Blaine

"Nice to meet you! That Pikachu certainly looks familiar with that scar on its ear!" Blaine said

"Indeed... nice to meet you also..."

(Red's pika had beaten Blaine growlithe) "i swear... i know this Pokemon before..." he walked off thinking

Silver and Clair

"We meet again.." she grinned

"Lets get this over with.." (silver's sneasel beat Clair's dratini) she ran off pouting

Blue and Candice

"Sup!" she greeted

"How are yah..?" he grinned (his porygon2 defeated her sneasel) "oh poo!" she pouted

Ruby and Lucy

"I havent seen you since emerald defeated me" she smirked

"Yeah well, he's off with his own life"

(Her snuckle defeated his Poochyena)

"I lost..?" his eyes were wide, he ran off the stage disappointed that he cant help Selena now

"Don't worry Ruby...at least platina, blue and silver won..they'll save Selena" sapphire comfort, he simply ignored her petting his dark Pokemon

Diamond and Roxanne

"Your normal type has no chance again my nosepass!" she smirked, he cried making him nervous (she defeated his Munchlax) he ran off crying to hilberts arm, which was awkward for him since they barley knew eachother

Pearl and Palmer

"Hello son!" palmer laughed

"Hello dad.." pearl laughed nervously

"I told you to call me daddy!" palmer faked cried

"Right..." pearl smiled awkwardly

(Palmers Dratini beat pearls chatot)

"I knew it...i'll never be as good as you and save everyone.." he dashed out the stage

"Son wait!"

Second Round

Selena stood there looking around the powerful looking trainers with eevee on her shoulders.when she saw rosa fight along side with the familiar Pokemon. She felt upset... when rosa was around, she felt a disappointment in her heart when it comes to battling

'Wake up...' Multiple voices called out to the 8 teens. they looked around them

"Something wrong?" colress asked turning to them. they shook their heads.

The screen showed the new opposites

Roxie vs. Erika

Lt. surge vs. Rosa

Morty vs. Silver

Blue vs. Lucy

Platina vs. Fannery

Winona vs. Cress

Roxanne vs. jasmine

N vs. Cynthia

Stevin vs. Palmer

Morty and Silver

"and so we meet again..." morty smiled friendly

"yes...indeed" silver smirked (silvers pokemon defeated morty's gastly)

"You did well...for a thief" he smirked. silver hissed

Blue and Lucy

They simply did not say anything to eachother (blue defeated Lucy in a heart beat) she simply walked away without another word.

Platina and Fannery

"Niceto meet you" Fannery smiled

"Nice to meet you also" Platina smiled back (Platina defeated Flannery within an hour)

"You..huff huff! fight good!" The two girls were tired like crazy

N and Cynthia

"You do relies you are going to fight a champion, correct?" she giggled

"I have not, but it doesnt matter, i once was a champion myself... thunderbolt!"

(N had defeated her riolu)

"Interesting..."

"Now for our third round!" Colress cheered. Everyone turned to the screen

Third round

Erika vs. Rosa

Silver vs. Blue

Platina vs. Cress

N vs. Stevin

(A/N: jasmines togepi and roxanne's nosepass had lost together)

Blue and Silver

"Looks like its you against me" silver grinned at blue.

"Looks like it" he grinned back

(A surprise blow had threw blues Pokemon out of the battle field, silver was the winner)

"Hmph!" blue smirked walking off leaving silver puzzled

Erika and Rosa

"Aren't you just darling!" Erika smiled

"And i love you kimono!" Rosa giggled

(Rosa defeated Erika's oddish)

"Good fight!" she shot a thumbs up

Platina and Cress

"Well hello miss" Cress bowed

"How do you do?" she curtsied

(Both of their Pokemon had feinted after 30 minutes)

"Guess i wont be able to save Stev.." cress sighed

"Pardon?" she asked

"Oh! nothing!" he lied

N and Stevin (elite four)

"Dont think i'll take it easy on you just because you beat sinnohs champion" stevin laughed

"Would dream of it"

(Both trainers were unable to battle)

Last round goes to Rosa vs. Silver

They both looked at the screen.

"Think you'll be able to defeat me as champion?" rosa asked

"Pla-lease, you have Selena's Pokemon. it'll be easy" silver spat. rosa shook her head

"What?"

"You're so mean to Selena..."

"So what? shes an ass" she flicked him on the nose

"Don't you dare talk to her that way..." she walked off. he rolled his eyes rubbing on his nose
