Rosa's p.o.v
"Miss rosa, we are here to pick you up" dark said appearing by rosa in her dressing room in the pokestar studio

"Huh? alright, I'm all ready" she smiled

"Why do you even have to dress up for the challenge...?" shade asked

"I finally get battle Selena, i waited so long, so why not make this memorable?" she said "thats why i texted Bianca and hilda to give her a makeover! It'll be awesome!" She laughed

"Okay?" dark rolled his eyes. "Planning to use you legendaries?"

"Gotta wait and see" she winked. they nodded and teleported her to the Pokemon league

Normal p.o.v
"Guys! i don't need this! what are you putting in my face?!" Selena complained as hilda puts foundation on her

"It'll make you look like a movie star!" Bianca smiled fixing her hair in curls

"Thats hot!" Selena complained more

"Stop complaining! Its not so bad! I'm top star in the Pokemon theater. Me and my Pokemon got use to it, and you will too" Hilda smiled putting mascara on her.

"Just...hurry up!"

"There!" Selena's hair was in beautiful tight curls, natural makeup, and a rose pink dress that was long in the back and short in the front. sleeveless and flowy, with white silky gloves

"What am i wearing...?" Selena sighed

"You know you love it!" Hilda pushed her back towards the others.

As soon as Selena was seen. the boys mouth dropped. including shadow and Cheren (which came out of nowhere)

Their faces flushed in red. N and Nate forces themselves to look away. while Hilbert, Hugh, shadow and cheren stared blushing

"Stop staring" Selena pouted. they did as told and turned to the side, except for shadow. who apparently grinned right after blushing and hugged her. now she started blushing

"Doesn't she look beautiful?" Bianca smiled

"Very..." shadow let go smiling. The other triad appeared

"The champion is ready..." shade said

"Okay..." Selena nervously said

"You'll be fine" shadow smiled

Selena was in a different room. the audience wasn't able to see the battle in action. only on screen. she stood in a golden room and had some cracks on the side. like something big broke in.

She stood there waiting for the champion. and there she was, her hair was light brown. it reached to her thighs. she wore a golden poofy dress that reached her knees. she wore black sneakers and held a ultra ball proudly,she had the most gorgeous blue eyes . Selena couldn't recognize her at first but eventually did

"Rosa??!" Selena shouted wide eyed

"The one and only!" Rosa smiled. it seems to Selena that it always surprised her on who was going to challenge her in the league. Rosa released a serperior

The battle took a surprisingly an hour. selena had beaten her (serperior,sawsbuck,galvantula, and chardelure) but she had two pokemon left. which will they be? Selena had two as well.

"Since we both have two left! double battle! what do you sat?" Rosa smiled. she send out her reshiram and kyurem

The two dragon Pokemon roared from the top of their breaths. Scaring the life out of Selena. She honestly hates being scared. She send out her eevee and her rayquaza, who never battled before.

Rosa was too excited. "Kyurem! use ice beam on the battle field!" Kyurem did as told, which didn't really effect rayquaza since it was flying, but eevee transformed into a glaceon. So she was now use to the ice

"Fly high rayquaza!" rayquaza flew crashing into the ceiling and flying so no one could even see a dot.

"Guess we gotta replace that again" Rosa sighed "reshiram! use fire fang!" reshiram raced towards glaceon, now a flareon. the attack didn't have much effect.

"Fire spin!" flareon spinned fire around Kyurem. it was now trapped getting more and more damage as the spinning continued

"Hang in there! reshiram! use crunch!" reshiram flew towards eevee. but she had turned into a umbreon and didnt take much damage 'unbelievable...how am i going to win this if eevee keeps changing forms...?" she thought

"Use shadow ball!" Selena ordered. umbreon formed a purple ball of energy and threw it on reshiram. "Go rayquaza!" Rayquaza flew in

"Oh no you don't! Blizzard!" Kyurem destroyed the fire spin trapped and hit rayquaza. making it land on the ground hard

"Rayquaza!" the battle was now going too fast for selena to keep up

"Reshiram! fusion fire on umbreon!" a huge orange fireball formed up and slammed eevee hard against the wall. she fainted. Selena hesitated but eventually returned her

"This is getting very interesting" Rosa grinned throwing her hair back.

"Use ancient power!" rayquaza hesitated but levitated rocks and threw it at reshiram

"Lets finish this! ice beam! full power!" kyurem let out a huge beam of ice at rayquaza. rayquaza fell hard frozen

"I...lost...?" Selena's eyes started to water looking down. rayquaza was returned.

"Im sorry Selena..." Rosa frowned. Selena continue to cry silently

"I...i don't even know why i even did this...it means nothing to me..." she whipped her tears away giving no expression. she send out her fainted froslass. which had very little energy to stand "lets go home...i'll give you all the berries you want..." froslass stared at her plain emotionless face. she couldn't remember the last time she gave a face like that...she now always had a smile, but now shes her ordinary self before she met shadow...froslass nodded and teleported back home.

"Selena wait!" Rosa called

"What happened?" shadow appeared next to her.

"She left...i feel awful...i mean... she gave no expression shadow! I'm sorry... Just when she was getting better!" Rosa worried. shadow patted her head

"Don't worry...i'll find her"

"Okay..huh? D-did you get a haircut?" Rosa asked

"Heh...yeah" he chuckled then disappearing

"Selena! Selena!" shadow called out in her mansion

"You shouldn't have came..." Selena said walking down the stairs with no emotion walking towards the door with minccino, vaproeon, and umbreon holding a basket. she was changed, her hair was combed out and her face was washed.

"Whoa whoa! where you going?" He asked blocking her path

"Find some berries, the Pokemon i battled with are very weak and tired. I gotta go..." she continued walking pass him

"Why cant you just take them to the Pokemon center?"

"Not happening, I'm not relying on some people to take care of my darlings, I'm leaving" she walked pass him

"Im going!"

"Whatever..." they walked towards a oran three in the middle of the forest. the walk was very silent, except for minccino, she was swinging from tree to tree smiling and having fun. she them helped pick the berries but ate some as she picked them. Vaporeon and umbreon picked berries with their powers to reach them on the top tree

"Why haven't you talked?" shadow frowned. she didn't say anything placing the berries in the basket "come on! you cant be mad at me..."

"Im not..."

"Then why havent you-"

"You cut your hair...i like it..." she said still with no expression. just blank. Trying to change the subject

"Thanks..." he touched the ends where reached his shoulders "i just thought i do it for a special occasion"

"Okay" she simply said. she finally filled the basket and walked off without him. minccino's mouth was full of orans but empty handed happy

"Please tell me why you are upset!" he snapped worried. she continued walking "is it because of the Pokemon league?" she stopped

"It has nothing to do with it..." she said not turning around

"Then what...? i don't like seeing you like this"

"Being beaten by Rosa made me realize that all that work was a waste of my time...it was pointless...you should have not have helped me when you first met me...you could have just let me challenge regular trainers and left it like that..." she started to walk

"Whoa whoa!" he appeared right in front of her stopping her. "what are you saying? you prefer that we never met? that rescuing us from team plasma was a waste of your time?"

She sighed "don't get me wrong...i like you all...but i don't want my family getting hurt again...its just not fair to them..."

"Selena, did you not see your Pokemon?" he held her shoulders. she tilted her head confused "they loved battling! Even lord N could see it when he saw the other challenges. Are you really going to stop doing all these great things so they wont get hurt?"

She passed his arm and walked towards the house "bye shadow...i need you to leave me alone for a while..." she walked and walked until she was gone. shadow stared frowning.

Absol came out of his ball. "what is it boy?" shadow asked still frowning. absol looked at the direction Selena walked.

Absol was the disaster Pokemon, he could sense something bad that was going to happen. he had appeared when ghetsis was going to battle hilda and when rosa was about to get stabbed by the ice dragon. It came to shadows mind that he remembered that absol came out when he was on the roof top. Selena got choked by ghetsis! could it be that shes getting into more trouble?

"Absol, is something going to happen to Selena?" he asked. absol nodded slowly and returned to his ball. Shadow has to do something...but what?

Im just adding more chapters aren't i? -.- but its fine right? I hope you like my stories, i have no idea why Selena is behaving like she use to.I should know. maybe its because she relies everything shes been doing was a waste of time, but she is mysterious in so many ways :o writing the battling scene is so boring for me :P thats why they are short...thanks for reading! don't forget to rate and comment. bye now!
