This is a fluffy Aquariumplantshipping oneshot where Mallow and Lana are scared to come out as a couple to their friends, little do they know that they are all very supporting

Lana's POV:

Mallow is my favourite person in the whole world. She's kind, she's caring, she's always so joyful and pretty too!

One day a few weeks ago, I tried to tell her all of this but I started stumbling on my words until I got too embarrassed and couldn't confess my feelings. Luckily, on that day Mallow confessed her feelings, and we've been dating ever since.

The only problem is that both of us are scared to tell our big group of friends, Ash, Lillie, Kiawe and Sophocles. We're both so worried that they might turn their backs on us...

But one day at school, during break, my girlfriend pulled me aside.

"I think maybe we should tell the others we're dating today," She whispered.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Well we can't just keep us a secret forever, can we?" Mallow said.

"I guess so..." I answered.

She smiled warmly and then held out her hand. I took hold of it and we went back to the others.

"Did something happen?" Ash asked.

"We need to talk to you all about something!" Mallow said.

Everyone's ear perked up and they all turned to look at the two of us. My palms grew sweaty, but my girlfriend held it regardless.

"The thing is, we're-" Mallow was about to announce, but then she stopped.

She tried to finish her sentence, but she was starting to stutter and tremble. I think all of the anxiety was rushing into her from all of the attention.

I knew I had to stand up for her and repay the favour for her asking me out.

"What she's trying to say is, we're dating!" I announced.

The four were jaw-dropped.

"It's completely fine if you don't want to be our friends anymore," I added since the reaction didn't look positive.

"What are you talking about? Of course we're cool with that!" Ash replied.

"I'm so suprised but so happy for you two!" Lillie said.

"Me too!" Sophocles added.

"Why did you think we wouldn't accept you two?" Kiawe asked.

"I don't know... we were both just so worried..." Mallow mumbled.

"Well you don't have to be anymore, we'll always have your back!" Ash exclaimed.

"Thank you!" We both said in unison.

Once that was finished, Mallow pulled me aside again.

"Thank you for having my back there, I don't know what I would have done without you!" Mallow said.

"You're welcome!" I replied, blushing.
