A/N: here's another One Shot for ya guys this time the OC doesn't belong to me this time they belong to a good friend of mine Maggy. So all credit goes to Maggy for creating Mari. Hopefully I did your OC justice Maggy.

Crown Tundra: Freezington 

"Hey Chief"! A loud voice called out, this voice belonged to a large male with slightly tanned skin and short slightly grey hair that is covered by a miners helmet. He has green eyes and is wearing a large orange parka along with thick orange cargo trousers and a pair of thick brown boots with a large backpack. This man was running towards a female with slightly dark blonde hair and bright blue eyes, she is wearing the standard Electric Type uniform however on top of that uniform she was wearing a similar orange parka to the large male from earlier except it was small to fit her along with thick orange cargo trousers and thick brown leather boots. The female turned around just in time as the large male came to a halt right in front of her and wrapped her up in a tight hug and lifted her slightly off the ground."H-hello Peony". The female said as the now named Peony gently placed her back on the ground. 

"What are you doing out here Mari"? Peony questioned as the now named Mari looked out at towards the large red tree that she could just make out on the horizon."I was thinking about going to that tree in the distance as I've heard that some interesting and rare Pokémon live over there". Peony nodded however before the pair could set out on their journey a heavy snowstorm began to fall on the small village of Freezington."Chief lets get back to the hut"! Peony yelled so Mari could hear him as Mari yelled back."Okay, lets go"! The pair ran into their hut to escape the blizzard that appeared from out of nowhere. Mari then took off her parka, trousers and leather boots leaving her with just her Electric Type uniform as she turned to Peony she saw that he had already taken off his parka to reveal he was wearing a slightly dark red long sleeved sweater and knee length denim shorts. 

"That was close". Mari said as she tried to catch her breath as Peony hummed in response with the former Steel Type Gym Leader looking out the window however he couldn't see much as the window had begun to frost up. Peony just shook his head as he replied."I don't think we'll be going outside for a while Chief". Mari just hummed in response as she asked."What about Peonia"? The older man scratched his chin as he replied."I am concerned about my dear daughter and any danger she might be in with this storm raging on, however she is my daughter and she just as tough as me and I'm definitely sure she has made it safety". Peony sounded confident however on the inside he was extremely worried about his daughter. 

Mari looked up and into the eyes of the older man and she noticed a small amount of pain in his eyes, she smiled to herself as she walked towards Peony as she wrapped her arms around his waist as she replied in a soft tone."I know you're worried about Peonia I can see it however we can go and look for her when the storm clears okay"? Peony nodded as he embraced Mari as he replied."Okay, so what do you want to do now? It's not like we can go outside right now"? Mari looked around the room as she noticed the fireplace however her ears were then filled with a loud rumbling sound. 

Peony then chuckled as he said."Sorry 'bout that Chief, I haven't eaten today". Mari giggled to herself as she replied."Okay how about you go and start the fire and I will cook some of that curry you like so much". Peony cheered as he replied."You're the best Chief"!
