"Roman hurry up"! A slim young girl yelled towards a young boy who was running to catch up. This girl has emerald green eyes, pale skin and dark black hair that seemed to be shave short and in some sort of pattern on one side of her head. There were also tufts of hair sticking out that resembled horns and messy twin tails that were tied with red ribbons. The named Roman has pale skin and short spiky dark brown hair."Damn Marnie I forgot how fast you are". Roman puffed as he bent over slightly to catch his breath. The now named Marnie giggled as she removed the bag that was slung over her shoulder and gently placed it on the floor, she then turned to Roman as she asked."Are you gonna help me with this"? Roman nodded as he walked next to Marnie and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and removed the bag from his shoulder and placed it on the floor.

Marnie blushed as she turned to Roman and asked."Why'd you do that"? Marnie was sporting a massive blush as Roman chuckled as he simply replied."Because I felt like it". Roman then crouched down and began to remove the camping equipment from his bag and the two worked together to put up the tent and the curry pot."There we go". Roman said as he stood up and wiped his brow and stared at Marnie with a goofy grin on his face."What's funny"? Marnie asked with confusion clear in her voice as Roman replied."This is the first time we've really spent alone time together, I'm just happy that's all". Marnie's blush came back as turned her gaze away from Roman and mumbled."I'm happy to". Roman chuckled as he reached for the single Pokéball attached to his waist."Lets go Excadrill"! Roman yelled as a mole like creature appeared on the ground, the named Excadrill looked at Roman and let out happy cry with a smile on its face."You hungry buddy"? Roman asked as Excadrill nodded his head in response, Marnie turned her gaze back to Roman and Excadrill and gave a small smile at the interaction between trainer and Pokémon. No it would be more accurate to say this was an interaction between two best friends since Excadrill, back when it was a Drillbur, had been Roman's first Pokémon and they had been best friends ever since.

"What's up Marnie, you seem lost in thought there"? Roman asked snapping Marnie back to reality as she replied."Oh I'm okay I was just thinking about how you and Excadrill are great friends that's all". Roman nodded as he walked up to Marnie and gave her a quick hug and said. "I love you Marnie". He ended their hug with a quick kiss on the cheek and left to start cooking their dinner. For a third time today Marnie's blush came back as she ran over to Roman and gave him a tackle hug from behind, there were small tears running down her cheeks as she said. "I love you too Roman, I'm sorry that I don't say it often but I really do love you". Roman smiled to himself since it was true that Marnie didn't say that she love him all that much but he knew that she was a more shy person when it came to their relationship and preferred to show her love to him when they were in private. Roman then looked up at the sky and it started to get dark and a few stars were visible in the night sky.

"It's okay Marnie, you wanna help me make the curry"? Roman asked as Marnie looked up at him with a smile and nodded in response and the two began to make their dinner while make casual small talk. They added a few spicy berries to their Apple Curry since they are both big fans of spicy food, Roman also made a pale of Apple Curry for Excadrill that was a little less spicy and the mole like Pokémon practically inhaled the Curry."You liked it that much buddy"? Roman asked as Excadrill let out another happy cry however right afterwards he let out a small yawn then proceeded to curl up and go to sleep, Roman chuckled to himself as he and Marnie sat down to eat their dinner under the light of the stars. As the pair finished their meal and sat their plates down on the grass besides them, both Roman and Marnie looked up at the sky with Roman's hand lightly resting on top of Marnie's hand."The night sky is so pretty". Marnie said out loud with Roman humming in response however he then looked over at Marnie and replied. "For this being our first time spending alone time together I couldn't have asked for it to be more perfect". Marnie blushed once again as she replied."I agree". As the pair of them shared a passionate kiss under the star lit sky.
