Ash sat in his car thinking of something to do. Bored out of his mind, he went to get some breakfast because he had just woke up and had a massive appetite. After breakfast at IHOP, he decided to be an uber and make some money. After a couple of hours of driving around, he decided to have lunch after one last drive. He looked and saw his next person was only a couple blocks away, he drove towards them. He parked next to the sidewalk and texted the person. Just before he was about to hit send, he heard a yell. He jerked his head up to see a honey blonde girl run out of the building crying her eyes out. He honked his horn getting her attention. He motioned for her to get in, which she did assuming it was her uber, to which she was correct. She entered while looking down, "You OK?" Ash asked curiously. "Yea, I'm OK." she mumbled sadly while sniffling. "Where to?" Ash asked, "I don't know." She said. "Hey, what's wrong?" Ash asked, "Nothing, I alre-." She was cut off. "No, you're obviously not alright, so tell me what's wrong." Ash demanded. "I caught my boyfriend cheating on me." She said still looking down. "Hey, how about this, I take you to lunch, then i'll drop you off a your friends house or something, Is that OK?" He asked. She thought for a second, 'why not I have nothing better to do' she thought. "Sure." "Alright! So do you know where you wanna go?" "Umm, How about Golden Chopsticks?" She proposed. "OK, lets go." He replied before starting the car and driving.

They drove in silence before Ash spoke up. "I never caught your name...." "Oh silly me, my names Serena!" She said. "Nice name, I'm Ash." He replied. " So how did this whole ex-boyfriend thing happen anyway, if you don't mind me asking." He asked curious while keeping his eyes on the road. "I don't mind, guys an asshole anyway. His name is Calem." She then explained how she left for lumiose city and told him she would be back at night, but had come home early to surprise him but found him in bed with another woman. Ash listened intently, paying attention to every detail. He sometimes asked questions to make sure he understood what he was told. Serena was surprised that he was listened so well, something Calem would never do. After some more driving, they got to golden chopsticks. They both ordered and ate their food and took their leftovers for later.

They both took their leftovers and went back to the car. Serena was laughing and smiling the whole time as they shared past experiences, crazy stories. She felt he had known him since birth. She could understand him so well. She yawned before saying, "I'm tired." "Well, where can I drop you off?" "My house." "Where is that exactly?" He asked. She instantly replied saying "When you enter vaniville town its the tenth house." she said before closing her eyes and drifting to sleep. Ash looked in the rear view mirror and looked at Serena, as she slept delicately in the back seat of the car.

As Ash drove home he thought of how long this Uber had really been. The sun had almost set. Her day had been shit before he showed up, now she had a reason to smile again. As he pulled up to her house she stepped out of her car. She walked but stopped in front of the driver's window. She took out her card and swiped it on his card swiper. She then asked for his phone and put in her number. She walked to her door but turned and winked before walking inside.

Ash drove home, it was 7 pm and he was wiped out. He drove and parked in his driveway. He sat in his car for a couple of mins before grabbing his things and leaving his car. He walked to his door and unlocks it. He enters, shutting the door behind him. He leaps into his cold bed, but after a minute or two it begins to warm up. As he begins to drift off he thinks...

That was one hell of a ride
