The girl stood up to face the woman and pointed at me "I saw this girl on the stage! She came out of nowhere and suddenly got injured!" The woman looked at me before making her way to greet me.

"Hello, my name is Cynthia" I gulped and felt extremely shy. This... wasn't how I expected things to be "I'm a Pokémon trainer, and this is my daughter, Dawn. How are you feeling? What caused your wound?" my hair covered the blush on my face

"N-Nice to meet you" I turned away so she couldn't see how shy I was "I don't know what to tell you...I don't know what happened" No way this is happening so suddenly...

The woman kneeled down to look at the job Dawn made with the towels "What brings you here?"

"I was just exploring the Ruins of Alph in Johto and came across a sacred room with some archaeologist. I translated some text and somehow got warped by some weird symbols"

"Unown, perhaps?" Cynthia suggested. I agreed, still hiding "It's rather strange that you came here through that. You came a long way. Perhaps you are meant to be here? Or not... something must've struck you" I shyly looked over at them.

"What's wrong?" Dawn held my head "Are you going to pass out?" I covered my face to hide "Hm? You were being so casual before. You alright?"

"Explained what happened?" Cynthia eyed Dawn. Dawn flinched and shook her head

"I didn't do anything! I heard her on the stage after she screamed and then saw a lot of blood!" Cynthia sighed and looked up at the ceiling. I looked over at what she was looking at and froze when seeing a large majestic Pokémon with a ring around it's stomach staring down at us from the air. I screamed at the large thing I've seen in my dreams and fell on the floor.

"W-What is..?" I pointed "That's..." Dawn hurried to kneel to me.

"You can see it?!" She gasped, surprised "You can see Arceus?!" I looked at her confused "Only my mom and I can see Arceus! That's so weird! Mom! Did Arceus attack her? Why..?" Cynthia stood up to offer her hand.

"Can you stand?" I shakily took her hand with my good arm and stood up "Arceus shouldn't have done something like this. Arceus wouldn't not hurt anyone-" she looked at the shell next to my foot "The Azure flute..." She picked it up and quickly turned to Dawn "I thought I told you to hide this! It can't be placed in the wrong hands!"

"I did!!" Cynthia quickly looked back at me.

"Where did you get this..?" I looked at the shell.

"My Pokémon found it when we were in the middle of the ocean" I admit "I didn't think anything of it. I thought it was just a shell"

"The Azure Flute is a tool to summon Arceus. We cannot trust outsiders to use this"

"But it doesn't explain why she can see Arceus. Did you use it? How did you know what keys to blow?" Dawn asked.

"I didn't..." I looked at my shaking hands, feeling nervous and weak "The wind was making the sound for me... I didn't intend this to happen" I looked up at the Pokémon watching me "This Pokémon..."

"Mother..." the sound came from Arceus "Mother..." Cynthia turned to me

"Who are you, young lady?" She looked at me serious while Dawn looked worried. I gulped and bowed my head, but instantly regretted it.

"My name is Valerie Zoe..." they gasped.

"No way!" Dawn quickly held my good hand with the biggest smile I ever seen "You're a Zoe?! I am too!" She laughed and hopped happily "Another Zoe! Another Zoe!" She cheered like we were at a festival. I blushed and smiled at her happiness, feeling happy I got to meet her in person "Oh!" She kneeled down to look at my Pokémon "A Pichu and Zorua! How cute!"

"You know Zorua?" She picked Zorua up to have her lick her face and laugh.

"They're not common in Sinnoh, but I have seen them before"

"I heard a lot of things about you from Miranda" Cynthia smiled at me "It's no wonder you can see Arceus" she bowed her head "Sorry for giving you a hard time. How is your arm?" She observed the towels and escorted me to sit on the edge of the stage "Looks like the blood stopped. I may have to stitch up whatever caused this" I gulped

"N-No problem... I figured who you guys were when you said Dawns name out loud" Dawn put Zorua down, looking super happy and assisted Cynthia. "I'm happy I got to meet you both, but I didn't expect it to be here... like this. I was brought here in favor of a mythical Pokémon who summoned me to the Ruins of Alph"

"I had a legendary Pokémon lead me places as well" Dawn smiled "the Zoe family are one with legendary Pokémon. It is said that the egg Arceus came from was taken care by our first ancestor. Arceus created life and formed many legendaries, in which our ancestor cared for them all and later had to live amongst humans to keep the gift of caring for the unborn alive" I held my heart "You had a dream of being here... Have you seen flashbacks as well?"

"Yes..." Cynthia slowly started removing all the towels one by one.

"This happens to many of our family in our lifetime. We see that we are a part of the legendary family and are taken care of by them. Many come to take care of us and guide us to where we need to go next" Cynthia said "You've been brought here for a reason, but the only being in this building is Arceus... there's no way it could had attacked you" she looked up at Arceus "This grand creature, who came before us after dealing with the Pokémon of time and space and antimatter, had called you mother" She looked at my Pokémon worriedly watching her remove the towels "You are a trainer... I can feel your potential. There's strength somewhere in those eyes of yours" she smiled "that can only mean you can help us complete the ritual"

"Ritual?" I questioned

"You see... Arceus came before us after an evil organization ended up killing the Pokémon of Time, Space, and Anti matter" Dawn said. Legendary Pokemon were killed by a evil organization..? "Nothing has happened yet, but if we don't bring them back soon, things can get ugly"

"Hold on!" I waved my hand "not another thing that I happen to jump into! First I had to reveal the gray skies after summoning Ho-Oh, and now I have to do what now?! After getting attacked?! This is crazy! And so sudden!" I don't think I can handle another random thing happening to me again.

"You made the gray skies appear again! My hero!" Dawn hugged me "Don't worry! With your help, the world can be saved!"

"Sounds like a big responsibility..." I gulped

"And it's exactly why you were summoned here. It may be random, but there was no way you could have known what happened to the creation trio" I guess I get it... but something like this..? How did I end up taking a big responsibility..?

Cynthia finally removed all the towels and searched for a wound, but there was nothing there "Huh?" She looked at the towel and saw something on it "What's this?" She showed me what she saw and to my surprise, it was the device in my arm that made me infertile. My heart dropped and I quickly looked at Arceus watching me

"So it was you that slashed me because of this..." I turned to Arceus "You removed that thing from me..." Arceus stared at me with those cold eyes "The person you see me as... the mother who cared for you. I'm guessing all Zoe women are mother"

"That would be correct" Dawn smiled "Arceus calls me and mom mother as well. I smiled

"I guess I can't be a mother with this thing in my arm. Being a mother is something I always wanted to be. I don't know if removing it like that will help my infertility, but it's better than having it in my arm" I held my heart "We're meant to have children, so I understand why you did that. You could had warned me" I faced my family "Our name takes care of the unborn. Being a mother to a human or Pokémon, we swore on our blood that we will care for a child. If I have to help create the trio again, I'll do it" I smiled "What do I have to do?" The two smiled and escorted me to the middle of the stage.

"This is the Mystri stage. The mythical stage built to show respect for Arceus. It is said that people use to celebrate its magnificent might with music and dance" she looked at the flute in her hand "Some people in Johto still pass down this tradition"

"According to ancient document" Dawn said "Time, space, and antimatter shall be born when Arceus stands on the Mystei Stage with the mother of legends; also known as the mother of life"

"This is where one might say 'the lead enters the Mysteri stage at last' all my study of ruins and Pokémon mythology in Sinnoh may have been to bring our family up on this stage here today..." Cynthia held the shell close "Choose the Pokémon you will take care of..."

"You should totally go first since you came to help us" Dawn smiled. I nodded and looked over at the sign that had the yellow crying light before. I walked up to the circle and stood on top of it.

"The symbol that represents Giratina, the ruler of the world that is on the opposite side of ours, the world of antimatter..." Cynthia said.

"Arceus wanted our family to come and protect the young. Once they are born, the world will be balanced again. I would had asked Miranda to come when we were done with our research, but looks like our luck came sooner than expected" Dawn went to stand on Palkia's symbol "I can feel Arceus's excitement. It is happy that it's family came back to take care of them again"

"Arceus, having shaped the world, is said to show you a glimpse of its true power. The power of possibility making life appear out of nothing... You seen more than what we have. You are someone very special" Cynthia smiled. I rubbed my head, feeling embarrassed about all this "Given our chosen symbol, we will nurse the cradle of the new legendary that will be born soon" She stood on the symbol representing Dialga "You choose Giratina, the ruler of the distortion world. Is everyone ready?" We all nodded, ready for the random situation I was brought upon. I'm going to take care of a legendary Pokémon...

Cynthia started playing music on the Azure Flute, making Arceus stand on top of the stage and yell at the sky. I held my heart, feeling a strange energy around us. I looked around, seeing Dawn feel the same thing. We were both uncomfortable, even Cynthia was making a face.

This feeling felt heavy in our bodies, but it sort of felt like a cold breeze was blowing through our bodies like we were transparent. It became colder than what I was use to. Unown started flying around us as Arceus stopped screaming. The Unown sang along with the azure flute, and my body suddenly moved on its own while my mind stared at weird images appearing of the sky and land.

My hands took out my scarfs from my bag and started dancing on stage with Dawn dancing with large fans that released a breeze around us. We danced together throughout the creation of life happening. Our bodies were out of our control, but our dance felt graceful and loving. My dance told a story of motherly love, a dance that made this moment special.

Dawn danced in a more fighting technique, yet was graceful and was prepared to protect the young. Cynthia played the flute softly, calming the youth being summoned. Dawn and I were placed back where we last stood and I stared down at an egg floating in front of me with a yellow tint.

"Giratina..." I gently held it in my arms, hearing the cries I heard in my dream fade away. I smiled "You will be safe in my hands, young one" I hugged it closely "Until you become big and strong, I trust you'll handle the world on your own" I turned to face my family looking back at me with an egg in their hands just like me.

"We did it..." Dawn said, out of breath "Did we really just dance out of nowhere?" I smiled and walked to Cynthia looking at the egg in her hands.

"I have Dialga's cradle, which means we all have to protect our legendaries until they are ready to be part of the world again. That is the job of a Zoe" she faced me after putting her egg in her bag behind her. Dawn did the same "we wouldn't have done this sooner if it wasn't for you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart" Dawn nodded, agreeing with her.

"Well... I wouldn't want the world ending, so how can I refuse?" I chuckled "I'm honored to take care of Giratina" I hugged the egg "It felt like this one was calling out to me"

"I had that dream too" Dawn came up to me "I was also on this stage and met a pink ball of light crying to me" Cynthia nodded, having the same one. I sighed in relief, glad I wasn't just going crazy before "Hey..." she send out her Abra "I'm sure you were brought here by the Unown. Would you like Abra to take you home?" She giggled "that rhymed!"

"Let us exchange numbers for future sake" Cynthia wrote her number down on a piece of paper. Dawn quickly did the same and both handed their numbers "Please keep in touch" I happily took the pieces of papers and stored them and the egg.

"Of course! Nothing makes me happier than staying in touch with more family!" Dawn opened her arms so we could hug "I'm so happy the family is growing..."

"Take care, Valerie. I look forward to hearing from you" Cynthia joined the hug, and later, my body teleported back where I started. I was outside the Ruins of Alph.

"That was crazy" I looked at the egg in my bag and smiled "I'll take care of you... don't worry"

"Valerie!" Tammy's voice yelled to me. I turned around, seeing her running from the ruins to lay her weight on me "I was so worried about you!" She pulled back to look at the blood all over me and my ripped sleeve "What happened?!"

"I... I couldn't really tell you. It was weird" I looked at the egg "but I got myself an egg" she bent down to observe it.

"You got an egg? From where?" I sweatdropped.

"You wouldn't believe me if I told you" She stood back up.

"Well, I'm so glad you're back and not hurt" she looked at my arm "How about you help us out in the ruins? You seem to have translated the last text before, probably from your powers" she joked "what do you say? We'll offer you a room to stay"

"Oh?" I looked at Pichu and Zorua by my feet, seeing them excited to do so "well, I don't see why not"

"Hopefully you don't get caught by those Unown again. If that happens, you should just go home" I chuckled and nodded, following her to a near by cabin to freshen up "You'll get your own room. I think it's best to get some sleep, since you went through whatever you went through" I nodded, longing for some sleep. It had gotten so late already... I'm physically and mentally exhausted.

A short chapter, but it was fun to make! I look forward to writing the next! The end will come soon! I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts!
