After a long while of being in that relaxing cruise with massages that were out of this world and eating many kinds of foods I never had before, Lily and I finally arrived to Vermilion City.

"Wow!" I stretched my arms in the sky "That was the best few days I ever had!" I cheered. Lily giggled, following me into the city I never been to before in the Kanto region. The only city I ever knew was Cerulean City, but only when I was a kid, and Saffron City.

"I would think so since all you pretty much did was get massages and eat" Lily laughed at me. I held my hips.

"Well, what do you expect? I traveled through Johto for like whole year or so! Do you know how miserable I was during the summer for a Zoe?"

"I don't know what that means, but I'm guessing it's bad?" I rolled my eyes playfully "Vermilion City is actually close to the spot where she was buried" I lowered my arms "We should go visit her now before we separate" Lily received a phone call during the cruise that informed that her family needed her soon, so she'll have to leave sooner than expected.

"Yeah! Please! Lead the way!" She smiled and walked up ahead towards the city. We walked the bridge away from the cruise and looked up at the horizon glittering above us with its orange and yellow colors. Every so often, there would always be people outside looking at the sky no longer being cloudy like it's been for my entire life. If it wasn't for Ho-Oh, we wouldn't be lucky to see a sight like this.

While watching it, my eyes gazed onto the ocean beside the bridge we were on. Lily was too busy looking at the sky while I slowly stopped to see something standing on top of the shore, watching me with its purple mane.

"Is that..?" I gasped and faced the legendary Pokémon keeping its eyes on me "Suicune..?" It turned around after a few moments and hopped away. The way it watches me almost seems like it sees something in me that I don't. What could it be?

"Kitty!" Lily waved to me. I glared at her, making her flinch at my stare "Sorry! I mean V!" I shook my head and walked pass her "What's the hold up? Did you see something?" I shook my head and proceeded to continue to find this burial sight our dear friend was buried at.

Beside the city was a cemetery filled with gravestones and guarded by a gate "Route 11 holds a cemetery for many people who passed, but the next city closest to it holds a burial ground for Pokémon" I frowned as Lily spoke, walking me pass the gates "Have you been here before?"

"No, I haven't. My parents were buried in Cerulean City, the place where I use to live when I was a kid" I frowned "once I find my way there, I'll go see them with my aunt" Lily nodded. We headed deeper into the cemetery, later seeing someone standing in front of a grave we seem to be walking towards. The person standing in front of that grave had a familiar colorful kimono I've seen before. They were standing beside an Espeon. Isn't that..?

"Naoko?" I called. The girl set down a bouquet of flowers and turned to see me walking towards her "I thought that was you" she put her hands together.

"Hello again, savior of the skies" She smiled at me. I blushed when being called that... especially when Lily was listening. She doesn't need to know all these things I accomplished... So embarrassing!

"H-Hi! What are you doing here in Kanto?" Naoko looked back at the grave she was in front of.

"Our mother had passed a few months ago" My eyes widened "leaving behind 6 daughters and her husband. A hard working woman... She died so young from illness" she looked back at my frown. Sunny was the kimono girl's mom? "Did you know her?"

"I..." I deepened my frown "I knew Sunny- I mean... I knew Yuki" I knew her better through her stage name, but her real name was Yuki, which meant Snow, which was the opposite of Sunny, funny enough "Quite well" Naoko smiled and walked up to me "We use to work together. I wouldn't have thought she was your mother" she blinked a few times before turning a deep red "hm?"

"F-Forgive me... but as soon as you said you worked together, I only imagined" she cupped her face for a moment before taking a deep breath and calming down. It took her a moment to relax, but I can tell what she was thinking "Our mother use to work in Saffron City as a dancer"

"How come she chose to be a dancer in that kind of place when your dance styles are so different?" She smiled.

"Our theater was in danger of shutting down after a small mishap. She wasn't skilled in many things, but managed to get a job at a club, so she worked in Kanto for awhile, but things worked out soon enough, yet she stayed there for a reason I wasn't sure about" She held her chin "I had asked before a long time ago, but she only said that there was someone who worked in that place with a name the master of the Bell tower mentioned before, so she stayed to figure more things out, but I never knew what" I blushed, figuring that she found out my last name somehow "Now I get it! She was looking after you"

"Yeah..." her and Falkner, from the looks of it, were there specifically for me "It seems that things are always bounced back at me..." she giggled and turned back to Sunny's grave. I did the same and offered a prayer, thanking her for sticking around when I needed the help I wouldn't accept. I hoped she was well rested and apologized for not realizing her passing sooner.

"V" Lily called "I better head out. Message me whenever so we can meet up again soon" I nodded and watched her leave with a smile on her face. I waved and looked back at Naoko looking at me.

"You've accomplished a lot, Valerie" she said "The words I remember our master saying before his passing... The destiny of our future is a struggle and may fall by the tower. Everyone heard something different, and when mother came back after some court stuff with that place, she looked so relieved" she held her chest "Zuki asked what she was so relieved about, and she said that the one she's been watching is no longer struggling... When I heard that, I was relieved, because of what I heard from the Master!" She took my hands "I believe everyone heard something different, but I feel like they heard something they were meant to hear. The destiny of our future... was you! Is a struggle and may fall by the tower... I can only imagine what you went through-" I was about to speak "but you came a long way! I'm glad to have met you" she chuckled "the guardian of the forest knew what it was doing and helped you! Your journey is not done yet, but I wish you every bit of luck" I didn't really know how to respond to such words, but I felt happy to hear them. I thanked Naoko for everything she's done for me, said my goodbyes to her and Sunny, and left to go look for my auntie.

"It's so crazy to know that Sunny was those girl's mom" I said while on the bus to Cerulean City "Of course, I didn't know anything about my coworkers life, but I always knew she was the shyest one of the dancers. I'm sure she was a dancer like the kimono girls and she got out her comfort zone, but I got to meet a wonderful woman who was looking out for me. It makes me happy that I was given great people in my life" Zorua barked in response, listening to me from my lap "it's been a long time since I've been to Cerulean City... Misty lives there. I'm sure I'll be seeing her soon after seeing auntie"

The bus trip took longer than expected, so I had fallen asleep and found myself in my dream again, standing on top of the stage with three different symbols again. This symbols represented those three different colored lights from my other dream...

"What is this place..?" I rubbed my eyes and found myself in a new area. I was standing in front of the shrine from the Ilex forest "Now I'm here?" I walked closer to see what was so special about it, knowing it may have something to do with the guardian of the forest, and nearly screamed when I saw something pop out from behind the shrine. It was a Pichu, with a spiky ear! But it was transparent for some reason.

"Oh!" I kneeled down to face it "hey little guy" I brushed my hand on top of it's misty head, seeing my hand going through and saw a vision of the egg I had back home that broke during the fire... My eyes burned with tears falling out "No..." I cupped my mouth "Y-You can't be..." there was a soft whisper calling out to us. I held onto the Pichu and stood up, seeing a fairy flying around us before floating in front of me with a glowing body. This is...

"Are you the guardian of the forest..?" It nodded and flew around my body. I followed it until I noticed my surroundings were spinning with the Pokémon's flight. My body floated off the ground. I panicked before a realistic gust of wind blew pass my face.

"What the..?" I looked down at my arms and saw the Pichu gone. I looked up and looked at my surroundings confused... Where am I?

"Bia!" The Pokémon that brought me here was floating beside me.

"Who are you?" The Pokémon looked at me before looking behind me. I looked behind me and gasped at the sight of my old home standing perfectly in front of me "Oh my..." I cupped my mouth in shock "How..?" I quickly looked back at the Pokémon and instead was staring at Giovanni looking up at my home before seeing me, watching him in shock. In that moment, my blood boiled... but my body wouldn't move.

"Forgive me, but do you live here?" He asked me politely. I huffed and stayed put, since I couldn't move for some reason.

"I..." I was afraid to speak. It had seem to me that I somehow time traveled or something. I'm in a dream, but somehow all of this feels too real. Even if this may be a dream, I don't think it would be a good idea so say a word, so I didn't.

"Do I know you?" He asked "You look like someone I know, but I know you're not her" I huffed, not responding "Nice to meet you" he took off his black hat and bowed to me "I came to see if a woman named Elizabeth Zoe lives here"

I won't say anything! This is only a dream, but I always wanted to know what I could had done to prevent this moment from happening. I had the feeling this was when my mom was taken from me, but I can't risk anything right now.

"It seems that you're trying to hide the fact that she's most likely here" I flinched "That's all I needed to know..." he bowed again and walked away. Wait a minute... "Good day" my surroundings suddenly spun again, teleporting me to new area.

"Now what?" The Pokémon beside me pointed up ahead at two familiar people. I went over to hide behind a corner and eavesdrop on their conversation. The closer I got to them, the more I knew that I was looking at Silver talking to Giovanni.

"Silver..?" I gasped, strangely seeing him younger than I've ever seen him. He looked angry at his father.

"You told me... You told me you were number one in the world!" He shouted angrily. Something isn't right. This Silver isn't the one that I first met by NewBark Town. Aside from looking young, he seemed more angrier than how I met him "Are you going to quit?! What are you going to do now?!" Giovanni wouldn't turn to look at him.

"One must acknowledge one's defeat before he can move on... I will go solo... for now... so that one day, I will form a stronger organization" Silver shook his head.

"What aspect of you was number one? Gathering so many only to be defeated by a mere child!" This was when Red recently defeated Team Rocket, I believe.

"Putting together the potential of many is how you produce a huge power... that's what an organization is..." Giovanni shook a bit "That's the strength of an organization! I failed... But you shall witness one day the revival of me and my Team Rocket!" Silver shook his head and walked up to be face to face with him.

"I don't understand you! You don't make any sense!" Silver's face was on the edge of tears. My feet walked on their own. I went to stand behind Silver at the same time Giovanni turned away.

"One day, you will understand..." he walked away. Silver stomped on the floor and screamed.

"I don't want to understand you!! I will never become someone like you!! A coward when you're alone and acting like a tyrant when you're in front of other cowards! I will become strong! I will become a stronger man all by myself!" He took a moment before shouting above his lungs "ALL BY MYSELF!"

"That road will be very hard" I spoke. Silver froze, but didn't turn "Giovanni is a coward... He will never return like he claims. I know this for a fact" I frowned "He hurt your mother badly... He took advantage of her... He was never a man. A man like him can never be strong. He may have lost to a child, but the will of someone else was stronger than his. He doesn't deserve anything. He deserves to feel bad for everything he has done, but what he's done is what made us who we are today. Do not let him get to you. Turn that anger into power, because anger will only blind us from what we really need in life. These moments in life will guide us through out our life. We will struggle during the trip, but at the end, we will be happy" he slowly looked back at me, widening his eyes when seeing my face smiling at him "We deserve to be happy" he watched me for a long moment before reaching out to me. I wanted to reach out to take his hand, but the Pokémon beside me had teleported me to a new place again.

"Silver..." I looked at my hand "All that anger build up inside of him... I can understand how much he's gone through. He became homeless after Giovanni left him. I don't know if this whole thing is real or not" I looked at the Pokémon watching me "but he'll get through it... He already has" The Pokémon smiled with a nod and hid behind me. I looked around and saw that I was in a cave of some sorts.

I looked up and was surprise to find Giovanni standing in front of me. He looked older than he did last time, especially from when I was 4 years old. He was wrinkly with white patches on his hair, but he wore the same coat I last saw him in. He watched me for a long moment, trying to recognize who I was.

"You're the girl from... I knew you looked familiar. You look like Elizabeth, but you're not" I bit my lips, not wanting to respond, though I did with Silver not too long ago "You were the girl from 16 years ago. You didn't even look like you've changed" I sighed and flipped my hair, getting over it.

"I'm surprised you remember me after only meeting me once, but I do look like her, don't I?" I shook my head "before I speak, what's today's date?" It'll be better to know what date it was so that I don't mess anything up. He looked confused before telling me. I was a bit confused myself "July? But that's..." that was when I disbanded Team Rocket! I was time traveled to a few months ago?
