Personality:  Kirai is an little disrespectful and demanding. He is also sarcastic, cold and rather serious. He has an big soft spot for his little sister as he treats her kindly and takes good care of her. He is protective of Rini as he often reminds her to stay close to him and often panics when she is in danger. He eventually displays an classic tsundere attitude when he warms up to his other traveling companions. He also starts telling Rini to stay within his and the other's line of sight, showing that he trusts the others to help him keep her safe. He gets excited around ghost types and spooky places.

Two days later, Kirai and his little sister Rini had just come back home from playing at the Bell Tower to find their parents missing. Eventually the two left to go on an journey as Kirai believes that their parents abandoned them, without realizing that there is another reason why their parents are gone.
