Regional Varations

A list of Pokémon who will be getting regional forms and evolutions in the Dranowa region. They will all get a separate page with more info on them.

This is still a WIP so expect updates.

Dranowan Charmander (Water)

These Charmander are a blue with a slight lighter blue on their stomachs. They have webbing on their hands and feet. The flame on the creature's tail is nearly nonexistent, replaced by a slight glow that can only be seen when it is submerged in water. It's flame generating organ has been modified to hold water which Charmander can heat up to boiling temperature, this is also how they manage their body temperature. Their skin made up of layers of fat that help this Pokémon insulate heat and protect said Pokémon.

Another thing to note, these Pokémon have toxic yellow blood that they use as a weapon. When injured, these Pokémon release a poof of their blood into the water as they flee, giving enemies a face full of toxins.

Dranowan Genesect (Bug/ Rock)

Obtained by combining all 6 of it's fossil fragments that can be found randomly by excavating. This is believed to have been Genesect's original form before it being modified by Team Plasma. As this form lacks a cannon, it cannot learn the move Techno Blast or use the Drives.

Fossils of this Pokémon have been found all over Dranowa and many researchers believe a majority of this Pokémon's population called this region it's home. They have been known to hunch down in order to hide among the foliage to hunt, similarly to their modified counterpart when it enters "flight mode". This Pokémon is closely related to Kabutops

Xerneas (Eden Form) (Fairy/Dragon)

RJblitz99 who suggested this

It is said Xerneas gains this form once it enters the Eden Isles and consumes a certain type of flower (Will be a key item to change it and Yveltal between these forms). In this form, this Pokémon is unable to use it's abilities (sharing eternal life or heal anything for that matter) as to protect the Island's ecosystem from any more destruction.

It is still capable of using Geomancy but gains a new signature move in addition.

Eden Yveltal (Dragon/Flying)

Yveltal gains this form once it enters the Eden isles to prevent it from causing any more destruction like it did years ago. It is unable to enter it's cocoon form or drain life force in this state. If it and Xerneas cross paths in this form, they will not fight.

It is still capable of using Oblivion Wing but gains a new signature move in addition.

----

This is mostly a tribute to ZonaMemoryverse and their fan-region. They did a regional variation of Lunala and Solgaleo and also gave Necromza two new forms for their fangame and it kinda gave me and idea. Why not do a Cosmog alternate line?

Dranowan Cosmog (Cosmic)

Stories say that two Cosmog got lost in deep space and were found by Galacta and Galactos. The legendaries took them in and as a result, Cosmog changed form. These cosmogs are capable of defending themselves from harm. They will only teleport away when they know the situation is dire.

There have been no sightings of this form anywhere in Ultra Space yet this pokemon is plentiful in our world.

Dranowan Cosmoem (Cosmic)

These Cosmoem emit a faint glow from their bodies and their bodies are warm to the touch. If something tries to attack it, it unleashes a burst of energy to ward them off. This form is also really light and can easily be lifted by a small child.

Note: Dranowan Cosmog can be hatched from an egg. Galasklisk and Oumuaarpy are breedable with each other or Ditto

Galasklisk (Poison/Cosmic)

Name is a combination of Galaxy and Basilisk

The male evolution of Dranowan Cosmog. Galasklisk is a large serpentine pokemon that has a green starscape glassy looking area on it's forehead and parts of it's body. This is what the Cosmog that Galacta took in evolved into.

Galasklisk is known as the "Beast that follows the Comets" It is able to produce it's own light just like it's female counterpart, Oumuaarpy. This pokemon floats throughout the cosmos as it trails space dust behind it. If you stare long enough into it's body, you will be able to see swirling galaxies.

Upon activating it's third eye, it forms a ring with it's body by holding it's tail in it's mouth (giving it the appearance of an Ouroboros) where it will then fire a beam of light infused with the Pokémon's venom from the center of the ring at it's foes.

Oumuaarpy: (Flying/Cosmic)

Name is a combination of Oumuamua (one of the first interstellar objects to have been discovered passing through the solar system) and Harpy.

The female evolution of Dranowan Cosmog. Oumuaarpy is a large crane-looking pokemon with a pink colored forehead where you can see stars. This is what the Cosmog Galactos took in evolved into.

It was once known as the "Beast that Carries the Stars". It is able to produce it's own light just like it's male counterpart, Galasklisk. This pokemon flies throughout the cosmos with its large wings. It's feathers are said to reflect starlight from far off solar systems.

Upon activation of it's third eye, the wings of this Pokémon glow before it releases a powerful shock wave upon it's foes like a hurricane.

Necromza (Spectral Serpent Form)

A form obtained when Necromza fuses with Galasklisk.

It is said this form was granted to Necromza in order to calm it's never-ending hunger for light by Galasklisk, allowing the pokemon to absorb it at will. Necromza is calmer in this form as both hosts have agreed to share a body.

It uses it's serpentine body to sneak up on foes without a sound before striking with it's claws.

Necromza (Starlit Feathers Form)

A form obtained when Necromza fuses with Oumuaarpy.

It is said this form was granted to Necromza in order to calm it's never-ending hunger for light by Oumuaarpy, allowing the pokemon to absorb it at will. Necromza is calmer in this form as both hosts have agreed to share a body.

It's prism armor sparkles from light reflecting off of Oumuaarpy's feathers is quite the sight to behold.

Ultra Necromza (Starbright Form) (light/dragon)

Ultra Necromza gains a new form by fusing with Oumuaarpy or Galasklisk. It's now a silverish-white color with a new design but still closely resembles it's original form
