A new browser boi joins the battle

Meet the first member of the Elite Four to be official, flying-type trainer Flock

His ace pokemon is Pelipper who is capable of mega evolution

Backstory and Personality:

Flock is a very cheerful person around others. He's very close with Winton, whom treats him like a little brother (the two did grow up with each other after all). Yet under all of that is a heartbroken young man who wanted to avenge his father's death.

He has two outfits, one inspired by his Ace (Pelipper) and another inspired off of Shocksprey. Depending on the weather in his hometown on that day, his outfit will be different when you encounter him (Normal weather will be his regular clothes, rain means he will be in his Shocksprey outfit.)

His most iconic piece of clothing is his scarf. The player character can obtain a replica of it to wear as an accessory once you beat his gym and talk to one of the trainers. Described as an odd choice of fashion as he states to have gotten the pattern on them from an internet browser he once found on his dad's computer.

Flock also uses social media and is one of the most followed in all of Dranowa. He also has a personal feud with Raihan. It's more of a joke feud through.

Though it's never shown in the main story of the game, only hinted at, he's the son of East, a gym leader from the Torren Region.

(Note: Dranowa takes place in an alternate timeline from the story of Insurgence (as Dranowa will be more faithful to the main games (Post XY onwards) The Timeless don't exist, Adam is dead, Nyx doesn't exist, and Jaern and most of the cults are killed by Raman) East tried to hide his motives of working with the second Augur Jaern from Flock yet that would fall through when the boy would witness the death of his father by the hands of the Sky Cult. It was rumored East had no choice after the Augur threatened to harm Flock.

Enraged, the boy revealed himself and challenged the Augur, snagging his father's cane and ace pokemon, an Altaria. Of course he was no match for the legendary dragon with only a Wingull and was forced to flee on his father's Altaria. He didn't last long and Jared planned on disposing of the boy.

He would be rescued by a drifting stranger and brought with him to Dranowa .

Flock awoke far away from Torren in the Clinic under the care of a kind old women in an isolated town in the midst of the Crater Tundra. She would take him in and raise him alongside her own grandson Winton.

There he would begin anew. Wanting to follow in his father's footsteps, he became a gym leader.

During his time as a gym leader, he began to let his true colors show. Revealing his more upbeat and gitty personality underneath his cloudy gray past. As a result, he became pretty recognized person throughout the region, especially for his unique scarf.

After the Champion's death and the disappearance of one of the Elite Four. Flock was offered to take the position, which he accepted.

His old gym is still open, now a training ground for pokemon and trainers. He also gives out non-official gym badges to those who defeat him there, albeit with a much weaker team than his mains.

Inpirations:

His design was inspired by East from Insurgence.

and a little known web browser named Flock (also I wanted to do a trainer inspired by an internet browser, originally was going to be a pokemon based on chrome.)

His ace is a pun on the band "A Flock of Seagulls". Pelipper evolves from Wingull, the seagull pokemon and FLOCK is in the band name.
