Spark and Aqua went back from another mission just like usual, she lie down on her bed while sighing and she move the egg close to her. "Another successful day! I think we are doing alright!" She said while patting the egg softly. Meanwhile, he lies down on his own bed while stretching his body. "Hey Aqua, are you sure it's alright for having that baby around when it hatched? I'm a bit worried that it might get hurt when we are off on journey with it." He explained while looking at her. "Don't worry Spark, I know what I'm doing. It's not like you for worrying too much." She said before she slowly crawls to his bed which startles him as he backs away while blushing. He could feel her patting his ear with her soft paw, it felt very nostalgic because she always likes to pat his ear ever since he was a Shinx which made him blushing even more. "C-Cut it out Aqua, this is embarrassing..." He said while looking away. "Aww, is the little Shinx all shy~?" She teased him while smirking at him. He tried to shake himself off of her but no matter how much he tries; she keeps trying to pat his ear.

But lucky enough, Spark was saved by a knock on the door which made Aqua stopped her patting and they could hear someone talking to them through the door, it was Chimecho. "Hello! All guild members please gathered in front of guildmaster's room for an important meeting!" She tells them before they could hear her floating away from the front of their room by the sound of her chiming. "Aww, a meeting huh? Oh well, we better hop to it." Aqua said before she stood up and offers her paw for Spark to help him get up, but he was still a bit angry about her embarrassing him, so he decides to stand up on his own before he huffs. "Well, let's go then." He said before walking out of the door, Aqua pouts for a bit before following him from behind. A few minutes later, they arrived at the meeting place and they saw a lot of the guild members gathered around while in front of them was the guildmaster Wigglytuff and his wingman Chatot. "Thank goodness, we've arrived just in time." Aqua said while standing beside Spark and he is just focusing on what the guildmaster will say.

"Alright, thank you all for gathering around to join this meeting. Today, the Guildmaster will give some announcements about some things or two about today's condition." Chatot explains before he look back at Wigglytuff. "Guildmaster, if you would?" Chatot took a step back before Wigglytuff walks forward before clearing his throat. "Thank you again for gathering here, friend! I have some good news and some bad news!" Wigglytuff said in a rather oddly happy tone. "The bad news is that we've got some information that there is a group of bad pokemon that has been lurking around and they call themselves the Dark Souls, they are quite menacing and never show any sign of mercy towards any enemy even to younger pokemon. They all have one thing in common; they have black mark on their face made out of ink. So if any of you found a pokemon with black mark on their face, better back away." He explains which made everyone a bit worried. "Oh geez, seems like this can be a threat for us huh Spark?" Aqua asked while looking up at Spark who is just focusing on what the Guildmaster has to say.

"But don't you all worry too much about it! Because I have a good news that will blow your mind!" Wigglytuff said again. "We... are holding an expedition this year!" He shouted which made everyone jumped in shock. "Wh-Whoa! An expedition!" "Oh my gosh! It's actually happening!" "Who would've thought this day might come!" All the guild members keeps talking to each other before Chatot started squawking loudly to silence all of them. "Okay! Settle down everyone! Settle down!" Chatot shouted loud enough for everyone to finally shut their mouth. "Alright, thank you. Now back to you Guildmaster." "Thank you friend! I know you all very exciting about this year's expedition, so I want you all to give everything you got! Work hard and prove yourself to be worthy to go on this expedition. If you feel worthy enough, you can start preparing yourself so that this expedition can go as smooth as it is" Wigglytuff explains. "Wow! Another expedition! I really can't wait for it to start!" Aqua said while skipping out of joy. "Okay, that is all I have to say for you all. Remember to work hard to improve the guild, everyone is dismissed!"

Everyone started walking back to their room again and some went back to do their job as usual, Spark and Aqua walked back to their own room again but she was still skipping out of joy. "Oh boy oh boy oh boy!! I'm so excited for this expedition! Aren't you excited?!" She asked him while he nods a bit. "Yeah, I just hope you don't mess up with your clumsiness." He said before looking away. "Oh you! Don't be dense, I know what I'm doing—" She was cut off when they hear a light thumping sound, it came from the egg. It was starting to move a bit and it was cracking on the top, the two quickly ran towards the egg while watching it slowly hatching. "The egg! It's hatching!" Aqua shouted. Not too long after, a baby hatched out of the egg. It was a baby female Scorbunny. She look up at the two of them before smiling cutely. "Aww!! She's so cute!!" Aqua said before she holds the Scorbunny onto her arms and started cradling her around, Spark was about to "Aww" as well but he tries to keep it in to keep his cool. "You're so precious!" Aqua said before she cuddles the baby Scorbunny softly before she giggles lightly and cuddles her back.
