Zax's office wasn't big enough for everyone who wanted to talk to him, so he had to move the meeting out into the lobby.

"Alright everyone calm down. From

what I've gathered so far you all had encounters with strange forms of Pokémon that are called Alolan Forms, correct?"

Everyone present nodded and Ellie added. "I joined the guild!"

"Yes, we're aware Ellie. Alright so we now know what those strange Pokémon are called and a little more about them, the Spearow Brigade comes in tomorrow and we can ask them all about the Alolan Pokémon. For now, it's pretty late so let's just get some sleep."

Everyone went off to their rooms to get some sleep. Some slept easily while others were kept up by their own thoughts, but eventually, the next morning came.

Jet and Omega were doing their daily rounds of Central Town slightly earlier due to the Spearow Brigade arriving soon. Central Town was just across a bridge from the guild which was stationed on an island and built into a mountain. The entire town was on the oceanfront and had a large port to the south of the town.

The town itself was small with a few electric lines running through the town to the houses that were occupied. Less than a dozen people lived in the town as most had joined the guild.

The town was a square that had a large sundial in the center. To the south was the port, the east was the guild, the west was the entrance to Magic Forest and the north contained a path to Bridge Tower made by the group so they could check on the Ethereal Orb, which contained the evil of Dark Rayquaza.

The shops surrounded the sundial in a circular shape and the houses were placed in quadrants leaving the main roads open. The houses were made of brick and were each one floor, the ground was cobblestone hexagons placed close together.

They only had a few shops but business was booming like always. Maractus offered everyone her special cactus brewed drinks at the Maraculous Drinks. Her green body was shaped like a cactus with three yellow needles on either hand and dark yellow holes for eyes. Her drinks could boost a certain ability during a Mystery Dungeon and she had limited time specials running every other week so they always made sure to stock up on drinks.

Then there was the Jellicent Super Store. Jellicent had a large blue body with a white mustache around his mouth. His lower half was made up of two small tentacles and two wide tentacles. He had a smile white tuft of hair and two small red eyes. Jellicent sold everything someone at a Mystery Dungeon would need, and he even had a sister who operated in the Mystery Dungeons. They purchased an Oran berry and a reviver seed like always.

The third was the newly opened Aipom's Box Begone shop. Aipom was a purple Pokémon with. Round yellow face, she was monkey-like and had a long tail with a large hand on the end of it. She would open boxes found in Mystery Dungeons. Next to her shop was the very useful Deposit Box, which was a black box with a yellow handle that could contain money and items.

Omega and Jet took out a chest from the box and gave it to Aipom, who wound up her tail fist and punched the box. The box burst open and they found a gold bar in it.

They then went to Porygon's Gold Collection. Porygon was a red and blue Pokémon with sharp edges, her body seemed to be shaped like a duck. She gladly took their gold bar in exchange for money.

Finally, they stopped at Roserade's Blossoming Battle Techniques the shop was run by the Roserade Twins, they had long green bodies each with one hand being red and one being blue. The top of their heads was white and they hard sharp red eyes.

The twins could teach Pokémon special moves, help them forget moves they didn't want and were also capable of training Pokémon to help them level up.

Omega and Jet normally just stopped by to see if they had any useful moves they could be taught but there wasn't much that peaked their interest.

Their rounds were completed just as the Spearow Brigade's ships came into view. They were large boats with three masts each that towered compared to anything Central Town had.

The guild members and shopkeepers all ran down to the ports in preparation for the art of trade. There'd be haggling, purchasing, trading, and lots of exchanges goods and information. It was beneficial to everyone because Malena had materials that were found only on the island like the extracted fruits from Magic Forest.

The shops arrived at the port and docked themselves, a huge flock of Spearow flew from the ship. Spearow were small birds with brown feathers and pink beaks, their leader landed in front of them. He was a Fearow. Fearow were larger versions of Spearow, they had longer necks and giant beaks. The Fearow always called himself Roger, nobody knew why.

"Hello, Guildmaster Zax," Roger said.

"Hello, Captain Roger," Zax said.

"Let the trade commence!" Roger announced and everyone began trading.

"Roger, we need to talk."

Roger nodded. "Indeed we do." They boarded the ship and went into Roger's office. His office was full of papers and nicknacks but he didn't seem bothered one bit by the fact that a guess was seeing his headquarters as such a mess.

"Alright Roger, we've got a problem. There's been a ton of reported occurrences of strange Pokémon known as 'Alolan Forms' appearing and attacking my guild members."

"I don't know how they could've gotten here. After all, they are exclusive to a completely different continent. I can't imagine them appearing here naturally."

Zax nodded. "Just as I thought. We also found out that apparently our old Guildmaster, Friction, was an Alolan Form. It's all very curious."

"I don't know how Alolan Forms got on this island but it's very intriguing. I'll get some members of the Spearow Brigade who are heading to the continent containing Alolan Forms to see if there's anything happening on their side."

Zax grinned. "Thanks, Fearow, now what's your problem?"

Fearow's face was grim. "Right to the point, ay? Well, the Dodou Fleet have been attacking our ships and even formed a blockade around a trade route that took us to our most profitable island. We want to declare war but I need to know I have the support of my clients so that if they attempt to take over any continents or form any more blockades they won't be tolerated. Do I have your support?"

Zax pondered the thought. He knew if he said no that he'd immediately lose the Spearow Brigade and any chance at learning more about Alolan Forms. But he also didn't know how strong the Dodou Fleet was. He didn't want to risk getting into a conflict with enemies that could easily obliterate them. He weighed the options and decided. "Yes, you have my full support."

Fearow grinned. "Good call, then I have nothing more to ask of you. Have a nice day Zax, I hope I'll have some helpful results for you in the future."

Zax nodded and stood to leave. "Thanks again Fearow." Outside things had calmed down considerably. The only real trading that was happening was Flutter trying to get a plush Pidgey and Fuego was haggling with a Spearow for some rock.

"I'll give you this Dragon Fang and ten thousand for the rock." Fuego offered.

"Make it fifty thousand and you might have a deal."

"Five thousand."

"Eighty thousand."

"One!"

"One million!"

"No fang and you throw in a Key Stone!"

"Sixty million! And you work for me for ten years!"

"Ten thousand and the fang take it or leave it."

"Deal!" The Spearow gave him the red rock and a blue rock and Fuego handed him the Dragon Fang and ten thousand dollars. Then he ran off grinning. "Wait a second... that's the same as his initial offer!"

Eventually, Flutter got what he wanted and they left the port. The Spearow loaded their goods back onto their ships and left the port, heading back to wherever they stayed.

"Well, team I think we did pretty good in today's haggling mission. And we're going to learn more about those Alolan Forms. For now, just keep helping people and doing what you've been doing. Great job group, now get some sleep!" Zax said and everyone went off to their rooms to relax.

Watching from the windows was a giggling little figure. "They think they're safe! Hilarious! I'll show them, hmm what terrors should I unleash upon them next? I'm thinking some cold terrors. I'll send them to the Glacial Caverns, then we'll see just how tough they are." As a shadow fell over the request board, it made its move.
