Sorrel village
Neil seems to be in a bedroom sleeping. The room looks quite new as if no one lives there.
Neil opens his eyes slowly to a fluffy sensation on his chest. He lifts himself up from the bed.and discovers a sleeping Espurr clinging to his black shirt. He faintly remembers the explosion that knocked him out. (Tyra...are you okay?) Neil wonders to himself as he remembers the scared face of his aide. He also felt a huge urge to eat something.
While holding Espurr in his arms, Neil retrieves his pokeballs from the desk in the room and makes his way downstairs. He notices two figures wearing lab coats. One is a young woman with long light blue hair and a part of it tied into wings at the back of her head. She had blue eyes as well, and she wore a blue shirt and blue short pants along with black boots. She seemed happy to see Neil. While the other was a short elderly man with a long gray beard. His attire consisted of a gray beret, gray shirt and trousers, he seems indifferent towards Neil.
"Oh your awake! Am glad I thought you were in a coma." The woman said relieved that Neil was up. The old man then added "you've been asleep for 2 whole days now. You must be hungry I'll get you some tea and bread" the old man then went into the kitchen. After eating. Neil discovered he was found in a crater where team delta's headquarters used to be. "By the way my name is Amala am a professor studying Pokemon history" the woman addressed herself. "Am  Neil am a professor too, my field is mega evolution" Neil replied to her seemingly taking an interest in Amala. He hadn't met another scientist as young as he was so he was excited. "And I am professor Ivan a master on all things dragon!" The old said as he cleared the air between Amala and Neil.
Ivan then stated "Am from the Tyron region I came here to investigate team delta in place of my student Trevor". "I see so that's why you're here, I can give you all the info I have but I don't think it will be helpful" Neil said. "But Neil I propose that you help us with the investigation your a pretty strong trainer am sure you can handle the job" Amala said to Neil. Neil not knowing the extent of his trainer knowledge was uncertain. "Am not too sure about that Amala. Maybe I could use more training..." " Why not try the gym challenges. Wait hold that thought come with me!"Amala energetically took Neil away and left Ivan behind in the house. "That woman is to forceful" Ivan said before leaving the house.
Amala and Neil left sorrel village a small town with about 5 buildings in it. "I don't normally stay in my house, my lab is my true home so feel free to stay there sometimes Neil ok?" Amala proposed to Neil. "Sure Amala..." Neil said nervously as Amala had been holding his hand thought-out the journey to the dismay of Espurr looking murderous.
Spirulina city
This was an industrial city with lots of story buildings, a battle tent, game corner,poke center and poke mart. Neil was tempted to go to the poke mart but that had to wait.
"We're here! Amala labs!" Amala exclaimed happily as she showed Neil the huge 2 story building that was her lab. Neil couldn't help but feel jealous at how big Amala's lab was. "Great" Neil said to appease Amala. The lab was just as big inside. The first floor had two aides working on a mural that had been torn to pieces. The male scientists looked at Neil like a theft who had stolen their gold, mainly because Amala was still holding his hand. On the second floor was more hectic a female aide was chasing after a big chicken like Pokemon Neil took his Pokedex: Combusken, the young fowl Pokemon, a fire and fighting type and the evolved form of torchic. It is said this Pokemon specializes in offense with minimum defense in other words it's a reckless fighter. The aide then said "professor this is a starter that was returned to us" " hey Neil do you want this reject starter am sure you can make better use of it?" Amala asked. "Huh really Amala what would I need a middle stage starter for..." Neil answered but was cut short by another aide "professor Amala the league is calling you for the summit meeting again" Amala sprung up and pointed at Neil "Neil! This is the training I wanted you to go through. I want you to attend this meeting but to do so, you have take the gym challenges! So Neil if you want to find the truth of team delta this is the starting point!" Neil knew what Amala was saying was needed, he truly wanted to know what Kasper's real goal was, "ok Amala I'll do!" Neil said as he took Combusken's pokeball with 4 Pokemon on his side Neil is ready for action.
Amala briefed Neil on what he had to do, and how he should consider type match ups when battling. "I know you can do it Neil, after all you are a genius" Amala said with a smile that warmed up Neil's heart and got him fired up. Neil headed to the Pokemon center. Neil collected the receipt from the nurse joy of spirulina city and checked Combusken's data.

Ability:- speed boost
Moves:- fire punch
Double kick

Quick attack
the secret ability speed boost, this increases it's speed on battle. "This may be my strongest Pokemon yet, I could even mega evolve it" as Neil spoke these words the Combusken's ego grew overshadowing his other Pokemon. All of a sudden Snare started arguing with Combusken leading into a fight. "Hey back off!, Espurr could you tell me what these two are fighting over?" Neil asked Espurr "it seems to be about who's the strongest" Espurr answered. Neil facepalmed as he realized this was his life now he would need to catch more Pokemon and surely they too would cause problems with his current team.
Well that how Neil got his goal to beat all the gym leaders will he succeced... Maybe. Next time the gym battle takes place (ciao!)
