Fault cave
Neil took Amala back to where he saw the secret entrance in fault cave, it looked like the whole mountain wall had been pushed leaving markings on the ground.
"Ok stand back Neil! Am going to break down the wall!' Amala said releasing her Aggron(the steel like dinosaur) out of it's ball.
"Oi Amala you can't be serious?" Neil said with beads of sweat running down his face.
"Oh being of steel I beesch thee to give me the power to bulldoze all obstacles in front of me!!!!" Amala began to chat as she took her pen and touched the glowing gray mega stone attached to it.
"O Arceus! You are Serious! Your reciting the mega evolution rites and everything!" Neil said screaming as he moved far away from her
"Now Aggron! Mega evovle!!!!" Amala
Shouted and the energy of her mega stone went into Aggron encircling it and exploding, 'boom!!!' what came out of the explosion was a giant steel machine lizard, this was 'Mega Aggron' a pure steel type.
Amala then commanded "Mega Aggron heavy slam!"
"Aggggg!!" Mega Aggron then used it's metal tail to break down the wall.
'Bashhhhhhhh!' the wall fell and revealed a cave full of team delta grunts wearing jumpsuit with dyed hair(some were playing cards while some were goofing off) as Soon as the saw what had just happened all hell broke loose.
"Now we're getting somewhere!" Amala said licking her lips

Team Delta fault cave hideout
"Out of the way grunts!" Amala said as mega Aggron pushed all the grunts blocking their way.
"No way this is our cave!" A male grunt said
"Yah! Come on guys let's get her! Combined attack!" Another grunt said, and the others followed suit Rattatas, zubats and geodudes all belonging to different grunts sent out their elemental blast at Mega Aggron but all that effort made only a scratch on it's armor.
"Is that all you've got! Mega Aggron flash Cannon!!!" Amala commanded and the steel giant let out a silver blast from it's mouth knocking out the Pokemon as well as the grunts. Neil was amazed by this.
Neil then said in admiration "Your amazing Amala."
"Come on Neil this is hardly the time for that" Amala said cupping her cheeks trying to cover her blushing face.
The two professors after making their way further into the cave met a cross road.
"Ok Amala I believe the best course
Of action is sticking togeth......" Neil said before he saw what had happened
"First to liberate the cave wins!!!!!" Amala said taking the road to the left with mega Aggron behind her.
"Seriously..... That woman" Neil gave a light smile and continued to the right road.
Neil desends deeper into the cave until...
"Stop right there professor!" A masculine voice called out to him.
"So you've found me huh? Admin" Neil said calmly turning around.
The team delta admin Carl came face to face with Neil.
"Professor I'll give one last chance to join back up with us" Carl said
"That depends on what Kasper has to say to me" Neil answered
"Hah! Kasper doesn't have time for you. I'll finish you right here. Go seviper!" Carl decleared as he sent out the black and purple snake.
"Espurr your up!" Neil said as Espurr stopped hiding behind him and jumped at the snake.
"Seviper, poison fang!" Carl ordered
"Sevippppp!" Seviper charged as it fangs turned purple.
"Espurr protect yourself with thunderbolt!" Neil said.
"Esssss" Espurr hissed as she coated herself with electricity.
'Bzzzztttt' the sound was heard when seviper bit into a 100,00 volts of electricity.
Using this as a chance Neil immediately checked his Pokedex.
"Nice it's not part dark type so it won't resist psychic attacks" Neil said confirming Seviper's type.
"Espurr quick use psychic" Neil said.
As Espurr was about to unleash it's attack...
"Seviper tackle it" Carl ordered.
Seviper hit Espurr with tremendous force, Espurr then unleashed her psychic attack everywhere forcing everyone in the area including herself to break through another section of the cave. Once Neil recovered from the impact he realized Carl and his seviper had both fainted.
"Serves you right" Neil said with a smile.
"Well well well, what a pleasant surprise" a voice like a newscaster spoke to Neil.
He had heard this voice before.
"Kasper?" Neil said as he stood up and cleaned his eyes
What stood near the wall of the cave was a man near a small piller with two stone on it. This man was no other than Kasper the main leader and one of the golden trio of team delta.
"Professor I really did think you were dead. Mewtwo destroyed our base so we had to take up residence here, anyway how did you survive?" Kasper asked
"Dumb luck or a miracle I really don't know. Anyway Kasper what's the deal with the piller? Almost like your guarding" Neil inquired
"Oh this? This piller is like the heart of the cave. If even one of the fossils were removed this whole cave would collapse, that's also why I ordered my men to stand guard pesky scientists you know" Kasper said.
Neil put his right hand on his chin
"So you wanted to close off the cave until you safely found a way to keep the piller safe" Neil said
"Exactly, now that that's out of the way, professor you'll continue to help us with your mega power research right?" Kasper asked coolly
Neil then placed his left hand to his back where Kasper couldn't see.
"We'll that depends. are you going to tell me the main goal of team delta?" Neil asked
" Professor due to that explosion I can't, you'll just have to trust me" Kasper answered giving Neil his hand in attempt of a handshake.
"I see" Neil said as he backed away and pulled out his left hand.
"Now Espurr! Psychic!" As Neil said this his cat leaped from the rubble behind Kasper and uses her powers on the fossils on the piller.
"Kasper now tell me the truth or the cave gets it" Neil threatened. Kasper.
Kasper with a calm smile said to him
"Oh my it seems you've gotten a hang of this battle stuff"
Kasper began to walk slowly towards Neil.
"But experience in battle is what I have more of than your smarts, come out houndoom!" Kasper said throwing a pokeball up.
A dog like creature colored with different shades of brown it's tail was the shape of a trident and it's whole body was clad in armor of bones.
What caught Neil's eye was the mega stone in it's chest emitting mega aura.
"That's one of my mega stones" Neil was surprised, team delta has successfully used his research without him testing it first.
"Yah without you we were only able to make 3 perfect stones, each going to one of the golden trio. Now professor your coming with me" Kasper inquired.
Neil was shaking, the already powerful houndoom had now gotten a permanent mega evolution.
"Espurr take the fossil!" Neil shouted.
"Houndoom knock out Neil!" Kasper ordered.
Before Espurr could do anything the hell hound leapt at Neil.
As if instinct, Espurr left the piller and rushed to Neil's side.
'Slashhhh!' a claw from the hound intended for Neil struck Espurr taking a lock of fur off her back.
"Espurr! Damn it Combusken out!" Neil shouted holding the wounded Espurr in his arms, he then sent out his ace starter Combusken.
"Combuuuus" Combusken shouted.
"Combusken take out the fossil" Neil ordered
Combusken using her speed raced towards the piller however.
Before she could make it houndoom clawed at her. Feathers flew as the dog's claws made contact.
Neil was worried his Pokemon had taken damage and his other two wouldn't stand a chance against houndoom.
"Combusken double kick!" Neil ordered
"Kennnn" Combusken yelled as she charged.
"Houndoom fury swipes" Kasper said calmly
The two Pokemon clashed. Despite speed boost being in play houndoom was overwhelming Combusken with it's own speed. Feathers and blood were flying as Combusken desperately tried to hit houndoom but failed.
(This is bad despite the type advantage Combusken will still lose. What should I do) Neil thought to himself, then.
(Got it I'll be a decoy so Combusken can get the fossils, am sure Kasper won't kill, he still needs me. I can win this)
Before Neil could selflessly sacrifice himself for the cause, someone else did.
"What..." Neil said as he noticed his arms were lighter.
"Espurr!!!" Neil screamed.
Espurr had flew all the way to Combusken location and stood In-between her and houndoom
"Houndoom finish it!" Kasper shouted.
"Houndddd!" Houndoom responded and quickly went to work.
'Slash!' 'slash!' blood and fur went everywhere but still Espurr didn't move.
"Esssss!" Espurr cried and started glowing purple, she then looked at Combusken.
"Esssss (go)" Espurr said to Combusken.
With out hesitation in using her stored speed Combusken zoomed past Kasper and broke the piller getting the fossils in the process.
The cave slowly started to shake
"Impossible! Houndoom stop it..." Kasper ordered but stopped as he saw his Pokemon.
"Paralysis!" Kasper cried as his mega houndoom was unable to move.
"All this time Espurr was getting hit, She was spreading electricity through her fur to paralyse houndoom" Neil said.
Espurr no longer being able to stand was about to fall then.
Combusken zoomed back to it's previous location took Espurr away and ran back to Neil.
Neil caught his two Pokemon in each arm and was current looking for an exit from the collapsing cave.
"Neil it's best if you come back with me regardless of anything else!" Kasper inquired.
"Not until I find out the truth. One way or the other" Neil answered
"I see I'll bring you back by force then!
Houndoom flamethrower!" Kasper ordered.
"Houndddddd" houndoom yelled as it released a stream of hellfire at Neil.
Neil turned his back in attempt to shield his injured Pokemons.
"Flash cannon!" A familiar shouted.
A silver beam of light shot out of the wall and stopped the flamethrower.
The wall crumbled revealing Amala riding on her mega Aggron.
"Neil get on!" Amala shouted
Without hesitation Neil jumped on the steel dinosaur.
"Aggron use dig!" Amala ordered.
The steel beast began to dig a tunnel out of the almost collapsed cave .
"Neil!" Kasper shouted but Neil and Amala had already escaped.
Kasper then took Carl and went into the secret escape exit.
"This isn't over Neil" Kasper said his carefree smile turning into a vengeful grin.

Wow that was dark, but this is just the beginning!
