Y/N, Pikachu, and LT Surge gave each other an intense stare as things began to tense up.

LT Surge: "Because I thought I already told you to evolve that Pikachu and you fail to follow command solider! And not only that but your Mankey, fallen in battle and instead of taking your brothers in arms to safety you continue to strive through the battlefield. Now normally I would say pursuing on to avenge your brothers is gutsy and deserve a medal, but why do that when there's a Pokémon center next door? You're not thinking about them! You only think about yourself! And we'll see how far that gets ya! After you sacrifice all of your allies!

Y/N: "You shut up!! You know nothing of the bonds between me and my comrades!"

Misty: "Umm, Y/N, your starting to sound just like him."

LT Surge: "Silence you! You and Brock are ashamed to all gym leaders!"

Misty: "Hey!! I'm really getting sick of you calling me and Brock bad gym leaders we did nothing to deserve it!"

LT Surge: "Exactly! You do nothing! I heard about those neighbors on the news being robbed! You're gym is like right next door, So where was you?"

LT Surge: "Exactly! Probably off doing something irrelevant like fishing or something! I knew Cerulean really was losing it when they consider a child of a failed family to be the next gym leader!"

Pikachu: "Pikapika!!!" Pikachu growl even though Pikachu forgot how to use that mode in the first place. Pikachu sparked it's electricity and jumped off your shoulder.

LT Surge: "Oh your mad Pikaboo so you think this trainer really worth your time? Is so disappointing that a puny Pokémon such as yourself haven't realize it could easily evolve in the blink of an eye with just one item. How about you trade that Pokémon with me kid I'll set it right!"

Brock: "Now that's going too far!"

Green: "Wow he's a meanie! I don't like him no more!"

Engineer Bailey: "You see, why I don't like this gym...dang dude." The engineer mumbled to himself.

Y/N: "I had enough of your disrespect! Bring out your Pokémon so Pikachu can mop the floor with you!" Surge look back at you and Pikachu and began to laugh as if you was a joke.

LT Surge: "Ten-hut! Will you look at that! A pint sized challenger with a pint size Pokémon, Hahaha! You've got big and brassy nerves to take me on with your puny power! A Pokémon battle is war! I'll show you, civilian! I'll shock you into surrender! Surge pull out this Pokèball. "How about a wager?

Y/N: "Hmm?"

LT Surge: "If your Pikachu can defeat this one Pokémon then I'll give you the gym badge immediately!

Jim Gai: "What?! You can't! Do that this is about the trainer's growth you'll jeopardize that by holding back!"

LT Surge: "Then I won't lose then simple ass that!"

Y/N: "You think you got me all figured out huh! Pikachu let's take em down!"

Pikachu: "Pika! Pikaa!!"

Jim Gai shook his head, looking at Surge with disappointment.

Jim Gai: "Hmm, I wonder what are you gonna do champ of the making."

LT Surge: "Ha!" Surge grabbed the Pokèball from amongst his belt chain and swung it into the air. "Strike within the battlefield of perception! Show him guts! Aim with Precaution! Teach em, Discipline Go Gorochu!!"

A bipedal rodent-like Pokémon with dark orange fur a white belly, bifurcated ears brown on the outside, yellow on the insides, ended in a distinctive curl. There is a circular yellow marking on each cheek where its electric sacs are, and it has a triangular, dark brown nose. Its arms and feet have patches of brown fur at the end, and the soles of its long feet are tan with a circular orange pad in the center. On its back are two horizontal brown stripes. Its long, thin tail has a lightning bolt-shaped end.

Raichu: "Rai!!"

Pikachu: "Pikaa!" Pikachu jumped back shock, and started shivering as the bigger Pokémon grin at it.

Y/N was a little confused over Pikachu's reaction but did notice something odd about that Pokémon, it had similarities just like Pikachu. Either way it was your opponent there was no point in worrying about it too much.

Jim Gai: "I knew it."

Brock: "Oh no I see."

Green: "What?"

Brock: "That Pokémon that Surge summoned is Raichu, the evolutionary form of Pikachu.

Green: "Evolution?! Oh I see just like my Ivysaur."

Brock: "Mmhm."

LT Surge: "Ha whats wrong got nothing to say!"

Y/N: "How about this Pikachu use quick attack!"

Pikachu: "Pika!" Pikachu snap out of it and respond to your command, lunges at the Raichu at a speed that makes it almost invisible.

LT Surge: "Ten-Hut!!

Raichu: "Rai!" Raichu blocked the Pikachu's with its tail holding Pikachu back from proceeding.

LT Surge: "Now use mega kick!" Raichu slammed Pikachu down and twirl spinning as it pick up velocity shifting its leg into a kick launch with muscle-packed power.

Pikachu: "Pika!" Pikachu shivery duck dodging the massive power surging within the attack. The kick's pressure left off a empowering wave that had you shiver once it passes through you and the entire gym. You gulp but didn't tense up.

Y/N: "Tsk, if that hit? Dang it! Pikachu use double team!" Pikachu tried to jump away but Raichu quickly snatched Pikachu with its tail. Pikachu fell straight down.

Pikachu: "Pikaaaa!!"

Y/N: "What!!?"

LT Surge: "Haha! Nice work! Now show em how arc of combat like!"

Raichu: "Rai!!" Raichu began to jump around the gym field performing arles, with each land Pikachu was being slammed down and bounce back up while being wrapped around raichu's tail.

LT Surge: "Now use mega punch!!" Raichu jumped high into the air with Pikachu still wrapped in its tail. Once it reached the air, it loosened Pikachu and slugged a punch thrown with muscle-packed power. Silva spill out of Pikachu's mouth as Raichu's punch lunch Pikachu back to the surface.

Pikachu: "Pikaaaa!!"

Y/N: "Pikachu!!"

LT Surge: "Mega Kick!!" Raichu came skydiving down twirling down for a powerful sluggish kick.

Y/N: "Quick dodge it Pikachu!!" Pikachu dodge roll Raichu's kick. "Double Team!!" As Pikachu roll around it began to make images clones of itself. Raichu look, left and right as Pikachu's we're all around him.

LT Surge: "Sometimes playing stealth is the best choice to counter the bold!"

Y/N: "Shut up! I don't need praise from you!"

LT Surge: "Who said I'm praising cowards will always be cowards!"

Y/N: "Tsk why you!! Pikachu use quick attack!"

Pikachu: "Pika!!" Pikachu angry respond dashing towards Raichu with Piercing speed. Pikachu and the clone did multi charges as if raichu was getting gang up on by dashing light fast attacks. Raichu respond blocking the attacks head on.

Raichu: "Rrraaaaaiiiii!!! Raichu made a quick stomp then slamming the field with it's tail and punching the air with mega punch. The velocity of the air pressure was so strong it matched a gust from an flying type. The aerial razor winds, push Pikachu back, eliminating all the visual images of Pikachu.

Misty: "Y/N what are you doing? You should have kept using double team, to increase his evasion stage!"

Brock: "Is just like before! Just like that time he battle Blue in the S.S Anne. He's letting trash talk get to him."

Green: "Hmm? I understand a bitter rival but why would a gym leader be such a bully?!"

Jim Gai: "..........."

Pikachu: "Pikapika!!! Pikaip!!" Pikachu roar out in anger and released a power Thundershock. The electricity flow everywhere.

Y/N: "Yeah! Screw him!! Let's goo!!" Your anger was in sync with Pikachu. The Thundershock struck one of the lights which Began to flicker. The flickers began to stunt surge.

LT Surge: "Ha! Eh!! Aaaahhhhhhh!!!!" Surge's pupils shrink, and a piercing stare gaze form with a grin. Surge completely lost control. "Used Thunderbolt!!!"

Racihu: "Rai?"

LT Surge: "Blast it all! The fire the damage the pain, shock it allll!!!"

Racihu: "Raiiichhuuuu!!!" Raichu become in sync with Surge becoming a raging bull. It sparked up a strong electric blast of of blue and yellow sparks blasting away Pikachu's thundershock and striking Pikachu.

Y/N: "....No, way..."

The thunderbolt sent Pikachu back towards you and the attack blast you and Pikachu across the gym.

Green & Misty: "Y/N!!!" The girls ran down to your aid. Misty wrap her arms around you while the back of your head laid on Green's lap.

Y/N: "...Ugh. That...that, was so...lame. Ugh." Y/N and Pikachu fell unconscious from the attack. Surge immediately snap out of it.

LT Surge: "Tch...Eh, shit."

Brock: "Stand down!" Brock jumped down and pulled out his Pokèball posing it with a fist towards Surge.

LT Surge: "Tsk!" Surge quickly pulled out his Pokèball sending Raichu back.

Brock: "Don't you think that was enough Surge!" Brock said with a serious expression, something he hardly does.

Jim Gai shook his head leaving the gym, The gentleman look away. And the other employees just stood there helplessly with no idea of what to do.

Sailor Dwayne: "Uhh, Surge?"

Engineer Bailey: "Aww, crap we mess up."
