Kukui: Breakfast is ready!

Ash, Goh, and Chloe joined the other for breakfast.

Kukui: Eat up everyone!

Ash: So what do you think we should do?

Goh: Hmm... I know! There's a desert in Ula Ula island for me to catch Pokémon!

Ash: I've been to the desert before! It's like a maze.

Chloe: I understand it's to catch Pokémon but weren't you in a desert before?

Goh: Yeah why?

Chloe: Isnt that-

Kukui: Great! Then let's go there once breakfast is finished.

Chloe: I don't think I'll ever get the message through.

Rowlet: This food is delicious!

Pikachu: And once second, you're going to fall asleep.

Rowlet: Gengar, there's something sticking out of your back.

Pikachu pulls out something from Gengar. It was a photo of Clefable that worked in the Ultra Guardians base. Gengar turned from Purple to Neon Red.

Gengar: GIVE IT BACK TO ME!

Pikachu: Do you like Clefable?

Gengar: NONONO, I DONT LIKE CLEFABLE. YOU SAW NOTHING.

Pikachu: You sure?

Gengar: *tries to hold it in but gave up* Fine I do have a crush on her...

Pikachu: I knew it.

Gengar: But... I'm too shy to even talk to her.

Sirfetch'd: I could help you out.

Gengar: You would?

Sirfetch'd: It's part of the bro code and the chivalry code.

Pikachu: And you'll need rizz.

Gengar: Rizz? What is that?

Sirfetch'd: pose like this!

Sitfetch'd put his finger under his beak and closed one eye.

Pikachu: or try this!

Pikachu place his left hand on his head and make a finger gun on his other hand. he combined it with a calm smile.

Meanwhile

Sylveon: *Gets a nosebleed*

Pancham: Sis!? You're bleeding.

Sylveon: ...

Delphox: Did your nose explode? I didn't see you hit anything?

Sylveon: No.. but i felt something...

Serena: Pancham, Sy-OH MY ARCEUS, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU SYLVEON!?

Pancham and Delphox shrugged at Serena.

Serena: Wait here, I'll get you a potion to heal your nose.

Iris walks in the door

Iris: Serena, are you done? We're heading to Ula Ula island.

Serena: In a minute. I'll be right there!

Back at Kukui's house.

Goh: And not only that but... There has been a rumor about a Z-crystal located in the desert.

Ash: Hmm... a Z-crystal.

Ash though of the remaining z crystals in his head.

Ash: I've got a Steelium Z, an Electrium Z, a Firium Z a Grassium Z, Lycanium Z, Rockium z, Normalium Z, and a Pikashunium Z. The ones I haven't gotten yet are a Waterium Z, a Poisonium, a Fightinium Z (Tapu Koko did replace it with an Electrium Z) a Flyinium Z, a Dragonium Z, A Groundium Z, A Darkinium Z, A Ghostium Z, a Fairium Z, A Psychium Z, a Buginium Z, and an Icium Z.

Kukui: Don't forget the species-specific
Z-crystals.

Ash: Hmmm... Having another Z-crystal would be good.

Goh: Let's go there then!

Chloe: Here we go again.

Ash, Goh, And Chloe changed their clothes and set out to Ula Ula island.

Meanwhile at the Pokemon Park in Inteleon's Cave. Cinderace and Lucario are healing up the wounds they had on their bodies. They were saved by Greninja.

Greninja: Good to see that you're okay.

Lucario: Who were those pokemon?

Cinderace: And why were they going after Ash?

Greninja: uhm....

Lucario: I know that two of them were Iron Valiant and Iron Hands.

Cinderace: And the other two were a Delibird and a Hydreigon.

Greninja: They're known as Paradox Pokemon.

Cinderace: Paradox Pokemon?

Greninja: They came from the future.

Lucario: Oh so that's why they look so robotic!

Cinderace: and here comes the joke that the world is being taken over by robots.

Greninja: I've heard from Squishy and Z2 that they've witnessed the upcoming danger at my arrival to the Kanto Region.

Lucario: What were you doing here?

Greninja: I finished up my work back in the Kalos region and i came to the Kanto Region to find Ash.

Cinderace: Didn't you tell me about Ash and Greninja's history Lucario?

Lucario: I did! Including the one when Greninja was being a sassy b*tch to Hawlucha.

Greninja: *smirks*

Cinderace: Back to the topic now. How do we stop them?

Greninja: One of them is out right now but. I didn't see any powerful aura from all 4 of them.

Lucario: So, you're saying that there might be a possible chance that we might face even more of them.

Greninja: mhm. I know a place where we can get some strong training!

Lucario: I wonder what is it?

5 hours later

Greninja: this is the Secret Gym. A place where Humans cannot interfere with any pokemon here training. Wild or Pokemon with trainers come here.

???: HI Greninja! It's been too long.

Greninja: Hey Zeraora. It's been too long!

Zeraora: Yeah!

Zeraora takes a look at Lucario.

Zeraora: Oooh~ who's this handsome cutie?

Greninja: This is Lucario and That's Cinderace.

Zeraora: Hey there~

Lucario: Um... Hello.

Zeraora: Here's my location in case if you're feeling lonely~ I'll going back home now so i'll see you around cutie~.

Lucario: Ok bye!

Greninja: Wow. I can tell you charmed one girl.

Lucario: I ca-

Cinderace grabs Lucario's hand.

Cinderace: Let's go train.

Lucario: But-

Cinderace: Now.

Greninja: huh, I wonder what's up with him.

Greninja, Lucario, and Cinderace find a spot to train and fought each other.

Meanwhile in Hania Desert

Pikachu: *huff* Where... is... Ash....

Lycanroc: I don't know how you guys are tired. I feel fine.

Marshadow: Easy... For... You... to Say..

Lycaonroc: I understand you guys are melting from here. Hence why Rowlet fainted from the heat.

Pikachu: I'm sorry... I'm too... *faints*

Lycanroc: There should be an oasis somewhere.

Marshadow: Please... Hurry *faints*

Both Pokemon fainted from heat exhaustion. Lycanroc puts both of them on his back and walked across the desert.

With Ash, Grookey, and Kukui

Kukui: I don't see anyone anywhere.

Ash: *sits in despair* Why does this always happen to us...

Grookey: (There there...) *pats Ash's back*

Kukui: We should find some place to cool off.

Ash: Maybe like an Oasis or a cave.

A fin creeps towards Ash and Kukui.

Ash: Let's see.

Ash checks out his Rotom Phone to check the map. It detect a movement coming towards them.

Rotom Phone: Warning! Motion detected!

Ash: !?

Kukui: !?

Ash: Motion!? That means it's either Goh or Chloe or Pikachu!

The fin circles around Ash waiting for the right time to strike.

Kukui: Ash!?

Ash: WHAT DO I DO!?

Grookey pokes the fin but it kept moving

Grookey: (Is that a sharpedo?)

Ash: Maybe its a sharpedo that can swim on sand.

Kukui: That looks like a Gible or a Gabite or a Garchomp to me.

The fin jumps of and bite Ash's head. But it didn't hurt Ash.

Ash: Uh...

Kukui: Its a Gible.... How are you not affected by this?

Ash: I caught a Gible before. it usually likes to bite me in the head.

The Gible got off Ash's head and used Draco Meteor. The Draco Meteor broke into server meteors but it somehow missed and went in a different direction.

Ash: The Draco meteor missed...

Kukui: it seemed like all of the meteors move to a different direction.

Gible: (I missed...)

Ash: Hey Don't worry, Why don't we do some training to correct that Draco meteor of yours?

Kukui: Are you sure?

Ash: Yeah!

Gible: (Ok!)

Ash: First you'll build up all that energy and then let it all out with a HA! Then it'll go BOOM and then ending it with a BANG BANG BANG!

Kukui: *sweatsrops* That's Ash.

Ash: Lets try using Draco Meteor!

Gible: (Draco Meteor!)

The Draco Meteor goes a different direction.

Ash: Again

Gible: (Draco Meteor!)

Ash: And Again!

Gible: (Draco Meteor!)

Ash: And again!

Gible: (Draco Meteor!)

Grookey: (They're still going...)

Kukui: I hear ya buddy.

4 hours later

Gible is sweating due to using Draco Meteor multiple times.

Ash: It seems to be working but where is it aiming for?

Kukui: Maybe finding the landing spot could help us find the solution.

Ash: Lets do it!

Gible: (Ok!)

Ash, Kukui, Grookey, and Gilbe went on to find the spot where the Draco Meteor crashed.

Meanwhile with Goh, Chloe, Gengar, and Eevee.

Goh: I know its ggetting late.

Chloe: Atleast it's a bit cooler now.

Goh: Hey look. There's a cave where we can take a rest for a while.

Chloe: Finally. This heat is just killing me!

After cooling down in the cave.

Gengar: ( C-chloe? )

Chloe: Huh? What is it Gengar?

Gengar shows a picture of Clefable with a large heart surrounding it. Chloe looked at Gengar and immediately understood the situation.

Chloe: Ooooh~ Someone has a crush on a Clefable

Gengar: (Please help me)

Chloe: Well, I can't say i know about it but I've read a book about how to deal with a crush.

Gengar: (That means you'll help me!?)

Chloe: I'll help you out. But first, we should find the others and get out of here.

Goh: Hey I have an idea!

Chloe: What is it?

Goh: We could look for them in the air!

Chloe: You just thought of it just now?

Goh: Yeah *scratches head* Sorry...

Chloe: I was expecting you to be like that...

Goh and Chloe took a rest in a cave before moving on at the nighttime.

As for the other ones, they're experiencing a meteor shower at their usual spot.

Dawn: Is it over?

Cilan: I think so.

Piplup: (I'm never safe...)

Dawn hugs Piplup to comfort him.

Dawn: I swear if its Ash's Pokémon, then I need to have a friendly talk.

Serena: (I can tell that Ash might be in danger)

Brock: Who knew we could have a taste of Deja vu again.

Iris: Huh? Hey guys, look!

Dawn: What is it?

Serena: It looks like a Pokemon carrying two other pokemon.

May: I can't wait to-

Brock: Wait. That looks like a Pikachu and a Marshadow riding on a Lycanroc.

Cilan: They look like they're in bad shape! we better hurry!

Cilan, Serena, Brock ran to get the three pokemon and bring it back to the cave. They gave them some water to quench their thirst.

Pikachu: (I FEEL BETTER!)

Lycanroc: (Ah!)

May: How are you guys feeling?

Pikachu: (Go- ITS EVERYONE!)

Pikachu jumps on everyone's shoulder to nuzzle against their necks.

Serena: Could it be...

Dawn: Its Pikachu!

Cilan: Fancy meeting you here!

Brock: How have you been!

Pikachu: (I'm good!)

Lycanroc: (Hello!)

Dawn: Its so cute! Who's a good boy! You are!

Dawn scratches Lycanroc's head from above and below. Lycanroc's tail wagged as it was happy to be scratched

Lycanroc: (I like this trainer.)

Serena: Is that the mythical Marshadow!?

May: Ooh I want to catch it! Go Pokeball!

May threw the pokeball at Marshadow, trying to catch it. As expected, nothing happened. May got upset that she couldn't catch it but had to let it go.

Cilan: That means Ash own a Marshadow.

Brock: Ash must have been so lucky. First a Melmetal then a Marshadow. I wonder what pokemon he'll be catching next?

Iris: I'll bet an entire tree of berries if he manages to be close friends with a Solgaleo.

Serena: Hey Pikachu, Where's Ash?

Pikachu: (I lost him...)

Cilan: No clue huh? I guess we'll have to find i- OH NO ANOTHER DRACO METEOR

Everyone: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

The meteor caused an explosion knocking out Piplup.

Dawn: Poor Piplup!

Pikachu: ...

Lycanroc: (Who is attacking us!?)

Marshadow: (I can tell its either a Flygon or the Garchomp evolution line that around here.)

Ash: It landed in the cave!

Kukui: Hey look, Someone's here.

Ash: Its... Everyone!?

Serena: It's Ash!

Pikachu: ASH!

Pikachu tackled Ash in the stomach and then using thunderbolt on him.

Ash: AAUAUAH! *coughs*

Pikachu: (I've missed you Ash!)

Ash: Pikachu, It's great to see you too!

Kukui: Hey ash, are these your friends?

Ash: Of course, they are! These are my friends from my previous adventures through many regions!

Cilan: Hello there! My name is Cilan! a Pokémon Connoisseur!

Iris: My name is Iris! I'm a dragon master.

Kukui: Hey. I know you! you're the current champion of Unova!

Iris: I guess Ash isn't the only well-known person here.

Kukui: Its been so long since we've seen each other Brock and May!

May: Wait Brock, you were here before?

Brock: Yeah. I was here with Misty.

Ash: By the way, How's Misty?

Brock: Misty is doing fine. She couldn't join us because she has a lot of gym challengers to take care of.

Ash: Well that sucks.

Serena: Hi Ash!

Ash: Hi Serena! It's been so long!

Serena: I know right!

Iris: You two know each other?

Ash: Yeah! we traveled throughout the Kalos Region and-

Dawn: Ash, Pikachu and Marshadow fainted again!

Ash: UH OH!

Ash grabs a bottle of water to give Pikachu and Marshadow a drink.

Iris: Ash, how did you catch yourself a Marshadow?

Ash: Strange... I don't seem to remember where I caught it but i know that I did catch it.

Pikachu: Wait Marshadow, Do you remember where he caught you?

Marshadow: (Oh about that... Remebmer Chapter 48 where you had a nightmare?

Pikachu: (Wh- What!?)

Ash: Marshadow? What are you saying?

Marshadow: (I had something to do with it.)

Pikachu: (I KNEW IT! YOU HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT!)

Dawn: Pikachu looks angry at Marshadow.

Brock: It could've said something that got it mad.

Cilan: I wish we could understand what pikachu is saying.

Dawn: Speaking of which.... ASH KETCHUM YOU ARE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE MISTER!

Ash: WHAT DID I DO!?

May: YOUR GIBLE ATTACKED US MANY TIMES!

Serena: EVEN PANCHAM FAINTED BECAUSE OF DRACO METEOR!

Ash: THIS ISNT MY GIBLE I SWEAR!

The girls didn't believe Ash and got even more angry.

Dawn: Alright Fine. I guess we'll have to teach you a lesson!

May: Pikachu and Lycanroc, get Ash!

Lycanroc and Pikachu were surprised by May's commands.

Pikachu: (You can't make me attack Ash!

Lycanroc: (Yeah! I can't disobey my trainer!)

Kukui: I don't think they'll listen to you...

Dawn: I'll give you ketchup and more head scratches if you do it!

Pikachu and Lycanroc gave Ash a sinister look and then gave him Thunderbolt and Rock throw. Ash got hit and got throw into the air. He screamed as he was flying in the air.

Ash: I SWEAR IT WASN'T MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeee!

Gible: (Huh?)

5 minutes later

Ash: Sorry about that...

Dawn: What are you doing here anyways?

Ash: You see, we were trying to find a z-crystal that's hidden in the desert but we got separated by the storm.

May: Seperated?

Kukui: there's more of us here. A boy in a grey shirt and a girl with an eevee.

Serena: We haven't seen anyone like that.

Kukui: Seeing how cooler it is at night time, we might be able to find them without the heat melting us away like an inferno.

Cilan: Thats sounds like a good idea.

Rotom Phone: You have a call from, Goh.

Ash: It's my rotom phone.

Ash answers the call and put it on speaker mode for everyone to hear

Goh: Hey Ash, Where are you?

Ash: In the desert.

Goh Where in the desert.

Ash: Where theres sand and rocks.

Goh: ...

Dawn: Hey Goh!

Goh: Huh? Is that Dawn's voice?

Chloe: Is that dawn?

Serena: Hey its Chloe's voice!

Chloe: and Serena!?

Kukui: Do you guys know where you are?

Chloe: We're in some ruins. it has statues and an arch.

Kukui: Then that means...

Ash: The Ruins of Abundance!

Chloe: You know about the place?

Ash: Its where Tapu Bulu lives!

Cilan: You mean the Island Guardian that lives here?

Brock: Yeah. 

Kukui: Chloe and Goh, Stay where you are. We'll find you.

Goh: Alright.

Goh hangs up the phone.

Ash: we should check out the ruins. and on our way, we can help Gible perfect its draco meteor.

May: make sure it doesn't hit us again.

Gible: (Sorry...)

Ash: Don't worry about it. Lets try using Draco Meteor but lets try to aim it at the rock overthere

Gible: (Ok... Draco... Meteor!)

Gible launches the draco meteor in the air but it all of the meteorites aimed at Dawn. Luckily all of them missed Dawn.

Dawn: Why is it attacking me?

Piplup comes out of his pokeball.

Piplup: (I'm feeling much more better!)

Ash: I know, Imagine the rock is in front of you.

Gible: (mhm.)

Ash: Now try to break it.

Gible: ( Draco... Meteor!) 

Gible fires a meteor into the sky, breaking it into multiple pieces. All of them were aiming for Piplup. all of the meteors hit Piplup.

Ash: Uh oh...

Piplup: (ACK!)

Cilan: I understand now! the Draco hasn't be attacking us... Its been attacking Piplup!

Kukui: Thats a new discovery, Rotom would be excited to find new data like this.

Meanwhile

Rotom Dex: *electrical sneeze*

Ultra Dex: Is something wrong?

Rotom Dex: I feel like someone is calling my name.

Back at the desert.

Ash: Deja vu perhaps?

Kukui: Ash, did this happen before?

Ash: Yeah. Back when I have my own gible, I was helping perfect its draco meteor but instead it hit Piplup multiple times.

Pikachu: (Thats a personal [REDACTED] you in particular moment right there.)

Iris: Hey guys, look! Its the ruins.

Ash: And there's Goh and Chloe, and Gengar!

Gengar: (Hey Ash!)

Ash and Gengar hugged each other.

Goh: Hey everyone!

Chloe: Its Serena and Dawn! but who are the other ones?

Ash: Meet Brock, Iris, May, and Cilan.

May: I remember you! You were at the Lilycove contest with Serena and Me!

Chloe: NOW I REMEMBER YOU!

Cilan: I guess we should introduce ourselves. My name is Cilan and I'm a Pokémon Connoisseur. 

Brock: I'm Brock, a Pokemon Doctor.

Iris: and I'm Iris, a Dragon master and the current champion of Unova.

Chloe: My name is Chloe, and this is my Eevee!

Cilan dashes past Ash and Gets a closer look at Chloe and Eevee.

Cilan: Its Evaluation Time!

Chloe: Huh?

Cilan: Chloe and Eevee. Two People with infinite possibilities! It has a unique flavor. Eevee's fur is bright and fluffy which means you've taken excellent care of it.

Chloe: Uh.. Thanks *Sweatdrops*

Eevee: (uh....)

Cilan: Final Judgement: Chloe and Eevee's friendship compatibility is exceptionally high!

Chloe: Is... This normal?

Iris: You'll get used to it.

Ash: Cilan never changes does he.

Goh: Hey what is this Gible doing here?

Ash: It's a wild one, I'm helping it use Draco meteor correctly but its attacking Piplup for some reason.

Iris: it's a mystery we'll never solve.

Chloe: Hey do you guys remember why we're here?

Ash: I think we're here about a z-crystal...

Goh: yeah. We heard it's in this desert.

Serena: We were doing some sightseeing in the desert.

Ash: Hey, what's that large wood sticking out of the sand?

Everyone looks at the distance to see that wood. It looked like a wooden post with a hole in the middle. Ash and Goh ran to get a closer look. Once they got closer, they saw a small magenta crystal.

Ash: It's a Psychium Z!

Goh: And it's only one so that means.

Ash: ...

Goh: ...

Ash: Pikachu, I choose you!

Ash tried to call Pikachu, but he fainted from the intense heat of the desert along with Marshadow.

Ash: It's not even daytime right now.

Gengar: (Hey, I'm ready!)

Ash: I know! Dracovish, I choose you!

Gengar: *sits in despair*

Goh: Inteleon, I choose you!

Inteleon comes out of its pokeball while wearing a tuxedo and a glass of juice.

Inteleon: (Ah, A challenger.)

Goh: Inteleon, use Snipe shot!

Inteleon aims his finger on Dracovish.

Ash: Dracovish, use Water Gun!

Dracovish: (Water gun!)

Dracovish blasted out water while Inteleon let out a water snipe at same time. Both moves collied and released a misty explosion.

Ash: Use Dragon Rush!

Goh: Counter it with Liquidation!

Inteleon drank its juice from a glass cup and pulls out a liquid-like sword. Inteleon charged in at Dracovish while it was using dragon rush. Both moves clashed each other but Dracovish had more power, pushing Inteleon away. The juice spilled on his tuxedo. Inteleon was devestated to see its outfit ruined by juice.

Inteleon: (My outfit....)

Inteleon broke its cool and got very angry at Dracovish.

Inteleon: (You... YOU... YOU...)

Dracovish: (Did i win?)

Goh: Inteleon, calm down!

Inteleon used two hands to fire two snipe shots. he released it and kept on firing.

Goh: Woah. I didn't know that Inteleon can fire a rapid shot...

Ash: Dracovish, are you ok?

Inteleon didn't stop.

Goh: Inteleon, I think that's enough...

Inteleon: (NO! I'M MAKAING THAT DINO SUFFER!)

Serena: Wow. Inteleon seems to be angry.

Cilan: I certainly feel what Inteleon is going through.

Ash: Inteleon, That enough!

Inteleon didn't stop firing at Dracovish.

Goh: Ok I'll have to get you back to your Poke ball!

Inteleon fired a snipe shot at Goh's Poke ball, throwing it into the air.

Goh: What the heck Inteleon!?

Inteleon: (HE RUINED MY TUXEDO! HE'S PAYING FOR ALL OF THIS!)

Inteleon kept on firing non-stop while Dracovish is taking a massive amount of damage. Ash decided to get it but was hit in the forehead by a snipe shot. Ash became unconscious after taking the hit. Serena and Brock ran towards Ash to check on him.

Pikachu: Ash!

After Pikachu finished drinking his water, He rush in and used thunderbolt on him.

Inteleon stopped firing at him and fired at Pikachu rapidly. Despite the type disadvantage, Pikachu fainted from the rapid snipe shot. Inteleon fired again at Dracovish. Dracovish couldn't escape from the attack and fainted. Gible came in and bite Inteleon's head but that didn't stop Inteleon.

Gible fired a Draco Meteor while Inteleon is inside its mouth. Inteleon did get hit and fainted.

Gible: (I finally did it!)

Goh: Thanks, Gible! 

Serena: We need to get back home!

Kukui: You're right.

Iris: Dragonite, we need your help!

Goh: You too Flygon and Altaria!

Serena: Flying pokemon will help us get back home faster!

Goh: I'll take the crystal and hold on to it.

After meeting up in the desert, things have happened. Gible's draco meteor attacked Piplup many times. Inteleon gave Pikachu, Ash, and Dracovish a taste of a snipe shot. Meanwhile with Cinderace, Lucario, and Greninja. They're training for their next fight as the Paradox Pokémon are making their next move. And Gengar has a surprising crush on Clefable.
