Ever since that day, Clara and ash became best friends, they always hang out then they have time, they played a lot, jewel was always happy to see ash,

But after that Clara felt like she was being watched, she can feel the eyes burning her back it's even hotter when she cooks for jewel and flareon,

She could only calmly feed jewel with a blank face, even jewel noticed because whenever he is eating he feels like he was being watched, because of that in bed time he stays in bed with Clara instead of his pool, because of fear

Clara was ok with her being watched but her jewel was a no no,

So she decided that they will have a picnic in the forest but in fact it's a trap
Clara packed up lots of snacks for jewel and books it's turned out her influence made jewel like to read like her,

They picked the place with a small pond so jewel could swim, on the way Clara knew she was being followed but she kept a blank face all the way, once she made it first she let jewel out of his pokeball, then put the blanket on the grass, and sat up the snacks and books,

Jewel was happy to see all his favorites
That he swimmed around to show his joy, Clara started to feed jewel to his hearts content, and waited for she little stalker , "how long can it resist" though Clara

It didn't take long until they heard stomach growling, and a eva

Clara recalls that sound an eevee"could it followed us back, but I didn't see any eevee at that time, could it have hide and watched while I feed ash and jewel"though Clara,

She sighed "if you want something to eat you could just ask"

They saw the bushes flinched, Clara smiled "your not that good in hiding you know, come out we have plenty, I packed some for you too"

Hearing that they saw a eevee come out of the bushes Clara's eyes widen seeing it was limping, one of it foot was hurt, and it was dirty,

"Your hurt is that why you followed us because you can't look for food?" Asked Clara as she placed the Pokemon food in front of the eevee to eat as it quickly began to eat with gusto

Clara saw a rope around its neck it looks like it was bitten off,

Clara knew the possibility is low of what she is thinking but decided to ask anyway"did once had a trainer?"asked Clara as she saw the eevee flinch and stop eating, the eevee was almost in tears, Clara was furious with that trainer for abandoning this eevee,

Jewel saw that it was in pain and pushed his own food in front of the eevee to make it feel better,

Clara gentle pet it's head "it's ok I'll care of you until you feel ok to move forward with your life" as the eevee continues to eat with tears in its eyes

"I want you to know is that you didn't do anything wrong, it's not your fault, it was your trainer fault who couldn't even take care of you" said Clara gently petting the eevee, the eevee started to cry even more, Clara could understand it needed someone to tell it that,

Once the eevee finished eating it layed down in Clara's lap it was very exhausted by the journey it didn't rest comfortably in long time it felt safe

Jewel saw that the eevee took his place to rest but he let it go seeing the eevee need it more, Clara's started to read jewel some of its favorite books until it was time to go back, Clara's put jewel back in his pokeball picked everything up using one hand with out waking the eevee

Once she got back Layla greeted her back only to see a injured eevee in her arms sleeping,

"It's trainer abandoned it, she followed us from professor oaks lesson in the forest, she stalked me and jewel for a while until I had enough and wanted to see my little stalker" said Clara with a amused smile

Layla wanted to laugh but seeing the stalker was very dirty and hurt eevee she couldn't laugh, "then don't just stand there give it a bath and treatment for its wounds" said Layla as Clara rushed to the bathroom to clean it up,

She used light warm water and a bath towel to wash the eevee making sure not wake the eevee, it took an hour and Clara also needing a bath

Once she was done with her bath she and Layla helped treat it as best as they could after that Clara was exhausted, the other kids were down stairs to Clara came through the back door with the eevee, and used the up stairs bathroom,

"The kids must be hungry, now, I'll go to kitchen to make dinner ok, you take care Clara" said Layla going down stairs, as Clara put the eevee in a comfy pillow,

And took out jewel from his pokeball,

"Man what a day" said Clara sighing as jewel agreed with her,

"I'll also get some shut eyes ok, you should too Layla will wake us up in dinner time" said Clara

As jewel nodded as they dozed off to sleep,

The eevee wake up from sleeping from a nightmare and looked around saw that it clean and healing it saw Clara sleeping in her bed jewel in his pool,

The eevee carefully stepped on the bed and snuggle between Clara's arms to feel safe and want to sleep again, Layla came to tell them it was dinner time but see this scene and didn't have the heart to wake them up, but she took some pictures, and left,

Early in the morning 5:00am as always and saw the eevee in her arms, she was confused but didn't push it away and gently wake it up, and wake jewel up for breakfast,

Eevee was scared at first but then calmed down seeing where she was,

"Mnn Layla didn't wake us up for dinner she must have left us to sleep seeing we were knocked out, well whatever might as well make breakfast" said Clara walking down stairs with jewel and the eevee in both her arms, for a child she was strong,

Clara put jewel on the kitchen pool and eevee on the table as she started to cook

Not long later Layla's flareon came smelling breakfast and saw the small and injured eevee and sit down besides it "Aaaa~~" the flareon greeted "morning how was your sleep? " said Clara putting food for jewel and then eevee after that flareon "Aaa~~" said the flareon then she then looked at the small eevee and greeted "Aaaa~~" the eevee was a bit scared but looking at the encouraging face of Clara she decided to be brave "Ebey~~~" also greeted eevee, flareon gently licked eevees head and started to eat her food,

Layla also came sleepy some time later seeing breakfast and coffee waiting for her "morning Clara, morning jewel, morning little eevee, morning flareon"

"Morning" said Clara not looking up from her book,

"Do you plan to meet up with ash today?" Asked Layla drinking her coffee

"No not today, I bet he is sleeping like a baby right now" said Clara drinking her milk,

"Well his mom has hard time waking him up" said Layla laughing

"Hmm" said Clara

"So do you plan to go out to explore to day" asked Layla

"Ya I read all the books I have buy some more I'll be going to the book store" said Clara,

"Hmm ok take care, will eevee be going with you" asked Layla

"If she wants to she can" said Clara
As eevee jumped up expressing she wants to go,

"Ok she's also going then" said Clara

After that where ever Clara want the eevee followed her even after it was healed, ash was shocked to a eevee following Clara when she came to play with him,

"Hey Clara there's a eevee following you" said ash

"I know ash she has been following me ever since I helped her and I don't mind at all, jewel now has companion to be with him when I'm not with him" said Clara

"Why don't you catch her then?" Asked ash

"Hmm I never actually thought about that I'll ask her now" said Clara

"Eevee come here!" Said Clara

As eevee came running to Clara's call"say eevee do you want to stay with me?"

"Ebey~~" the eevee nodded Clara took out the pokeball that Layla give her as congratulations present, before Clara could ask the eevee used her pews to tip the pokeball to make it bigger and bump her head on the pokeball getting herself captured by the pokeball, it beeped for a while until stopped Clara and ash were confused and amazed by how Clara didn't have to do anything at all and got herself a eevee,

Clara took eevee out of her pokeball "welcome to the family eva" said Clara with a smile as eevee jumped on her shoulder and rubbed her cheek, jewel was also included in the rub ash also joined in,
