Win lose or Drew

" This is May's first time participating in a Pokemon Contest, so let's give her a warm welcome and watch er Pokemon's elegent entery!"

The croud cheered, and May got a sweat drop. " Oh boy. Alright then."

Ash and Max looked worried, and Brock was observing.

" This isn't good." Brock said. " I think she's overwhelmed by the stadium."

" Just calm down May!" Ash yelled.

" Come on you can do it!" Max added.

May was sweating a lot now, and she was getting pale.

Ash ran down the stairs and grabbed his Pokedex, pressing the white button. A Pokeball appeared.

" BAYLEAF GO!" Ash yelled as he threw the Pokeball.

Bayleaf jumped out and managed to run to May as she toppled over.

The crowd gasped, and Ash jumped over the fence and to May, kneeling down by her. Pikachu scurried to her and sparks flew everywhere.

Ash gasped and grabbed Pikachu. " Pikachu no!"

Drew ran over and knelt besides her. " Oh May why do you get worked up about everything?!"

Ash looked at May's pale face, his brows knitted with worry. He gently patted her shoulder, trying to wake her. "May! Come on, wake up."

Drew, now kneeling beside Ash, shook his head, frustration mixed with concern. "Honestly, May, you don't have to carry everything on your shoulders," he muttered, brushing a stray hair from her face. His voice softened as he added, "You don't have to prove anything to anyone."

The announcer's voice wavered, uncertainly calling for the contest to pause. The crowd murmured, some sounding concerned, while others speculated loudly. The overwhelming energy of the stadium had been too much for May, and it had clearly taken its toll.

Ash looked up at Drew, his tone sharp but worried. "We have to get her to the Pokémon Center. She shouldn't have to deal with this alone."

Drew nodded, carefully slipping an arm around May to lift her. "Bayleef, can you help us out?" he asked. The loyal Pokémon lowered its head, allowing them to support May as they moved toward the exit.

As they made their way through the stadium, Max ran over, his eyes wide with worry. "Is she going to be okay?"

"She'll be fine, Max," Drew reassured him. "She just needs a bit of rest."

Max gave a determined nod and looked up at Drew. "You're staying with her, right?"

Drew met Max's worried gaze and nodded, his expression softening. "I'll stay as long as she needs."

They continued through the crowd, past the murmuring spectators and curious stares, until they reached the quieter halls of the stadium. Drew tightened his grip on May as she began to stir slightly, a faint groan escaping her lips.

May's eyelids fluttered, and she blinked groggily up at Drew, her voice a faint whisper. "Drew...?"

"Yeah, it's me," he said softly, giving her a reassuring smile. "Take it easy. You don't have to push yourself so hard, you know."

May managed a weak smile, still looking exhausted. "I just... I wanted to do well."

Drew chuckled lightly, brushing a hand through her hair. "You'll do amazing, May. Just... next time, let yourself breathe a little, okay?"

May looked at her Boyfriend tiredly and nodded.
