May stared at the group before her, utterly bewildered. “What is going on?” she muttered under her breath.

Drew was right beside her, adjusting the pale green vest with an annoyed sigh. “Lily’s imagination has gone way too far this time.”

Before either of them could protest further, Lily stood at the makeshift altar, holding a toy microphone. “Places, everyone!” she declared with the authority of a wedding planner. “Uncle Drew, Aunt May, you’re late!”

“Late for what?!” May snapped, trying to pull the veil off her head. “Lily, we are not doing this!”

Lily crossed her arms, unbothered. “Do you want to upset Tessa? She’s been working so hard on the decorations.”

May glanced around and, sure enough, saw Tessa proudly sitting amidst her chaotic tower of blocks, stuffed animals, and paper flowers. The little girl’s face lit up as she waved at them. “Aunt May! Uncle Drew! I made all dis for you!”

May groaned, feeling trapped. “You’re evil, Lily,” she muttered, stepping reluctantly into position.

Drew followed, shaking his head. “This is ridiculous.”

Lily rolled her eyes. “Love isn’t ridiculous, Uncle Drew. Now, hush. It’s vow time.” She handed him a crumpled piece of paper.

Drew unfolded it, squinting at the handwriting. “What is this?”

“Your vows,” Lily said with a tone of finality. “Read them. Now.

Drew looked at May, who glared back, daring him to refuse. “Fine,” he muttered and cleared his throat dramatically. “Uh… May, you are like… uh, a rose in a garden—”

May snorted, and Drew shot her a glare. “You want to read this instead?”

“Nope, it’s all you, Romeo,” she teased, crossing her arms.

Drew sighed, continuing reluctantly. “...a rose in a garden. Sometimes you’re thorny, but also beautiful. And you smell… uh… nice.”

May burst out laughing. “That’s your vow?!”

“Hey, I didn’t write it!” Drew shot back, shoving the paper into Lily’s hands. “This is a hostage situation.”

Lily ignored their bickering. “Okay, Aunt May, your turn.” She handed her another paper.

May unfolded it, already grimacing. “Drew, you’re like… a butterfly that’s—seriously, Lily?—that’s graceful and full of colors…”

Drew raised an eyebrow. “Oh, this is gold. Keep going.”

“...and sometimes you’re annoying and fly too close, but… uh… you’re still pretty?” May finished, crumpling the paper. “This is humiliating.

“Good vows!” Lily declared, clapping her hands. “Now, exchange rings.”

“We don’t have rings!” Drew protested.

Lily produced two plastic ones from her pocket. “Now you do. Hold out your hands.”

“Lily, this is going too far,” May growled.

“Do you want to break Tessa’s heart?” Lily asked with wide, innocent eyes.

May and Drew exchanged exasperated looks. “Fine,” May muttered, sliding the toy ring onto Drew’s finger. He did the same for her, muttering something under his breath about needing to move far away.

“Perfect,” Lily said with satisfaction. “Now… Uncle Drew, you may kiss the bride.”

“WHAT?!” Drew and May shouted in unison.

“No way,” May said firmly, stepping back.

“Absolutely not,” Drew added, crossing his arms. “We’re done.”

Lily’s eyes narrowed. “Do it, or I’ll tell Tessa you didn’t like her decorations.”

“Lily!” May hissed, her face turning red.

Tessa, overhearing her name, gasped. “You no wike my pwetty stuff?!”

May threw her hands up in surrender. “No, Tessa! We love it! It’s just—”

“Do it!” Lily demanded, pointing dramatically.

Drew sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “This is absurd.”

“Tell me about it,” May muttered.

“Let’s just get it over with,” Drew grumbled, leaning toward her awkwardly.

May winced, squeezing her eyes shut. “If you make this weird, I swear—”

“I’m not making it weird!” Drew hissed, his face equally red.

Their lips brushed for half a second before they jumped apart like they’d been shocked.

Happy now?!” May snapped at Lily, her face burning.

Lily smiled triumphantly. “You may now go on your honeymoon. Bye!”

Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max all burst out laughing. Drew glared at them. “Not a word.”

“Best wedding I’ve ever been to,” Brock said, grinning.

“Yeah, congrats, you two!” Ash added, struggling to keep a straight face.

May groaned, covering her face with her hands. “I’m never babysitting again.”

May and Drew exchanged equally mortified glances as they were ushered down the makeshift aisle. Streamers, hastily taped to the walls, fluttered under the ceiling fan. Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max sat in mismatched chairs, clearly as perplexed as the “bride and groom.” Tessa giggled beside Lily, who stood at the front holding a toy microphone like a true officiant.

"Alright," Lily began, clearing her throat with a dramatic flair. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Aunt May and Uncle Drew."

"Wait, wait!" May interrupted, raising her hands. "Lily, this is—"

"—Highly inappropriate!" Drew added.

"Shhh!" Lily glared at them with all the authority of a ten-year-old playing wedding planner. "Aunt May, you're ruining your special day. Now stand still!"

"Special day?" May hissed under her breath to Drew. "She's out of her mind."

Drew sighed, leaning closer. "I don’t know what’s worse: the outfit or the fact she has an actual program written out."

"Let’s just get through this," May muttered.

"Uncle Drew," Lily continued with a flourish, pointing dramatically. "It’s time for your vows."

Drew blinked, then crossed his arms. "No way."

Lily's eyes narrowed. "Uncle Drew," she said slowly, her tone ominous, "do you want Tessa to throw more blocks at you?"

Drew groaned. "Fine." He turned to May, whose expression was a mix of irritation and horror. Taking a deep breath, he began, with all the enthusiasm of a person being held hostage.

"May," he said, glancing briefly at the giggling kids. "Uh... Your laugh is like... uh... sunshine? And your hair is... not terrible?"

"Wow," May deadpanned. "I feel so cherished."

"Shush," Drew whispered sharply before turning back to Lily. "Happy now?"

Lily nodded approvingly. "Aunt May, your turn."

May clenched her fists but relented under Lily’s expectant glare. "Drew," she said, her tone flat. "You... tolerate me, and I tolerate you. Great teamwork."

Drew smirked. "Aw, I’m blushing."

"Okay, now for the rings!" Lily declared, producing two pipe cleaners twisted into circles. "Tessa, bring them up."

Tessa eagerly hopped forward, handing them over with a squeal. Drew slipped the wobbly pipe cleaner onto May’s finger, and she did the same, glaring daggers at him as the kids cheered.

"And now," Lily said, raising the toy microphone triumphantly, "the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Uncle Drew, you may kiss the bride!"

"WHAT?!" May and Drew shouted in unison.

"You have to," Lily said, crossing her arms. "That’s what they do at weddings."

"This is insane," Drew muttered, pinching the bridge of his nose. "May, do you—"

"—Don’t even think about it," May growled. "Lily, I’m not—"

Lily narrowed her eyes dangerously, and Tessa started gathering blocks again. "You better kiss, or else!"

Drew sighed heavily, leaning toward May. "Let’s just get it over with before Tessa starts throwing projectiles again."

May glared. "Fine. But don’t get any ideas."

Both leaned in awkwardly, noses nearly colliding, and gave the briefest, most reluctant peck imaginable. The kids exploded into cheers and applause, while the other guests stared in stunned silence.

"Congratulations!" Lily announced. "You’re married!"

Drew straightened his vest, muttering, "I feel like I need a shower."

May rubbed her temples. "I’m going to need therapy."

"Group hug!" Tessa shouted, flinging herself at them and dragging Lily along.

As the chaos unfolded, Ash leaned over to Misty and whispered, "So… does this mean they’re actually married?"

Misty shrugged, equally bewildered. "I have no idea. But this is one wedding I’ll never forget."

May groaned inwardly as she found herself standing beside Drew, the bewildered and equally reluctant groom. The “ceremony” was set up in the backyard, where Lily had somehow managed to corral Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max into attending. Flower petals lined the pathway, clearly scavenged from May’s garden, and Tessa was tossing handfuls of them into the air with uncoordinated glee.

Lily stood proudly at the makeshift altar, a chef’s hat perched on her head like it was some kind of officiating cap.

“Alright, everyone! Let’s get started. Aunt May, Uncle Drew, stand here,” she directed, pointing at two spots in front of her.

“Lily, this is ridiculous!” May hissed. “We’re not getting married!”

“Yes, you are!” Lily retorted with a level of authority that made May falter. “Now shush. Uncle Drew, hold Aunt May’s hand.”

“Do I have to?” Drew muttered, glancing at May, who crossed her arms.

“Do you want to go home without a concussion? Because Tessa’s holding the ring pillow, and she throws everything,” Lily warned.

Reluctantly, Drew reached out, and May rolled her eyes before letting her hand be taken.

“Now,” Lily said, clearing her throat dramatically. “We’re here to join these two people in holy matrimony because Mommy says when people like each other, they get married. And these two definitely like each other!”

“That’s not true—” May began, only to be cut off by Lily’s death glare.

“Shush, Aunt May. Now, Uncle Drew, it’s time for your vows. Say something really romantic and loving.”

Drew’s jaw dropped. “Are you serious right now?!”

“Yes, I am. And it better be good!” Lily insisted, hands on her hips.

He sighed, running a hand through his hair. “Fine,” he muttered before turning to May, who looked both mortified and curious.

“Well, uh… May, you’re... you’re pretty okay, I guess. Actually, more than okay. You’re, um… kind of amazing. You’re strong-willed and passionate, and you have this way of lighting up a room without even realizing it. You’re also stubborn as heck, but somehow, that makes you even more fun to be around. I guess what I’m trying to say is… you’re the kind of person who makes life interesting. And, uh, if I had to do this whole fake wedding thing with anyone, I’m glad it’s you.”

The yard fell silent for a moment.

“Wow,” Misty whispered to Ash. “That was... surprisingly heartfelt.”

“I feel like I shouldn’t be here,” Brock muttered awkwardly.

May blinked at Drew, her cheeks turning a soft pink. “Drew…”

Lily clapped her hands. “Perfect! Aunt May, your turn!”

“What?! No! I didn’t prepare—”

“Improvise,” Lily said, narrowing her eyes dangerously.

May sighed in defeat, glancing at Drew. “Okay, fine… Drew, you’re… annoying. Like, really annoying. But somehow, I can’t imagine things being as fun without you around. You’re arrogant, but you’re also... dependable. And sometimes—only sometimes—you’re sweet. You’ve got this way of pushing me to be better, even when I want to strangle you. So… thanks for that, I guess.”

Drew smirked. “Was that a compliment, May?”

“Don’t push your luck,” she shot back, her blush deepening.

“Good enough!” Lily declared. “Now, by the power vested in me, you may kiss the bride!”

Both Drew and May froze.

“Lily, no!” May exclaimed.

“Yes!” Lily said firmly.

“There’s no way—” Drew started, but Lily cut him off.

“Tessa has a block, and she’s not afraid to use it,” Lily threatened.

Drew groaned, leaning closer to May. “Let’s just get this over with before she turns violent.”

May sighed. “Fine. But if you make a big deal out of this, I swear—”

Before she could finish, Drew leaned in and gave her the quickest, most awkward peck on the cheek.

“There. Happy now?” he asked, stepping back.

Lily looked unimpressed. “That wasn’t a real kiss!”

“It’s all you’re getting,” May snapped.

“Fine, whatever,” Lily huffed. “You’re married now. Go enjoy your honeymoon!”

As Drew and May glared at each other, Ash leaned over to Misty. “I give this marriage a week.”

“Same,” Misty agreed.

May and Drew exchanged wide-eyed looks, completely at a loss for what to do. Before either could voice their protests, Lily clapped her hands, drawing everyone's attention.

“Alright, everyone! Take your seats! The wedding is about to begin!” Lily announced, her voice brimming with authority that only a ten-year-old could manage.

“Lily, I don’t think—” May started, but Lily gave her a pointed glare.

“Aunt May, it’s your wedding day. You’re supposed to be happy. Now stop ruining the vibe and get in position.”

Drew rubbed the back of his neck. “You know, I didn’t think I’d be getting married today. Kinda forgot the tux.”

Lily turned to him, eyes narrowing. “Uncle Drew, don’t be difficult. Do you love Aunt May or not?”

May groaned, burying her face in her hands. “This isn’t happening…”

Lily ignored her and gestured dramatically toward the front yard, which had been decorated with balloons, ribbons, and a makeshift aisle made of flower petals. “Alright! Uncle Drew, stand here. Aunt May, over there.”

Drew leaned toward May as they were reluctantly guided into position. “Think if we run, she’ll catch us?”

May sighed. “She’s terrifying. She’d definitely catch us.”

“Silence, please!” Lily announced, grabbing a notebook and flipping through it. “We’ll begin with the vows!”

Drew raised his hand. “Can we skip this part?”

“No!” Lily barked. “Uncle Drew, say something romantic. From the heart. Now!”

Drew hesitated, looking at May, who was glaring daggers at him. “Uh… May, you’re… cool?”

Lily groaned loudly. “Uncle Drew! This is your wedding! Try again!”

Drew rolled his eyes and cleared his throat dramatically. “May, your eyes are as dazzling as the stars. Your laughter is like music to my soul. I vow to always share my roses with you, no matter how many times you call me annoying. You… complete me.”

May stared at him, her mouth hanging open. “Drew, what was that?!”

“I’m improvising!” Drew hissed.

Lily nodded approvingly. “Good. Aunt May, your turn.”

May groaned. “I don’t have anything to say.”

Lily crossed her arms. “You have to say something.”

May scowled, looking at Drew, who was clearly enjoying her discomfort. “Fine. Drew, you’re… less annoying than most people. And… I guess you’re okay sometimes.”

“Aw, thanks, May,” Drew said with a smirk.

“Okay!” Lily beamed. “Time for the final part! Uncle Drew, you may kiss the bride!”

Both May and Drew froze. “What?!” they shouted in unison.

Lily raised an eyebrow. “Do I need to remind you that this is a wedding? Kissing is required.”

“I’m not kissing him!” May snapped.

“And I’m not kissing her!” Drew shot back.

Tessa, who had been giggling in the background, piped up. “Mommy says if you don’t kiss, the wedding isn’t real!”

Lily grinned triumphantly. “See? It’s the law!”

Drew sighed heavily and leaned toward May. “Alright, let’s just get this over with.”

May stepped back, glaring at him. “Don’t you dare—”

“Do it!” Lily commanded.

With a dramatic groan, Drew leaned in, giving May the quickest, lightest peck on the cheek before stepping back. “There. Happy?”

Lily frowned. “That was lame.”

May crossed her arms. “We’re done now, right?”

Lily sighed dramatically. “Fine. You’re married. I now pronounce you husband and wife!”

Drew and May exchanged exasperated looks before turning to the gathered group. Brock was holding back laughter, Misty looked thoroughly confused, and Ash was just munching on a sandwich.

“Uh… congrats?” Ash offered with a shrug.

May groaned. “I’m going to kill you for this, Lily.”

But Lily just smiled. “You’re welcome, Aunt May.”

May and Drew stood frozen, still processing Lily's declaration as the gathered “guests” exchanged confused glances.

“What… what do you mean our wedding?” May demanded, trying to take a step back, only to have Lily push her forward with surprising strength for a ten-year-old.

“Exactly what I said,” Lily replied with a mischievous grin, gesturing dramatically at the living room, which had been hastily transformed with streamers, paper flowers, and a makeshift aisle. “You’re the bride, Aunt May. And Uncle Drew’s the groom. Now walk down the aisle.”

“This is insane,” Drew muttered, attempting to step aside, but Lily snapped her fingers.

“Tessa, block the exits!”

Tessa, armed with a foam bat, nodded enthusiastically and took up position by the front door.

Drew sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Why do I feel like I’m being blackmailed by children?”

“Because you are,” May hissed, glaring at Lily. “Lily, this is ridiculous. We’re not getting married!”

“Oh, yes, you are,” Lily said sweetly, holding up a stack of handwritten papers. “I’ve already prepared everything. The vows, the kiss, even the first dance. And if you don’t cooperate…” She trailed off, giving them an innocent smile. “Let’s just say things could get… complicated.”

Drew raised an eyebrow. “Complicated how?”

“If you don’t act like a real couple,” Lily said, her voice suddenly turning sharp, “I’ll tell everyone you’re already expecting a baby.”

May’s jaw dropped. “What?!”

“That’s right.” Lily held her ground. “Do you want everyone thinking that you’re having a secret love child? Didn’t think so. Now, Aunt May, walk. Down. The aisle.”

With no choice, May huffed and began walking awkwardly toward the makeshift altar, where Brock—somehow roped into officiating—was holding an open cookbook as though it were a holy text. Drew reluctantly followed, muttering, “I swear, this better not end up on the internet.”

As they reached the altar, Brock gave a nervous chuckle. “Uh, dearly beloved, we are gathered here today… because Lily said so.”

“Skip to the vows!” Lily called, her voice full of authority. “Uncle Drew, go first.”

“Do I have to?” Drew asked, looking thoroughly unamused.

Lily raised an eyebrow. “Do you want me to make good on my pregnancy threat?”

Drew sighed and took the piece of paper Lily handed him. He read the vows aloud, each word dripping with forced sincerity.

“May,” Drew began, grimacing as he read, “from the moment I saw your fiery spirit and incredible determination, I knew I had met someone who could challenge me and make me better. Your smile brightens my darkest days, and your strength inspires me to be the best version of myself. I vow to always stand by your side, through every battle and every adventure. You are my everything, and I—” He coughed, face red, “—I love you.”

May stared at him, her face a mixture of horror and shock. “You… didn’t write that.”

“Of course I didn’t!” Drew snapped, throwing the paper down.

“Now you, Aunt May!” Lily chirped, handing May another slip of paper.

“I am not reading this,” May said, glaring.

Lily gave her a dark look. “Read it.”

Grinding her teeth, May begrudgingly read the vows. “Drew… You’ve always been there to push me, to make me stronger, and to teach me how to believe in myself. Your confidence drives me crazy, but it’s also one of the things I admire most about you. You’ve always been my rival, but you’ve also become my closest friend. I promise to always support you, no matter what life throws at us, because…” Her voice dropped to a mutter. “Because I care about you. A lot.”

“Louder!” Lily ordered.

Because I care about you a lot,” May repeated, her face burning.

“Perfect!” Lily clapped her hands together. “Now, the kiss!”

Both May and Drew turned to Lily in unison. “What?!

“You heard me. Kiss. Like a normal couple,” Lily said with a mischievous smile.

May turned to Drew. “We are not doing that.”

Drew crossed his arms. “Absolutely not.”

Lily raised an eyebrow. “Do I need to repeat the pregnancy threat?”

“Fine!” they both shouted, reluctantly turning toward each other.

With exaggerated slowness, they leaned in, their faces scrunched in disgust. Their lips barely brushed before they both jerked back, coughing as if they’d been poisoned.

“That was awful,” Drew muttered.

“Worst thing ever,” May agreed.

Lily clapped her hands. “Beautiful! But next time, maybe don’t act like you’re dying. Remember, I’m watching you two.” She gave them a smug look. “Now, go cut the cake. And don’t mess that up, or I’ll start planning your honeymoon!”

As Lily walked away, Drew sighed. “May, remind me never to babysit for you again.”

“Trust me, I don’t need a reminder,” May grumbled.

May and Drew were shoved into the backyard, where a makeshift altar stood decorated with streamers and flowers. Chairs were haphazardly arranged, and Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max looked bewildered in their mismatched formal attire.

"Uh, what’s going on here?" Ash asked, scratching the back of his head.

Misty crossed her arms, glaring at May and Drew. "Why are you two the ones getting married?"

"Ask her!" May pointed furiously at Lily, who was standing at the altar, clipboard in hand and a smug grin on her face. Tessa sat on a chair in the front row, clapping enthusiastically.

Lily adjusted her glasses and cleared her throat. "Everyone, please take your seats. The ceremony is about to begin."

Drew groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Lily, we are not getting married."

Lily ignored him. "Tessa, flower girl duty!"

Tessa eagerly grabbed a small basket of petals and began throwing them everywhere, giggling as she did. Drew sighed in defeat while May stood frozen, cheeks red with embarrassment.

"Let’s get this over with," May mumbled.

Lily motioned for them to walk down the "aisle" (a strip of old carpet). Drew offered his arm sarcastically. "Shall we, dear fiancée?"

May swatted him but reluctantly looped her arm through his. "Don’t make this worse."

As they reached the altar, Lily gestured for silence, holding a piece of paper. "Now, Uncle Drew, please read your vows."

Drew blinked. "My what now?"

Lily held up the paper triumphantly. "I wrote them for you. Just read it!"

Drew scanned the paper and his face turned bright red. "You have got to be kidding me."

Lily gave him a look that could pierce steel. "Read. It."

Reluctantly, Drew cleared his throat, his voice dripping with sarcasm but unable to escape the overly romantic words. "My dearest May, the light of my life, the wind beneath my wings. From the moment I saw you, my heart knew no peace..." His voice trailed off as Ash started snickering.

"...You are the sun in my sky, the flower in my garden, the sugar in my coffee."

By now, Misty was doubled over with laughter, while Brock tried his best to stay composed. May buried her face in her hands, muttering, "I’m going to kill her."

When Drew finished, Lily clapped. "That was perfect! Now, Aunt May, your turn!"

May crossed her arms. "I don’t have vows, Lily."

Lily smirked. "Then just say, ‘I love you, Drew.’"

May turned to Lily, her glare ice cold. "I’m not saying that."

Lily leaned in close, her voice a deadly whisper. "Say it, or I’ll tell everyone that Uncle Drew is the father of your imaginary baby."

May choked. "What?!"

Lily raised an eyebrow. "Your choice."

With no way out, May groaned and muttered, "I... love you, Drew."

Drew smirked. "Wow, I didn’t think you’d admit it."

"Shut up," she hissed.

Lily clapped her hands together. "Perfect! Now, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride."

Both Drew and May froze. "What?!"

Lily tilted her head. "Kiss. Or else."

May leaned toward Drew and whispered, "We’ll just fake it, right?"

"Yeah, totally," Drew agreed.

But when they leaned in and their lips accidentally touched, they both recoiled as if they’d been burned. "Poison!" May cried, wiping her mouth furiously.

"I think I’m dying," Drew groaned, clutching his chest.

Lily frowned. "That was terrible. You’re supposed to act like a real couple."

"WE ARE NOT A REAL COUPLE!" they yelled in unison.

Lily’s eyes narrowed dangerously. "If you don’t start acting like one, I will make Aunt May pregnant. And guess what, Uncle Drew? You’ll be the father."

Everyone froze. Brock let out a startled cough, and Ash dropped the punch he’d been sipping.

Drew held up his hands in surrender. "Okay, okay! We’ll pull it together!"

May nodded rapidly, her face beet red. "Whatever you say, Lily!"

Lily smiled sweetly. "Good. Now, redo the kiss and mean it this time."

May and Drew exchanged horrified looks but reluctantly leaned in again. This time, the kiss lingered a second longer than they intended. Both of them pulled back, red-faced and mumbling incoherently.

"Much better!" Lily declared. "Now, enjoy the reception!"

May turned to Drew. "I’m never babysitting again."

"Same," Drew muttered.

Lily stood at the front of the "aisle," her tiny arms crossed, eyes gleaming with mischief. "Alright, Uncle Drew, Aunt May," she said, her voice all too serious. "It's time for the vows."

Drew and May exchanged awkward glances. They were standing in front of their friends and family, dressed up in wedding attire, none of them knowing how they had gotten there. The guests, including Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max, were staring at the pair, clearly just as confused.

"Uh, Lily, we really don't need to do this," May began, rubbing her temples. "This is all... completely unnecessary."

Lily shook her head firmly. "Nope, it's happening. Now, Uncle Drew, say your vows!"

Drew sighed, his face twisted in a mix of disbelief and reluctance. He cleared his throat dramatically, putting on a tone of exaggerated sincerity. "Alright, here we go..." He glanced at May, then took a deep breath.

"May," he started, his voice soft, almost unnervingly so. "From the moment I laid eyes on you, I knew my heart would be yours forever. You’re my moon on the darkest nights, my sunshine on rainy days, and the love that I never thought I needed but somehow always dreamed of. I vow to cherish you, protect you, and make every moment feel like magic because you are my everything." Drew nearly gagged on the words as they left his mouth, but he powered through with the expression of someone reading a love letter they didn’t write.

May stared at him, her expression incredulous. "Drew, I—"

"Now, Aunt May!" Lily interrupted. "Your turn! Say the same thing!"

"Wait, what?" May groaned, her hand covering her face. "I can't just say that... that's way too much."

"You have to," Lily insisted, tapping her foot with impatience. "It’s tradition."

With a deep, exaggerated sigh, May rolled her eyes. "Fine, fine."

She looked at Drew, trying to muster some semblance of sincerity. "Drew, when I first met you, I thought you were annoying and full of yourself. But now, I... well, I still think that sometimes. But I guess you’ve grown on me. You're my partner, my best friend, and someone I never thought I’d find but somehow ended up with. I vow to tolerate you, love you in my own way, and make sure you never forget how lucky you are to have me." Her voice cracked slightly at the end, but she managed to finish with a sigh of relief.

The guests in the back were trying their best not to laugh, but it was hard to contain themselves. Misty raised an eyebrow. "Are we really witnessing this?"

Ash blinked rapidly. "I... don't even know what's happening anymore."

Lily, of course, ignored them. "Okay!" she shouted, clapping her hands together. "Now, it’s time for the kiss!"

Drew and May exchanged a horrified look. "Lily, you can’t be serious," May muttered under her breath. "We’re not—"

"Too late!" Lily said, grinning. "You two have to kiss! Or else!"

"But we can’t—" Drew started to protest, but Lily was already in full control. She pulled out a piece of paper, waved it around. "If you don’t kiss, I will make Aunt May pregnant and you, Uncle Drew, will be the father! Do you want that?"

Drew’s eyes widened, his face turning white. "Wait, what?!"

May froze, her jaw slack. "Lily, you wouldn’t dare—"

Lily smiled sweetly. "Oh, I would. Now kiss, or else!"

With no other choice, May and Drew slowly leaned in, both of them visibly recoiling. Their lips met in a barely-there kiss, and they immediately pulled away, acting like they had just tasted something foul.

"Oh, gross," May said, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand.

"Yeah, that was... awful," Drew muttered, his face wrinkled in disgust. "I feel like I just swallowed a raw fish."

Lily frowned, crossing her arms. "That wasn’t convincing at all! If you two don’t act like a real couple, I’ll make you do it again. And worse—"

"I think that’s enough!" May interrupted quickly. "We did it, okay? We kissed. Now can we please stop this madness?"

Lily nodded, though she wasn’t completely satisfied. "Fine, but you two better start acting like a normal couple. I will not have this wedding be a disaster."

Drew and May both sighed deeply, exchanging one last look of resignation. "This is never happening again," Drew muttered.

May shook her head, rubbing her temples. "I swear, Lily... I don't know how you have this much power over us."

But as they made their way back to their guests, Lily gave them one final challenge. "And when you're alone tonight, don’t forget... Aunt May, you better make Uncle Drew feel special, or else I’ll tell everyone your secrets!" she called after them.

Drew nearly collapsed in frustration. "This is the last time I babysit," he muttered, as May just laughed, already planning how to get back at Lily for this ridiculous wedding charade.

The moment May and Drew stepped into the 'wedding,' they were met with a bewildering sight. Ash, Misty, Brock, and Max were all seated in the back, wearing formal clothes, staring at them as if they’d just walked into the wrong scene.

"Uh… Who’s the wedding for?" Misty asked, squinting at the two in front of her.

"Yours," Lily said, her voice full of false sweetness as she walked up with a small clipboard. "You two look perfect. Now, let’s get this started."

Drew and May exchanged glances, utterly lost. "Wait, no, this isn’t—" Drew started.

"Shh!" Lily raised a finger to her lips and gestured for them to stand in front of the makeshift altar. "Vows first. Aunt May, Uncle Drew, hold hands."

May reluctantly extended her hand, and Drew followed suit, both feeling uncomfortable and completely out of their element.

Lily cleared her throat, flipping through a piece of paper. "Okay, Uncle Drew, your vow."

Drew stared at her in disbelief. "What? I— I don’t even know what to say."

"Come on, say something sweet, something... romantic!" Lily urged.

Drew sighed, rolling his eyes, but finally gave in. He looked at May, who was visibly fighting a smile, and began, his voice stiff but trying to be sincere. "Uh… May, you... make my heart race, you’re my rock, my... my sunshine, the one I want to spend forever with, and... uh... I’m lucky to have you in my life."

May stared at him, blinking as if trying to comprehend what he had just said. "That... was surprisingly sweet," she murmured, not sure if she wanted to laugh or crawl under a rock.

Lily looked pleased with herself. "Great! Now, Aunt May, your turn."

May took a deep breath and, not wanting to disappoint, said with a forced smile, "Drew, you’re... you’re everything I never knew I needed. You’re my partner, my... my best friend, and I’m so grateful for you every day. I love you."

Drew raised an eyebrow, clearly trying to keep a straight face. "Did you just pull that from a romance novel?"

"Shut up, Drew," May hissed, her face turning red.

Lily clapped her hands together. "Perfect! Now, the kiss."

"What?!" Drew and May exclaimed simultaneously.

"No, no, no, no, no, we’re not doing this," May protested, her face flushing.

"You have to," Lily insisted. "A wedding isn't a wedding without a kiss. Come on, Aunt May, Uncle Drew, don’t be shy."

"Ugh, this is ridiculous," Drew muttered.

But Lily wasn’t about to let them off the hook. "If you two don’t kiss, I will make Aunt May pregnant and you, Uncle Drew, will be the father. So pull. It. Together."

Drew’s eyes widened, his mouth falling open. "What? That’s not how it works!"

"You’ve gotta do it now," Lily said firmly, crossing her arms. "I’m serious."

The room was silent for a long moment before May groaned. "Fine," she muttered, before turning toward Drew. She leaned in, and Drew followed, his hand trembling a bit as he placed it on her waist.

They shared an awkward, chaste kiss, lips barely touching. It lasted a second, but to both of them, it felt like an eternity. As they pulled away, they both immediately wiped their mouths in disgust.

Lily, on the other hand, looked absolutely thrilled. "See? Wasn’t that nice?" she asked with a smug smile.

Drew let out a long sigh, trying to shake off the weird tension in the air. "That was... definitely something."

May groaned and rubbed her forehead. "I feel like I need to wash my face."

"Yeah," Drew agreed, his voice dry. "And I think I need a drink."

The group all stared at them with varying expressions of confusion and amusement, but none of them were thrilled by what they had just witnessed.

Ash scratched his head. "I... don’t even know what just happened."

Brock chuckled nervously. "You two are really something."

Misty was shaking her head. "This is so weird."

But Lily was still smiling, the little troublemaker that she was. "Well, I hope you two act like a normal couple now. No more weirdness. You’re married now, after all."

May and Drew both groaned in unison. "This is the worst," Drew muttered, his hands in his pockets.

"And I’m not letting you off the hook," Lily said, winking. "You better keep up the act, or I’ll make sure to ‘help’ you out."

May shot Drew a look. "What did we get ourselves into?"
