I leave the gym and head towards the park National Park and catch a Hoothoot. I name her Finally because wow; it took forever for me to get one. I don't need a Hoothoot right now though since I have Toothpaste who will become a flying type so... get in the box.

I decide to go down a different path and I meet this White Haired man who has me follow him to the Pokeathlon Dome! His name is Magnus. Cool.

I forgot to get the watering can, so I run back to Goldenrod and get the SquirtBottle. Now I'm standing in front of this tree. Let's get it wet!

Okay, so now let's get Toothpaste out here to try to catch him. He almost killed Toothpaste, but we're good. Let's throw a pokeball at him and...

We did it! Heck yeah! His name's Not Rick, and he's a part of the team! Welcome, Not Rick! That's my Route 36 encounter! Next is Route 37!

I catch a Spinarak and name her Huh. Now if you don't know this, I love Spinarak and Ariados. This is a happy day for me, and now she's going into the box.

While training, Toothpaste evolved into a Togetic!

I arrive at the Ecruteak Pokemon Center and meet this guy named Bill before he leaves.

I then walk into a different building and find a Team Rocket Grunt harassing a kimono girl! She teaches him how to dance and then I fight him! Cafeteria roasts his Koffing alive, and he runs away.

I head to the Burned Tower and meet Eusine and he tells me he's on the lookout for Suicune who is just chilling downstairs. I also meet Morty, the Ecruteak City Gym leader. Suddenly, BAM!

Silver appears... and then we battle. Obviously.

First is his Gastly and I start with Cafeteria, who wins with two Flame Wheels. Next is Croconaw, so I switch to Rubles. I use Bullet Seed and then Croconaw uses Ice Fang...wait...no no no no no! Rubles gets one shotted by the Ice Fang and I'm not okay. I send out Woogle and he defeats Croconaw.

Next is Zubat and I switch to Toothpaste, who takes it out in one hit. Finally, is his Magnemite and yeah, Cafeteria takes it out with no problem.

Now time for the gym! Oh yeah, the legendary dogs that were in the tower ran away but that's not what's important!

Morty starts the battle with a Gastly and I start with Not Rick who throws four rocks and wins. Next is Gengar and wow, its shadow ball is so strong. I switch to Toothpaste and time for Metronome! I use Yawn to put the Gengar to sleep, and Metronome has yet to help me.

Metronome gives me Psycho Cut, and it tells me that it's super effective! I thought Ghost resisted Psychic but I guess not so the Poision type makes it super strong! Time for Extrasensory and Gengar used Hypnosis... I'm gonna scream.

I switch to Cafeteria after Toothpaste almost died, but woops! I can't switch due to Mean Look! HAhAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. Oran Berries! Toothpaste woke up and got some damage done before getting put back to sleep, but Gengar can only use Mean Look now so he is going down! And with one last Extrassensory, Toothpaste beats the Gengar.

Next is Haunter, but I've learned my lesson and Toothpaste takes out the Haunter in one hit. I switch to Cafeteria to fight the last Haunter and after one Flame Wheel...

We did it.

Morty hands us the Fog badge and we hold our head up high. Although Rubles isn't here to celebrate our victory, I know he's with Bribe and is cheering us on from beyond.
