The stardust cost for special trade of legendary and shiny Pokemon are as follows.

Friendship level - Stardust (Registered)
Good friend - 20,000
Great friend - 16,000
Ultra friend - 1,600
Best friend - 800

Friendship level - Stardust (Un-registered)
Good friend - 1,000,000
Great friend - 800,000
Ultra friend - 80,000
Best friend - 40,000

Alright, so those are my legendary and shiny Pokemon. Please note, if you wish to do a special trade for Un-registered legendary or shiny Pokemon, you must be at minimum friendship level of ultra friend with me. Because it uses way too much stardust, and I doubt even you can handle it.
