Bio: Kleo made regional news, as being the first ever trans elite four member to grace the pokemon world. Their invention of the jet pack became big within Fulcre region, being a safe way to traverse through the air without the use of a pokemon. Kleos goals aren't finished yet. Kleo wants to meet Rayquaza so they could perfect the new style of flying within Fulcre. No, s/he wants to CATCH Rayquaza. Ever since they got their Altarite from Rayquaza when s/he was a child, they have been destined to see it again. Fly with it again even. As to represent their goal, the 1st room in the tower you fight them in has a giant scrawl of Rayquaza, as to symbolize their goal. As of right now, Kleo is doing well as the new elite four member, and experiments with old and new flying types as to make their battle as challenging as possible.
