Location: Moonshine Hill, West of Mangroove.

Bio: Engaged to gym leader Dane, Penelope soon retired her ballerina career, as to help another trainer. Penelope wanted to pursue her own dreams, which was to travel the world and help her and Dane become to strongest pair of gym leaders seen. As soon as she retired, Dallas, who had lost her elite four status, was put in her place, since Penelope felt bad that big tough Dallas was kicked outta the elite four. Now Penelope is a ballerina mentor for "action lady" Dallas. (This well be explained later in the next chapter.) Penelope still retains her status as a gym leader, as to help her get stronger. By retiring as well, Penelope connected to her inherited culture more. Penelope was born as a daughter of one of the komono girls from Johto, so she had the Johto elegance in her blood, which was once buried by her previous career. She is now very happy with Dane, and very happy as a ballerina teacher, and gym leader. However....She did not retire for long. Once it was announced that she would retire, the public was furious. The people of Mangroove essentially pressured and petitioned for Penelope to get back into performing, and so she did. Publicly, she would do OCCASIONAL performances, which further hindered her time to teach Dallas and to pursue her dream. The only performances she would do is whenever someone would challenge her.
