After getting your starter, Professor Amy will escort you to Fulcre's international park.

This park is a private park only meant to be entered by pokemon specialists. The park has three sections, a watery pond area, a burnt/rocky area, and a wide, grassy area located with trees. All under protected services gilded by the elite four and champions.

The park is designed to inhabit all of the starters, from Kanto to Galar, in this safe environment. Because you are a new trainer, Amy allows you to pick any starter available in the area for your journey. However, only one. One starter out of eight generations worth of starter pokemon.

So technically, in this roleplay, you get two syarters. A Fulcrian starter, and a starter from this national park.
