Divided Unity 5: Frozen Honor
"Sierra, Lord Edmund requests to see you."
"Right, let's just get over this."
Following the messenger's lead within the light snow falling to the already snow-covered ground, not a single wind blowing through the branchless trees, to the cave being guarded by two guards.
"Come, come, child. We must hasten."
"Yeah, like I need to rush."
Once entering the cave, and walking further into it, Sierra sees the Pokemon that called upon her, an old and weary Weavile.
"Leave, Botolf. I would like this to be private. Come, Sierra."
"What would you like to me to do, my Lord? Stay with you till you sleep?"
"Sierra, you have changed greatly."
"So?"
"It's time for you to leave soon. Not to another Ice town... Remember the legends I have told you that our first ancestor of this era foretold. Take this..."
"A pendant? What, you think this is some joke you old pokemon? Just a pendant for me after all these yea-"
Stopping in shock as the old mon reached his claw to her face with a dexterity that one of his age should not posses.
"You still look as beautiful as you were when I found you... Very well then child, leave. But do follow my last wish, my last request for you to do. Take some of my possessions, leave. Let this old Pokemon take his rest."
"...Of course my Lord, farewell."
Leaving the cave, feeling rather a sense of grief, Sierra travels to her lord's home, of which is not far away. Entering the wooden home built by one of which she does not know. Looking through near dimness of the room, finding what her lord must have spoken of to take. Packing it into a knapsack, nearly ready to leave. Right before taking her leave, she stops by in front of one of the marvel that her lord have shown her before.
A 'mirror' he called it, used long ago to look at oneself. Just like a reflection of ice or water, but more still and malleable to one's liking.
As much as she wanted to stare at herself, she snapped out of her trance, opening the door, and taking her leave. Taking her leave away from the now empty home, an empty home that seemed to not belong to her in her life.
---------------
"Come on now! Start giving up already! There is no way you'll be able to break it," a Machop taunts his friend.
"Oh like you can do this."
"I bet I can but you betted me after threatening me, Pim."
"I did not do such a thing, now watch."
Inhaling, the Pancham jumps, and brings a paw down, causing the rock below that paw to shatter.
"Ha, that'll be five Oran berries."
"Well joke's on you, I don't have any!"
"Why you," Pim growls.
Then to tackle his friend, he throws punches, and his friend blocks the coming attacks. When he sees an opening, the Machop takes a counter hit. Making Pim recoil back, but doesn't stop him from going back to fight his friend.
"To see such children fight for the only reason of a bet," a voice calls aloud from their grunting, and shouts.
Instantly stopping as quick as they started, they stand up, arms to the side, back straight, facing towards the higher up. Regardless of the bruises on their bodies.
"Pim come with me, as for you go back home and recover your wounds," Cobalion turns around, starting to walk away.
"Ha, in trouble with Master Cobalion," Machop sneers.
"As if, go home I'll tell you what happens later."
