3 years before the story...
Quin (10 years old) POV
Me and my mom has just moved to the Unova region. My mom told me that we were going to live here for awhile! Our home is in Nuvema town, and my mom told me to go greet some of the neighbors.
I ran up to the house that was near by and I knocked on the door.
A short man opened the door and looked at me.
Bianca's Dad: Who are you, kid?
Quin: My name is Quin, me and my mom just moved here from Johto!
Bianca's Dad: Oh! It's nice to meet you, come in!
I went in and saw a blonde girl with green eyes around my age, sitting in front of the tv.
Bianca's Dad: Bianca! Come over here and say hello to the new neighbor!
She ran over to me and smiled brightly.
Bianca: Hi! I'm Bianca, what your name?
Quin: I'm Quin, and I'm from Kanto!
Bianca: Cool, you should meet my friend Cheren! He lives next door, come on!
We both ran to the house next door as her dad told us to be careful.
We knocked on the door to see a lady with glasses open the door.
Cheren's Mom: Hello, Bianca. Who's this young man next to you?
Quin: I'm Quin, I just moved here!
Cheren's Mom: I see. Cheren, come out here and meet our new neighbor.
A boy with glasses walks up to us and shakes my hand.
Cheren: Hello Quin, I am Cheren.
I shook his hand and smiled.
Quin: Nice to meet you! Wanna go outside and play with us?
Cheren looked at his mom and she nodded.
He then followed us as we ran around the neighborhood.
Little did I know a woman was watching us.
???: Dad, I think I know who should get those pokedexes. It'll take three years to finish? Alright, when they're finished, I'll get them the Pokedex and their starter pokemon.
