Chapter eight
I snarled, feeling the aura of shadows on my side. I flew past my siblings, screaming for blood. I honestly don't really know what happened. I saw red, and felt myself changing form. As an umbreon, I was an even better fighter. I made the room go black. Those so called forces hopefully couldn't see very well. Then I felt myself falling. I had used so much energy blacking out the room. If I did much more, I could melt into a puddle of darkness. Then Shadowflyer came to the rescue. He'd turned into a houndoom, and he shoved his shoulder under me before I could fall. His power seeped into my veins, and I could hopefully stay alive for a while longer. My siblings were fighting too, and I could hear the taken anthros growling and snarling as they stumbled around in the darkness. I sat still while I regained my power. But it was horrible to just listen my siblings fight while I did nothing. The darkness was wearing thin, and I could see faint lights from the street lamps in the distance. Then suddenly, it was done. They left. "You might have won this time. But mark my words, we will get you soon." I couldn't tell who it was coming from. But I didn't care. It didn't matter. The lights returned to normal, and the growlithe anthro was still there, passed out on our floor. Shadowflyer raced over to him, and the rest of us changed back into humans (well, about as human we could get) and ran over to them both. Shadowflyer was on the floor, making sure the anthro wasn't too seriously injured. Avilon was shivering. "What... What just happened?" She whimpered. I shook my head. Before I could answer, the growlithe anthro let out a huge gasp. He sat straight up, his face bright red. His eyes were wild, and his hair was messed up. "That... was the scariest thing I've ever witnessed in my life." He said, still shaking lightly. Shadowflyer lay his hand on his friend's shoulder, giving him a small energy boost. I looked around at my siblings, making sure they were all okay. They were panting from the fight, but otherwise fine. Hachi, (Im pretty sure that was his name) stood shakily up. "We need to leave."
Hey guys!!!! I'm sorry this has taken like three months to make, but I get horrible writers block, and I'm having trouble with some schoolwork, and other crazy teenage drama. But I made another cliffhanger! I bet your so so so happy, Lucariofanlover13, because you have been one of the biggest supporters of this book! Thank you all! Anyway, PEACE OUT PEEPS!!!!!! - Labs ✌🏻
