Ash's PoV

I started to run as fast as my legs is allowing me to. Paya was running pretty fast for a girl who wears slippers. I dared to take a look behind and saw...

wait what is that?!

It has a Pyroar-like mane, A man's body, horns on its head, and the legs of a Rapidash. I kept running but I was getting tired and it was catching up to me pretty fast.

"Paya what is that thing?!" 

"It's a Lynel! In short, if you get hit by one hit and you're done for!"

well that's reassuring

My hand went to the shield. I could try and face it but it's risky. My legs were screaming in pain and my breath was limiting. In front of me, Paya shouting something at me but I couldn't hear her and then. I blacked out.

Were my thoughts before I fell unconscious.

Paya PoV

"Watch out!" 

  Those were the words I said before Ash fell. The village is not far from here maybe I can go get some help. But I couldn't leave Ash here. I will need to cause a distraction. I threw a stick at the bushes when it was not looking and ran to Ash. The rustling bush caused the Lynel to get distracted and go over there. I went to Ash and picked him up. He was surprisingly light. I carried him up to Kakariko Village and ran to the most reliable person I know, Impa. 

"Impa! you need help! this guy got hurt!"

"Calm down! what is the problem!"

"He got hit by a Savage Lynel!"

"Calm down. We can fix him up. He's not too hurt."
