(Ash PoV)

"Hey, Ash wake up! we're here," Goh said clearly annoyed

"huh?" I said rubbing my eyes

"Remember? we got a break day  from Professor Cerise," Goh said face-palm

"oh yeah..." I said still rubbing my eyes

I got up and started heading towards the exit of the train. when I got out I took a deep breath. Me and Goh are going on a short picnic break where we can relax and see more pokemon in the wild area.

"dude, what are you standing there for? Let's go!" Goh said with enthusiasm in his voice

"Ok!" I said running after him

We set down the picnic blanket and basket. Goh forgot some oran berries and so I volunteered to gather some from a nearby forest.

"Ok! I'm going now. Don't do anything stupid!" I said while running into the Forest

"I should be the one telling you that!" he called out while laughing

I laughed at that and continued to run through the forest. I left Pikachu behind to play Goh's Grookey to keep Grooky out of trouble. 

I walked through the lush green forest picking up ripe berries. Iris taught me about the ripeness of berries... didn't think I would be using that knowledge now. I had about like... 50 berries when a thick fog started to surround me.

"what's happening," I said looking around frantically

suddenly my vision fades and everything is blurry. I close my eyes and open them again only to see a statue of a Golden Triangle. 

"What is this? where am I?" I said with a quiet voice.

I started walking to the Triangle and inspected it. it had three triangles attached to it with a gray one pointing down in the middle. Curiosity took over me and I touched it. I immediately felt weird and look around my body. it was covered in light. 

well that's something you don't see every day I thought calmly even though I was freaking out

My eyes when blurry again and it suddenly fixed on a guy with strange pointed ears. He had blonde hair and blue eyes. He was smiling at me, so I decided to smile back. then I started to look around and try to figure out where I was. the place was white and had yellow streaks pointing in front of me. I heard voice

'Welcome to Hyrule'

And then I blacked out
