The Attack: Part One

The young girl peered into the distance from her Lapras, her eyes squinting from the sunlight. Then they widened at the sight of the burning region.

"Aur? Land ahoy," She murmured to Aurora, her Lapras, as she pointed towards the region that was under attack. Aurora nodded slightly and steered herself towards the island.

As they got closer, Azuri could more clearly see how bad the attack was. There were burning buildings, Pokémon attacking, and explosives being hurried around the region. Azuri ran forward.

"Az? What are you doing?! You're gonna get yourself killed!" A young man called from his Slowbro.

"I can handle this, Ave. You, Klar, and Aq find somewhere safe! I'll catch up with you guys later!" She called as she ran into the smoke.

Coughing, she called out her Greninja, her Primarina, and her Gigantamax Inteleon. "Gren, can you go searching for any survivors in need of help? Me, Prim, and Hunter can take care of this!" She called to the Greninja.

Gren nodded and went to go search for survivors. Azuri turned to her other two Pokémon. "Hopefully there's a Power Spot here... Hunter! GMAX!!!

She returned Hunter, and a bright stream of light flowed from her Dynamax Band. It seemed to be absorbed by the Poké Ball, which suddenly grew bigger. With a powerful cry, Azuri tossed the Poké Ball behind her. Hunter roared as he grew to his Gigantamax form, using his tail as a sort-of tower to shoot water from.

In his hands, he held a gun that seemed to be made out of flowing water. He tilted his head as he "loaded" the gun.

"Prim, Sparkling Aria! Hunter! G-MAX HYDROSNIPE!!!"

Combined, the two moves put out the fires across the whole region. Azuri sighed with relief. Until she saw one more area of the region that was on fire.

"Hunter, you take care of the attacking Pokémon. Prim and I will handle the burning area. Prim, you ready?"

The Shiny Primarina responded by flipping her blonde mane and barking with determination in her voice.

"Then let's GO!!!"
