Mahogany's P.O.V.
When I walked in the classroom, all the Pokémon looked at me in a weird way. Most were disgusted, but three were just smiling. The smiling Pokémon were a Buizel ⬇️

An Eevee ⬇️

And a Houndoom ⬇️.

They looked nice, unlike the others in the room. The teacher, a Wigglytuff wearing glasses, got up and said to me, "Ah, our new student, Mahogany! I'm Mr. Tuff. You can take a seat right next to Jackson there." He pointed to an empty desk next to the Buizel smiling at me. Jackson the Buizel rolled his eyes and said dully, "Call me J-Money!" The others in the room laughed for some apparent reason at this. I took a seat in the desk and looked around the room from my seat, which was in the far back corner. That was good. I saw the Eevee was in a desk in front of me. She quickly turned around and said hi to me. I said hi back, of course. The Houndoom was in the front row, far from me.
"Class, take a few minutes to meet Mahogany while I take care of something," said Mr. Tuff as he walked to his desk and got some paperwork. The class got up and mostly chatted with their friends who didn't sit close to them. Only a few got up and said hi to me, and they were J-Money, the Eevee, and the Houndoom.
"Hi, Mahogany! I'm Jackson, but everyone calls me J-Money," J-Money said to me. I replied, "Hi, J-Money. Nice to meet you." We shook paws. The Eevee pushed him aside and started to talk. "Hi, hi, HI! I'm Lunar the Eevee! It's SOOOO great to meet you!!!" She grabbed my paw and shook it, and then she started to jump all over the place. Then the Houndoom walked to me and said, "And I'm Xero! You seem cool. Oh, nice necklace." He looked at my necklace. Then he looked into my eyes. I started to blush a bit, but no one could see because it blended in with my color. We shook paws.
"Alright, class, return yo your seats!" Called Mr. Tuff. "We are going to do a fun experiment today!" The experiment was actually pretty cool, we had to have partners, though. Mr. Tuff thankfully let US pick! J-Money and Xero both wanted to be my partner, so instead of choosing one of them over the other, I picked Lunar to be my partner. She said, 'YESYESYESYESYESYAYAYAYAYAY!!!' She jumped all around again, and then she calmed down, finally. The experiment went something like this: one Pokémon would wear a lab coat, and spill liquid on it. Then, the other Pokémon who was the first Pokémon's partner would use chemistry to fix it. It was some sort of air or something that got the stain off the lab coat. I wore the lab coat and Lunar used the air thingy. It was almost like it was coming out of a fog machine.
When we were doing the experiment, Lunar and I had a Dark-Type conversation. "So, Lunar, you obviously want to become an Umbreon, I presume?" I asked Lunar, who replied, "Yeah." "It's always that an Eevee's name kinda states what Eeveelution they wanna be. Why is that?" "Well, actually, at birth all Eevee given a letter for their names until they get old enough to decide what they wanna be. My letter was 'H.' Then, one day, mama told me to decide what I wanted to be, and I told her I wanted to be an Umbreon." "That's neat!"
The bell rang and Mr. Tuff called, "Class dismissed!" We all rushed out of the classroom. We had 15 minutes until 2nd period started. J-Money, Xero, Lunar and I checked our schedules.
"I have math next," said Xero. "Hey, same here!" I said happily. I wasn't going to be alone in math! "Aw, lucky!" Lunar sighed. "I have P.E. next..." She pouted. J-Money said, "I have Music next..." "Well, then, Xero, see ya in class!" I called to Xero as I walked to my locker to get my books for math class. This day was going great so far!
