Mahogany's P.O.V.
   "Race y'all to class!" Skippy called out to Xero, Lunar, J-Money and I. We were headed to Math Class. My first week at Pokémon Academy had gone good. "Not if I race ya there first!" I called back as I broke into a run. Skippy and I raced down the hallway, but I was obviously faster.
   "Haha!" I called back to Skippy, who was far behind me. I turned down a corridor and the others were out of view.
   All of a sudden, while looking behind me, somebody bumped into me. It was an Espeon. "Hey, watch where you're going!" She said rudely. I replied simply, "Oh, sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going, hehe..." "Well you should know better!" She exclaimed angrily as she fired a Psybeam attack. It hit me, but it didn't do anything. "Oh, how could I have been so stupid! Absol are Dark-Type Pokémon!" Then she glared at me, but her face turned into an evil grin. "Oh, you must be Mahogany, the new student! Well then, I'm Rose the Espeon. What a pleasure to meet you!" She stuck out her paw, and of course I shook it. I mean, it's common courtesy. But that was a mistake. She used an Electric-Type attack, which shocked me and knocked me to the ground.
   "Oh, look, my friends are here!" Rose said as I got up. I saw a Purugly and an Ariados walk next to her. "Get her," Rose said darkly. She continued, "Mandy, right. Bruce, left." The Purugly blocked my right exit. The Ariados blocked the left. I guessed the Purugly was Mandy and the Ariados was Bruce. Rose blocked my front entrance. Then it was all a blur. They tried to attack me all at once. I tried my best to block their attacks with my attacks, but soon they knocked me to the ground. They stepped back and looked.
   I was sprawled against the floor. There was a scar on my face. I barely got up after much struggle. "Any last words?" Rose asked me as the three of them readied attacks. I gained my confidence and knew what I had to do. I replied, "Actually, yes. And they won't be my last." "Oh, miss confident!" "I hate to have to do this, but you leave me no choice." My Mega Stone disguised as a fake jewel started to glow. The fake jewel shattered and my Mega Stone was revealed.
   "Huh?" Rose asked in confusion as I started to glow. "What's happening...?" The glow I was encased in made me Mega Evolve. Once my form had fully changed, the light disappeared. I was now a Mega Absol.
   "You Mega Evolved!" Rose exclaimed. "It must be that necklace." I growled and unleashed a fury of attacks. It knocked them to the ground. I turned back to my normal state.
   "Mahogany!" I heard Skippy call. "There you are! Woah, what happened?" She caught up and stared at the three defeated Pokémon. Then she looked at my Mega Stone and said, "Woah... Now my sister will wanna be your BEST friend!" I chuckled a bit as the others caught up. I explained everything. Maybe me being able to Mega Evolve would actually make me popular!
