Lunar's P.O.V.
   I walked out onto my Side of the battlefield. It was time for my battle with Rose. I could hear everyone in the seats cheering for either Rose or I. Mahogany, J-Money, Xero, and a few others were cheering for me. Only two were cheering for rose.
   Mr. Ken called out, "Now, let the nighttime battle between Rose and Lunar begin! Rose will have the first move."
   Oh, great, why HER first, I thought. At least I might evolve during this, I was thinking. Rose called out me, "You're going down!" She used a Psybeam attack. It hit me directly, knocking me to the ground. I rolled on the ground, but got back on my paws. I fired a Swift attack at Rose. It didn't do much damage to her, though.
"Drat," I muttered. Rose fired a Swift attack back at me! I barely dodged it. The tables were starting to turn! I readied a Trump Card attack.
   Rose's eyes widened. She wasn't expecting me to be so high-leveled that I knew Trump Card. I fired the attack. Rose was still in shock, so it hit her.
   Rose was laying on the ground from my attack, but then she got up and used Psychic. I was covered in a thin blue light and I hovered. I was the victim of a Psychic attack.
Rose at first didn't hurt me, but instead she made me do the famous Mudkip Rain Dance...

Everyone, including J-Money, Xero, Skippy and Mahogany couldn't help but laugh. Rose held an evil smirk. Then, she lifted me midair and made me stop doing the dance, thank Arceus.
   Rose slammed me on the ground, then lifted me back up, then slammed me again, then lifted me up and slammed me again. It was painful, I can say that!
   She slammed me on the ground repeatedly and then finally slammed me to the ground with a big blow. I laid there, dust clouds surrounding me. I finally got the strength to stand back up and fight, right when the dust when clearing. When all the dust was gone, I could hear almost everyone cheer. They thought I was defeated, but no. I was so close to beating her and evolving, I couldn't give up now!
   Rose was in shock. I knew it was my chance to beat her and become an Umbreon. She was strong, but I was stronger. She was smart, but I was smarter. She was great, but I was greater! All those thoughts rushed through my head. Then I began to glow in a blue light. Particles the same color as the light flew around me in a circle. My shape began to change. I got taller, my tail changed shape a bit, and my ears widened a bit. Then, in one split second, the blue light and particles disappeared, and in my place was a proud Umbreon wearing boots, a bow and a necklace identical to mine.
   That was because I was that Umbreon.
   The crowd started to cheer and hoot, and then started to chant my name.
"Lunar!"
      "Lunar!"
         "Lunar!"
   "Lunar!"
   The only two Pokémon who weren't cheering besides Rose were Mandy and Bruce, and that made sense. They knew Rose was doomed. Rose flinched, her eyes twitched in fear and she tried to use Psychic. It didn't work. Instead, having learned a new move from my evolution, I used Dark Pulse, my new move! It hit Rose directly and she fell to the ground.
   I had won the match.
   I became Umbreon, learned a new move and defeated Rose!

Later...

   "Lunar, that was spectacular!" Mr. Ken told me. "I'm very impressed!" Mahogany, J-Money, Xero and Skippy rushed up to me. Mahogany said, "Great work, Lunar!" "AH. MAY. ZING!" Skippy exclaimed in awe. Xero smiled and said, "You became an Umbreon like you wanted too!" J-Money said, "Nice! I'm proud of you!"
   "Well, it's getting late. Should we get back to our dorms and call it a night?" I asked my friends. They agreed. J-Money yawned and said, "Well, Xero, should we find Tekk and head to our dorm?" "Wait, you have a dorm with Xero and that Riolu named Tekk?" I asked curiously. "Yeah," Xero said. "Well, let's go, then. Night, girls!" Xero called as J-Money and him went to get Tekk and go to their dorm.
   Mahogany said, "Lunar, my and Skippy are gonna hang here for a bit. We'll meet you at the dorm, all right?" "Alright," I replied.
   I walked through the school and multiple Pokémon congratulated me. Then I saw another Umbreon wearing a grey shirt.
