[Serena POV]

It's Wednesday the day after our battle with Ash. Right now me and Iris are sitting in a park bench, talking about different things to do and also deciding some activities for today.

“You know, I haven't eaten pizza for a long time, we could visit today if you are okay.” She says, I think at my today's activities, “yeah I think it would be-” I was saying then suddenly we heard a squeaking sound.

“PICHUUU..” we heard a squeaking sound and looked in The direction. At the road we saw a speedy van with open back doors. There was a small Pokemon running after it. We looked at it more carefully and saw it was a Pichu.

“What's that Pichu doing after that van?” Iris asked, “who knows, maybe they took his berries..” I added humorously. This made her giggle.

But then we saw that another Pokemon was thrown out of the van, this made me and Iris stand up and look at it in shock. We quickly ran towards it to see if it was hurt.

We saw it was a Pikachu, Pichu quickly ran to him and hugged him. But Pikachu was still looking at the van with anger, he tried to run but it's leg was hurt. It let out a loud cry, “PI KAAA…!” It stood there while staring at the van vanish into the distance.

By now many people had gathered there and were looking at the Pichu and Pikachu pitifully. Pichu was licking on Pikachu's wounds. Then it hit me that the Pikachu was quite familiar.

Then the Pikachu looked around at all the people and spotted me and Iris then it, slowly limped towards us, this made me quite suspicious. “Pikachu..?” Iris spoke slowly, “PIKA PI..” it said softly. Then it hit me, it was Ash's Pikachu.

“OMA! you're Ash's Pikachu!” I yelled out in shock, Pikachu nodded softly. I quickly moved forward and picked him in my arms, Iris did the same with Pichu. “What happened Pikachu? Why were you in the van.?” I asked him. The people around us might have thought something by seeing us, they started asking questions. “Is this your Pikachu?” Or “you should be more careful for your Pokemons.” I didn't like this so, I spoke up, “excuse me but this is not my Pikachu. It's my friend's. And I don't have any idea what was happening.” With that me and Iris moved away from the crowd and reached at the park again.

“Okay Pikachu, I don't know what to ask because we can't understand you… but can you some how tell us what's happening?” Iris asked him. Pikachu thought for a moment then, started acting. “Uhh, do you want my mobile phone?” I guessed, he nodded so I took out my mobile and handed it to him.

He went through the dialpad and entered a number, then pressed the call button. He turned on the speakers, the ring went for two rounds and then it was answered.

-“Ketchum speaking, who's there?”- It was Ash's voice, “PIKA PI. PIKACHU PI…” Pikachu said. He sounded really worried. -”Oh hey buddy what happened you sound worried. Everything okay?”- he asked, “PIKA PI KAAA PIKACHU..” Pikachu yelled out. -” what! Are you serious? I'm on my way buddy.. And is anyone around you?”- Ash asked, “yeah it's me, Serena.. Iris is also here..” I spoke. -”okay do you have your Pokemons?”- he asked, “yeah” we both said together, -”okay, listen carefully, my sister leaf has been kidnapped and I want you to track down their base, but don't do anything until I reach there.”- he told, I was shocked to hear that her sister is kidnapped. “Okay Ash but don't worry I have my full team we will get your sister to safety.” Iris said, -”okay, but I recommend to wait for me. Now good luck.”- he said and cut the call.

“So let's get started,” Iris says and tossed get pokeballs and Dragonite and Altaria came out. “Okay listen here, Ash's sister has been kidnapped so we have to find their base, ummm… Pikachu do you know how they look.” It's explained to her Pokemons, then asked Pikachu. Pikachu nodded, “PIKACHU PI PICHUUU PIKA.” He explained, both Dragonite and Altaria nodded. Then took off to the direction where Pikachu told.

When they were gone, we both took Pikachu and Pichu to the Pokemon centre to get them fit. Altaria came back after 15 minutes but didn't found anything. We waited for Dragonite and when he came he told that he was successful. We instantly called Ash and informed him that we found the base.

-“Great, now just wait for me I'll be there in 20 to 30 minutes.”- he told, “what? 30 minutes, but Ash we don't have much time. We both are going there without you.” Iris said. -”oh no, please don't do anything until I get back. You don't know they are very dangerous.”- Ash replied. “Don't worry Ash me and my Pokemons can handle it. Good bye.” She said and then cut the phone.

“Iris I don't think this is a good idea, I mean if they kidnapped Ash's sister then they might be really dangerous. I don't want to go there.” I speak as I was not ready for what might happen. “Oh come on Serena, nothing will happen, I have my Pokemons with me. Now let's go.” She says while walking in the direction to get to the base. “Okay..” I sigh in defeat and followed her.

We reached into the forest outside the city and found a building in a clearing. There were guards all around. “Okay everyone come out.” We both threw our pokeballs and Dragonite, Altaria, Haxorus, Salamence, Delphox, Sylveon and Absol came out. Then we headed inside and attacked every person who came to stop us, eventually many of our Pokemons went down. We reached a room where we saw a small girl tied to a chair and was crying. I had only Sylveon left and Iris had Dragonite. Pichu was in my arms unconscious while Pikachu was leading ahead of us.

We quickly reached near the girl and Iris started to open her ropes but then several guards came in all of a sudden along with houndooms and attacked at us, it happened so quick that we couldn't react.

The attach was strong enough to knock us out.

[Pikachu POV]

The attack was very strong but not strong enough to knock me. But I saw that Serena, Iris and Sylveon were unconscious near leaf, however Dragonite was still standing but barely. We both used our attacks against the guards and their houndooms.

After 10 more minutes, I was losing my energy, Dragonite was also looking extremely weak but we both kept in attacking. One of the houndoom used a FIRE BLAST. which was a direct hit on me, I struggled to get up then the was another attack, I managed to dodge the attack in peak moment. Then Dragonite was hit with a powerful HYPER BEAM, which knocked him out. Now it was just me against 5 houndooms. Eventually I defeated them all but fell unconscious after the last hit.

---2 hours later---

I slowly woke up at the Sound of someone talking, I opened my eyes slowly adjusting the high brightness. I saw a blur image of a person standing near me at first I thought that the guards have caught me and we're experimenting on me, but then the person looked at me and spoke. “Pikachu, you're awake, thank God. How're you feeling?” His voice was much familiar, then my mind came to existence and I remembered it was, Ash. “PI-KA.. (just okay, my head still hurts though)” i replied weakly, “good to hear you're okay, lets go and meet Leaf, Serena and Iris.” He said and took me in his arms, “PI? (where's Pichu?)” I asked, he looked at me, “he's okay, I left him at Leaf’s room, along with Serena and Iris.” He replied as we went out from my room, after walking for two or three doors, we entered another room, there were three beds, each had patients, one was Serena, next was Iris and then it was Leaf, though Serena and Iris were still sleeping, leaf was talking with Pichu.

They both saw me and Pichu instantly hopped on Ash to meet me, we both nuzzled together then Ash placed us on the bed near Leaf.

---3 hours later---

[Serena POV]

I heard someone talking to another person, I tried to get up but felt really weak. Though I could make some movements, which caught the people's attention. “Serena, sweetheart are you okay?” I heard, I could tell it was my mom but I couldn't reply. “Come on please answer me.” She sounded really worried, and her voice seemed to fade away. Then again I lost conciousness.

I woke up again after some time, this time I opened my eyes and adjusted to the brightness of the room. I slowly turned my head to look around, my sight fell towards a person standing near the window. I looked carefully and found he was Ash.

“Ash…” I called out but it was just a whisper. “A-ash..” I called again,a little louder, this time he noticed and turned around. When he saw me a smile formed in his face as he walked towards me. “Thank God Serena, you're awake, I was so worried. Your mother came to meet you but you were still asleep.”

He brought a tray of food for me to eat. “Here take this, it will help you gain energy.” He said as he took a spoon and placed it near my mouth with food in it. He fed me the food as I still couldn't move. After that when I looked around I saw leaf sleeping with Pichu and Pikachu on a bed leaving one bed in between, I presume that the middle bed was Iris's but where is she? “Hey Ash, where's Iris?” I asked softly, “well, she woke quite early and was fit so her mother took her home.” He replied.

“And what about my mom?” I asked, “she was here few moments before you woke up, she had told me that she would be out of town for one night so you'll have to stay here tonight. Plus doctor had recommended one day rest for you so your mother permitted you to take leave from school tomorrow.” He told. Hearing all of this made me sad, now I have to stay at the hospital alone tonight. “Hey, what's the matter, you look sad?” Ash noticed my expression, “oh, uhh… nothing, it's just I'll have to stay here alone tonight…” I said quietly, Looking down. “Who said you'll be alone…” he spoke, which made my head to turn in his direction. “... I'll be staying here tonight since leaf is not allowed to go home today.” He added, this gave me some relief. “Oh… speaking of which, how is she?” I asked, he looked over at leaf as slept peacefully cuddled with two cute Pokemons.

“She's okay, just weak. After all she is only 4 years old and had to go through all of this.” He told, I felt really sad for her. “Okay it's getting late now, you should go to sleep.” He added on. “But I don't feel sleepy now. I just woke up.” I said, sarcastically. This made Ash chuckle. “You're right so what do you want to do?” “I don't know… how about uhh….” I was thinking but was cut off by Ash. “would like to read a book?” He asked, not a bad idea. “Yeah sure.” I replied, he took it his phone and handed it to me, “purchase any book you want.” He told then leaned back on his chair and closed his eyes as he drifted off. I bought a book and started reading it then after few moments I again felt sleepy and drifted off.
