[Ketchum's POV]

"So you plan on starting a war?"

I stood near the large window pane, facing opposite to the board of members behind me. "Yeah…" the room was dark, only light came from the projector screen across the long desk.

I turned around and faced them. "They have established another headquarter in kalos, I bet they won't be ready for it. We start from there." I spoke as the screen changed to the location of their base.

"Hmmm… so, how do you plan on doing this?"

"We will use the Jewel. And the legendary Pokemon of course… I'm sure they won't disappoint us."

"What's the promise that they will obey us in this destruction?"

"100%. Their brains have been manipulated. They only listen to my commands, and to whom I say."

"Alright, so shall we start to lay out our plan of destruction, Mr ketchum?"

"Gladly, I say, since we are a team now, why don't we sort out our part of management and order the troops."

"Very well, we have seven members so, I guess this will be easier for everyone. But what happens after the war?"

"A brilliant question my friend. Although I have plans for that. I have a place in mind. That has not been visited by them. Not is there any member from their group or anything that relates to them. However, I've had someone there recruiting members for us. So, after we are done here we can move to that place."

"I understand. But would you be more precise about it?"

"Well, my daughter, Marnie, she has been living in Galar since she was born. And around this time she had grown enough to be popular among young teens and music lover. However, she had secretly been forming a cult. Galar is a beautiful region. And since there was no one such as those trouble makers. I'm sure we can finally live in peace."

"That's outstanding. Now, when do you plan on doing this…. War?"

"As soon as we can get all the members from each one of your organizations, and all the Pokemons are brainwashed to obey us, and all the weaponry are ready we can commence our attack."

"Then, we shall get this plan on the track as of now."

"I agree."

I pressed the button on the desk as the projector turned off and the room lit bright. There at the desk sat the seven admins of my organization. Everyone stood up and exited the room.

I pulled out my phone from my pocket and dialed a contact. The ring went on as I held it on my ear.

"Yes Dad?"

"Son, you have task. Go to Galar and send me reports about your sister"

"Alright, when?"

"Reach the headquarters, I'm getting the chopper ready"

"Okay"

I put the phone back in my pocket and waked out of the room.

"Okay…. So, I just need to go and keep an eye on my sister? That's all?"

"Yes, but you have to be careful, don't make it too obvious. You can stay with her."

"Wait! You mean to say, I have to stay at my sister's place?!"

"Not necessarily, if you wish you could stay anywhere else. Just you have to meet her everyday and report me about her organization."

"Alright, that will do and it will be easier for me to report as well."

"Alright then, get in and don't disappoint me.. this time."

"I won't."

I walked back a distance and watched the chopper go up and out of the sight.

Now, that it's been taken care of I think I can proceed to further plans.

[Calem's POV]

Sigh. I hate this but I have no choice. It's weird, I used to hate that boy, but now I don't and instead I hate my own dad. I wanted to change, and I think I have my chance now.

If only my sis agrees with me, there can be a possibility.

But first I should inform Alain. He trusted me with this and I can't let him down. I pulled out my phone and texted him.

'On my way to Galar! Will inform after reaching.'

I waited and there was reply,

'fine.'

I met Alain in my interrogation room at pokenation. Yeah the time when I was captured by his metagross. It was when I had realized my truth, the truth that made me hate him.

I've always known he isn't my real dad. Obviously, he's a Ketchum and I'm Xavier. But he was the cause of my loss. That's what I hate the most.

And it all might come twisted. But Ash is actually my cousin, so is Marnie.

Ash knows this and he never did try to hurt me. Even after I did all those things to Him And his friends. I regret obeying Giovanni. Ash is nothing like he used to say. He is a better person than anyone. He even forgave me when he knew that I was doing all of this unbeknownst. Even I feel sorry for what I did.

We made a plan, against giovanni. He had decided to free me and let me go back to team Rocket as if an escape but before that could happen, Giovanni attacked their base and freed me.

I had them promised that I would work for them under team rocket. Giovanni doesn't really tell me about all his plans but whatever I get is quickly transferred to them.

And now when I'm off to Galar, to meet my second cousin, I feel I can change everything in me.

I was shaken out of my thoughts as I heard the pilot say that we were about to land. I looked out of the window to see a vast land approaching. Soon we were in the city and I could see the people walking on the streets below. The city was beautiful in its own Glory.

Before I forget, I should tell you that I am here for the mission of Pokenation and not for Team Rocket.

When we landed, I was met by a fairly good looking girl. Of course she was none other than my cousin Marnie. When she saw me she smiled brightly. I returned the smile as she came to hug me.

"Hey brother, it's been such a long time."

"It's sure has sis."

I suppose she doesn't know we are are not siblings?

When we parted, she looked behind me and noticed my guards. She gave an impressive look.

"Nice, I see you have security with you."

I chuckled, "One of the perks for being the son of a gangster you could say."

"True, anyway let's get you comfy here. Where are you gonna stay?"

"Hmm, I don't know maybe at a hotel or something?"

"What? Nonsense you can stay at my place. After all you're my brother."

"I guess I could."

"Yes, you will. Now let's go."

We followed suit and headed to her house and surprisingly it was huge.

"You live here with just mom?"

"Yup, all of it to ourselves."

"Cool!"

We entered the house and I looked around all of it. A large hall, with a centre staircase leading to upper floor that had doors aligned. On the left side of the hall was another room which I assume would be for lounging. And on the right was I think kitchen or something.

"It's big.." I whispered, Marnie giggled beside me. "Looks like you've been to a mansion for the first time." I looked at her and couldn't help but laugh.

She seemed pretty fun, I don't know how can she possibly be running a gang. But who am I to judge.

"So, which one's mine?" I asked, "you're with me in my room." She replied almost instantly. I stared at her for a second.

"You're kidding? You have so many rooms so why do I live in yours?" I asked in surprise. "Because they aren't furnished. It's an empty room with nothing." She replied simply.

"You did think about the problems of teenager siblings, right?" I asked trying to figure out if she was serious.

"Uhh… yeah I did, why do you think I wouldn't have?" She asked innocently.

"Seriously, you're 17 you really don't know?" I asked trying to get some idea in her head, she simply shook her head.

"I. Am a boy. And. You. Are a girl. We are like polar opposites. We need our privacy. I do. I don't know about you. But I sure do. So, I want to make it clear that, I. Cannot. Stay. In. The. Same. Room. As. You!" I said trying to sound as clear as possible.

I looked at her for some reply but all she did was stare at me like I said something funny. Suddenly she turned around. "Let's go to my room." She said and rushed ahead.

I stood there like a statue, I literally wanted to scream. How can someone be so oblivious. I sighed and followed her.

We reached a room at the far end of the corridor.

"Why is your room so far?"

"This one is the biggest on this floor."

"Of course."

As soon as I entered the room, I wanted to die. The room was all purple and black and a few white here and there. Rest everything was dark blue. And not the one you think of a designed shapes or paint. It was like one wall purple other black, with large white polka dots on them. Bed, wardrobe, table and door and window frames were dark blue.

"Who designed this?!" I yelled asked, "that would be me and I'm proud of my work!" She replied with a sense of pride and I really wanted to murder her now.

"It's disgusting! I'm gonna throw up!" I shouted, I feel I offended her but someone had to tell. "That's rude, when you're going to stay in the same person's room." She pointed out.

"If you give me a room then maybe my thought will change?" I said as to imply my request.

"We don't have an extra room." I just face palmed.

It's 2 hours now since I got here and I have settled in her room. Though I ran out as soon as I got my things placed there. I couldn't stay in there for one more minute

I'm in the living room right now, watching TV and Marnie is still in the room doing good knows what! Mom was at work and would be back by evening so the day was ours. It wasn't five minutes when I heard someone walking down the stairs.

And soon Marnie was in the living room. She held something in her hand which was very familiar.

"What's this?" She asked, I looked carefully and realised it was my beast ball. My eyes widened as I lunged up and snatched it from her hands. She was startled by my sudden movement and jumped back with a shriek.

"How did you get this?!" I asked furiously, did she seriously go through my stuff? I had it hidden in my bag.

She looked at my with a scared look and said, "I was just doing something when your bag started fidgeting, I got curious so I checked and found this ball shaking vigorously, but it soon calmed down. I thought I should ask you so I came here?"

She still was terrified, "Sorry for bursting. I didn't mean to scare you." I said softly trying to comfort her.

"What is it?" She asked a little normal, I looked at the ball and sighed, "It's a beast ball." I said, "I got it from Dad. It had a very powerful Pokemon captured in it which is known as ultra beast. Ultra beast are hard to find and only exist in a place called ultra space where we can go. Only through a special portal."

"And why do you have it?" She asked looking curiously at me. I stared at the ball for a few moments before turning to her.

"Marnie, we need to talk!"

Hey guys, took too long? I know I'm sorry. But I hope you liked the chapter and since it has such a weird plot twist. I don't what to expect.
