[Pikachu POV]

Me and Greninja raced through the city towards the city exit of route 16. The small spherical nothing which Ash me was a Teleball, short for teleportation pokeball. This was actually with all of Ash's Legendaries. He never caught them in pokeballs.

Teleballs have two components, a source-ball and a receiving-ball. The source-ball, that is with us, is given to the Pokemon and it automatically enters the Pokemon data to the trainer's Pokedex. The receiving-ball is used when you want to call the pokemon, so when the trainer uses the receiving-ball, the source ball blinks twice then the Pokemon is absorbed by it inside and then it is transferred to the receiving-ball through the radio waves. And the Pokemon appears out of the receiving-ball.

Anyway, why am I even talking to myself, as if someone is gonna read my mind. Anyway back to us racing, we ran through the main part of the city. After running for about half an hour we reached the gate of the city. Route 16, that would take is to Dendemille town. After that we would go through route 17.

We entered the forest at the route, and walked cautiously. Because no one knows what dangers may be lurking in the woods. As we moved we would come across smaller Pokemons which weren't much of attention, but hey what's a forest without wild and angry Pokemons. And I was right because we just encountered an angry Scizor.

He was chasing a group of Sewaddle, we both facepalmed together and looked at each other. "You wanna take him, or I do?" I asked, "Nah, it's fine I'll do it." He replied and stepped forward. He called out to that Scizor.

"Hey you!" He yelled the Scizor stopped chasing those little Innoscents and looked towards Greninja. "Who?" He asked confused, "You dare to challenge me? You shall know that I'm the king of this forest. No one can defeat me." He spoke with pride. "Yeah, no kidding, but you're gonna taste failure today." Greninja said softly, this was enough to trigger Scizor and he activated METAL CLAWS and dashed in his direction. Greninja on the other hand waited patiently and when the time came he jumped and flipped and activated AERIAL ACE and rammed it in his back. Welp that was super effective. Scizor slammed into a tree and took some time getting up, he was now even more angry and let out a cry. Suddenly a holographic helix appeared in front of him and he evolved in his Mega form. Man, that's crazy!

Anyways, what I little mega evolution would do to Ash-greninja. That battle didn't even last five minutes and Scizor was out cold. I patted on Greninja's back, "Good job there buddy. Now let's move ahead." I said and we both continued on our way to Zygarde's cave.

We walked for a  days and few hours and we had finally reached Dendemille town. We went to the Pokemon centre for some checkup and got some berries from the store. And now we are sitting on a bench in a park eating the berries and talking to Ash through Greninja.

"He says that we have to go to the East gate of the city. That connects us to route 17." Greninja told, I nodded. "Alright, we're on it." I told, Greninja then said goodbye to Ash and was back here. "So the East gate it is, huh?" He asked, "uh huh, and that would be….. in that direction!" I said pointing to the building behind the park. "Okay, so let's get-", "Mommy look! A Pikachu!" Greninja was cut short by a small girl at a distance, she was with her mom and was looking with excited expression at me. "O my God! Not again!" I whispered with a bored expression. Greninja merely looked between me and that girl.

She dragged her mom to us and was now standing a few feet away from us. "Can I touch it? Pleeeease?" She requested desperately, her mom looked nervously at Greninja. "I don't know sweet heart, that Greninja looks he's looking after that lost Pikachu." She spoke. What? Do I look like a lost Pokemon? C'mon..

Then Greninja did something he'd regret later, he gestured to the lady that it was fine to touch me. Then the inevitable happened, the girl came running to me and squeezed between her chubby arms. "Its so cute! Mom can we have a Pikachu too!? I promise I'll take care off it." She asked her mom while killing the living daylight out of me. Greninja just sat there and watched me.

"I'm sorry, but we can't have a pet. Our house too small to keep one. And y'know your dad is allergic to electric types." Her mom said. Who in this world is allergic to electric types? I mean does such allergy even exist? This is unbelievable.

"What's this?" The girl asked pointing to my forehead. What's on my forehead? "Where?" Her mom asked looking at my forehead. Greninja too paid his attention to me. The lady moved some fur from my head to inspect it, at this moment I was feeling nervous too. What did they find on my head, was it a pimple? Or something even worse?

"Hmmm it looks like a jewel to me, how did it get stuck in your head?" she spoke, a jewel? Does it mean my jewel of energy? "PIKA PIKA PIKACHU (hey don't touch it.)" I said, "what happened Pikachu? Is something wrong?" The girl asked, "I think he wants to tell us not to touch it." Her mom suggested. Yes, now leave me alone and go.

"C'mon Mary, let's go. I have to prepare dinner too." She said as she stood up. The girl finally let go of me and went to her mother. "Goodbye Pikachu, you too Greninja." The girl said as she walked away. Finally! Now, I turned to Greninja and eyed him knowingly.

"Would care to tell why did you do that?" I asked him angrily. "I was just… messing around." He replied, "don't you ever do that again." I warned him. "Now let's go to the East gate." I said and we made our way to the East end.

"Go get some more sticks. I'll make a fire." I said as we were trying to settle for the night. We were more than half the way. And it was nearly midnight so we decided to rest. Greninja went to collect more wood while I used THUNDERBOLT on the woods. Fire was quick and we had food with us Greninja returned with more wood. We had a bed of grass.

---mid night---

My eyes shot open to the rustle in the bushes. I got alert and looked around. Greninja was awake as well. "do you see something?" I asked, "No, but I feel someone. And it's not small." He replied, we both got in battle mode.

The presence felt all around. I used spark, the presence revealed to be a pack of Houndooms. They looked angry, slowly they stepped out of the shadows. They were not just some normal Houndooms. They were team rocket's mind controlled.

"Go all out on them!" I commanded and conjured a thunderstorm. They started their attacks and we countered them.  When I say Team Rocket, that means exceptionally strong Pokemons. They drug them and control their minds. We managed to get them clean but it took lot of our strength.

We decided to move from that location so we continued our journey. By Dawn we reached Anistar city. We rushed to the Pokemon centre first. Nurse Joy and the trainers present there were scared at our look. We were almost like half dead zombies.

I might have got a bite from one of those stupid Houndooms. Nurse Joy inspected us and treated our injuries. After that we took the north way to the terminus cave.

Finally we reached our destination by noon.

"We're here, let's get Zygarde in our team." I said as we stood in front of the cave. "Yeah, it's gonna be a play in the park." Greninja replied sarcastically. "Stop joking…" I scolded him, "I sense danger ahead. Not by Zygarde, something else…" he replied looking at me dead serious.

Realization dawned over me, "Team Rocket…" I whispered, they must have came here to capture him. That's why we encountered those Houndooms in the first place. "We need to get in there now. Zygarde needed Ash's help." I commanded and we both dashed in the cave.

Sure, as we got deeper, explosions were heard. We followed the sound source. On reaching the spot, we saw Rocket grunts with their nasty pokemons. Zygarde was down to his knee, but still strong enough to struggle. But if that continued, he would be captured soon.

So I  decide to turn the tables. I let out a cry and turned on the ELECTRIC TERRAIN. Everyone's attention turned to us. Zygarde looked at us angrily, maybe he doesn't get the idea. And the grunts commanded their Pokemon right away.

Greninja took out his NIGHT SLASH Knives and jumped ahead. He dashed through the pack of Houndooms and Mightyenas and slashed them with his knives. I too formed and ELECTROBALL and threw it at a group of grunts. Then using QUICK ATTACK, I got close and started hitting the Pokemons with IRON TAIL.

Zygarde might have got the idea now, because he was not staring us down. He had now stood back and was countering the Pokemons.

Cutting to the Chase. We won, I attacked them with more THUNDERBOLT to ensure they don't get up anytime soon.

Finally we get to talk to Zygarde
