I've said this before: Hypno. But there is a lot. But this one, ugh. Hypno puts people to sleep, feeds on their bad dreams, and if they're having a good dream... it carries them off! Not to mention, it's a pedophile!!! Don't believe me? Look up its Pokédex entries and read the one from Pokémon X. Don't want to? Here:

"It carries a pendulum like device. There once was an incident in which it took away a child it hypnotized."

Now so you believe me? That thing is majorly creepy and I'm surprised when trainers decide to catch the creep. I wouldn't want it anywhere near me. If I was in the Pokémon world, as sad and cruel as it sounds, I don't want it. I love Pokémon, okay? Adore them. But some of them just give me the willies.
