Label: Fire's Ecstasy

Ignited in whites, bright goldens, and blues,
she spins and she dances, arms up to the moon.
Jumping from leaf, to flower, to tree
her dance grows to wild, to feral, to free.

Whirling and reaching to heavens above,
she heedlessly kills all things that she loves.
Letting the thrill consume her inside,
into this wonderfully perilous ride.

Soon all of earth is her vigorous light,
making the sun seem to conquer the night,
repainting the world in a luminous gold
and consuming the lives of it's young and it's old.

So tragic the cries of grievous woe
that tears of sky's mourning are sent down below,
and as the light dies, it's destruction remains
bearing the scars of earth's sorrow and pain.
