"Mr. Shekhawat, please come with me."  Doctor said.

"Mein..doctor me bhi saath ati hu" Sunaina said as doctor looks at her questioningly "am her sister" she nodded.

They went inside her cabin and took their seat, Sunaina was worried as hell while Rajveer was too numb to feel anything except pain and fear of loosing her.

Doctor takes a deept breath "Naina's condition is deteriorating...her blood pressure is very high, lungs are chocked, she is on oxygen." Their heart stopped beating as fear gripping them more and more "Condition itni bigad gayi hai ki..." She takes a pause making them anxious "we can only save one...mother or the child". She looks at them with pity.

Sunaina looks at her as is if she dropped a bomb on them. How can she choose one of them. The child isn't even born yet but still they can feel it's presence. It's already a part of their lives. Befor she could ask or say Rajveer spoke in between.

"Naina...mujhe Naina chahiye..safe and alive...please doctor please...kuch bhi kijiye mujhe meri biwi chahiye...am ready to loose everything and anything precious to me...bas meri Naina ko bacha lijiye.... She is my life..please" he pleaded joining his hands in front of her while crying which shocked Sunaina to core, she wasn't able to react. Is this the same man who was hell bent on making her sister's life miserable? Or is there something more to his revenge? Can she trust him after he backstabbed them at every opportunity he got?

Doctors took her inside OT while they all, Rajveer, Sunaina, gunny, Mr and Mrs Ahluwalia waited outside, praying for Her well being. Rajveer's parents were also on their way along with Ranveer.

He was staring at the door of operation theatre without a blink as if there is no life or senses left in him. All he could think about those brutal words he said to her this afternoon.

""Tumhe mein sirf jhel raha hu apne bacche ke liye... Warna tumhari mein shakal bhi na dekhu""

His own words stabbed his heart as her hurt filled face flashed in front of his eyes.

""Kash tum meri zindagi mein kabhi ayi hi na hoti... ""

He cursed himself for his choice of words, how can he be so insensitive, he wanted to hurt himself badly for making her suffer..again and again.

He saw a nurse coming out of OT everyone got alert and rushed near her while Rajveer was sitting at the same place rooted, he had no energy left to even stand on his own, he was shivering and numb to support himself.

"Nurse, how is she.." Naina's father ask.

"Doctor Ahluwalia, apne khud patient ki report dekhi hai..you know about her condition" she said pitying her "it's not very good..but we are trying our best...excuse me" she left.

"Kaisa majboor baap hu mein...apni bacchi ke liye kuch nahi kar pa raha" Mr.Ahluwalia felt like a looser today...his little angel was fighting between Life and death. He being a doctor himself couldn't do anything for her.

Mrs. Ahluwalia while controlling her tears who was equally scared, tries to console her husband "hamari Naina, bahot bahadur hai..aap dekhiyega..wo hamare pas wapas ajayegi...bhagwan sab theek karenge...hamari bacchi wapas hamre sath hogi" he nodded in hope. Sunaina rushed to her parents to support them.

Soon Rajveer's parents also arrived they were looking scared and worried for her..Sunaina saw Ranveer there and instantly she was feeling suffocated in his presence, he too felt uneasy so went to sit beside his brother, trying to make him say something..he was sitting silent.

"Bhai... Doctor ne kya kaha? Naina theek ho jayegi na.." he asked in uncertainty. He didn't spent much time with her but still feels a special bond with her.

His eyes welled up remembering what doctors said "Mein kuch bhi karunga Ranveer.. wo jo kahegi mein waisa karunga... Bas usey ek bar bol..wo wapas ajaye...usey bol me uske pairo me gir jaunga...magar mujhe chhod ke na jaye.." he was getting anxious "bol na bhai usey ki...mein jee nahi sakta usey bina...please usko wapas ane ko bol...aise koi Ruth ke baithta hai kya...ek bar manane ka mauka to de...wo jo kahegi mein kar jaunga.... Jaan bhi mangegi to haste haste de dunga.... Uski sari narazgi, gussa, shikayat sab seh jaunga...bas ek bar..ek bar akhri bar...mujhe... mujhe...." He choked.

"Agar wo mujhe...mujhe" tears were flowing freely "nahi uthegi to...to mein bhi ziddi hu usi ki tarah....me bhi uske piche piche chala jaunga jaha wo jayegi... Chahe wo ye duniya ho..ya koi aur... I'll too die with her".

"Bhai.." he choked hugging his brother, he was in too much pain..it was getting unbearable for him. "Itne saalo se jo baat mujhe samjhata aya hai... Wo tu khud kaise bhool gaya..aise kaise bol raha hai...kya tu humse pyaar nahi karta...kya hamara pyaar tujhe nahi dikhta".

"Pyaar .." he whispers..."pyaar" he said with plain expression "pyaar..." He stood up. "Pyaar..".

"Bhai" he look at him worriedly as he started to walk out of corridor. Ranveer was about to follow him when his mother stops him.

"Rehne de Ranveer...Is waqt wo apne andar uthe tufan se lad raha hai... Usey akele hi iska samna karna hoga..tabhi wo iss se bahar aa payega..", she said pitying her Son's condition.

He was standing in front of small temple in hospital. Remembering the conversation he had with shiv.

"''Uska din mujhse shuru hokar mujhpar hi khatam hota tha... She literally made me her God. Or shayad uski inhi baton ko meine for granted le liya.... "'"

He too did the same with Nainaa, she literally worshipped him and he took advantage of her trust.

""Kabhi kabhi uska pyaar mujhe ghutan lagne lagta tha... Mujhe chidh hoti thi uske mujhe attention dene se.............. Uspar bahot buri tarah chillata tha usey kadwi batein tak bol jata tha jo mujhe nahi bolni chahiye thi...""

He regrets now badly for every awful words he said to her. Those tearful eyes are already haunting him. Questioning him of his betrayal in return of her love.

""Bahot satati hai wo.. Bahot zyada, meri berukhi ki saza ab de rahi hai mujhe... Itni badi saza ki, wo ab sahi nahi ja rahi hai.. Aur jiska koi ant bhi nahi hai... Adat ban kar mujhe jeene ki saza de gayo wo...""

What if something happens to her? Will he able to live in the same misery as Shiv was living in? No, he won't. He'll die before taking a breath without her. The thought of living without her was chocking him in itself.

""Rajveer.. Please aisa mat karo, me nahi reh sakti tumhare bina.. Mujhe khud se alag mat karo" She wipes her tears quickly "tum na... Jo bologe.. Mein waisa hi karungi... Magar mujhe apne se dur mat karo... Me bahot pyaar karti hu tumse.. Please" She literally begged.""

He cried some more, tears choking his line of vision, his breathing getting abnormal. Today he was able to feel her pain, her misery which he mercilessly showered on her in return of her selfless love. He made fun of her love when she begged him to take her. She kept her pride, her self respect aside just for him...for his love but he kicked her out of his life like a used tissue. Now look at the game of fate. Tables are turned now, she is laying there unaware of everything and here he is regretting his sinful deeds, he is crying the tears she once cried for his love.

There is nothing stronger than time and karma in this world, it shows the person his real place. Tables are turned now.

"Aaj to bahot hi Khushi ka din hai Rajveer..to fir tumhari akhon mein ye asun kyu". He turns to look at the source of that voice, it was Sunaina.
"Tum jo chahte the, aj wo finally tumhe mil gaya hai... Tum Naina ko chot pahoncha kar mujhe tadapta dekhna chahte the na...to lo, your wish has been granted tenfold.... aj Naina ke sath sath..mein bhi maut se lad rahi hu...".

" He was having sadistic pleasure while she was at the verge of getting faint as her vision gets blurry.
Ab jao Naina or bata do apni behen ko, ki meine tumhe chhod diya... Azad kar diya tumhe iss shadi ke bandhan se... Go.""""

she was crying in anguish  "Naina is not just my sister..she is my other part. Jab chot usko lagti hai na, to dard mujhe hota hai.... Agar roti mein hu to takleef usey hoti hai... Hum dono ek dusre se alag nahi hai. Agar aj usey kuch bhi hua na..to uske sath sath mein bhi khatam ho jaungi and trust me Rajveer... Uske bad tum kabhi chain se jee nahi paoge.. because you will realise, ki tumne apni bewakoofi mein kya khoya hai". She ruefully said.

""Tu Bhi samjh ja.. Purani baton mein kuch nahi rakha... Naina bahot acchi hai.... You will be happy with her.... Don't hurt her. Ranveer said in hope to change his mind""

""waqt rehte unki kadar karna jo tumse pyaar karte hai... Warna kismat badi kutti cheez hai.. Pachtane ka mauka bhi nahi degi. Shiv unknowingly warns him.""

""Remeber Rajveer, hum jis insan ko chahte hai na uski value chale jane ke baad pata chalti hai so, cherish what you have before it's too late. Anjali, trying to put some senses in his empty brain.""

Suddenly Rajveer started to chuckle which soon turned into laughter. Sunaina looks at him in amazement as if he has gone mad. He clapped few time laughing while tears were making way out of his eyes "sabne .jane anjane mujhe hazaro baar samjhane ki koshish....Rajveer mat kar...jis Aag se tu khel raha hai wo ek din tujhe hi jala degi...." He shook his head smiling with tears "magar meine nahi suna...mein uss agg ke kareeb jata gaya..jante huye ki iska anjam theek nahi hoga...fir bhi mein nahi ruka...sirf apne apko hi nahi ..apni khushiyo ko bhi meine apne hatho jala kar rakh kar diya jo meri taraf bahein failaye khadi thi...I lost...I lost them all" he finally broke down again making her speechless.

"Akhir kar meine uski keemat usey kho kar hi jaani... Wo mujhe kabhi maaf nahi karegi..aur karna bhi nahi chahiye... Mere paap hi itne zyada hai. Magar tum hi batao Sunaina...." He looks at her desperately "aise koi Ruth ta hai kya...galati to meri thi na...to fir tum logo se kyu naraz hokar baithi hai... that's not fair haina..." He was acting crazy.

Sunaina looks away while letting her tears roll down "shayad isiliye kyunki....usne sabse zyada pyaar sirf tumse kiya..utna pyaar jitna humse bhi nahi kiya..aur usi pyaar ki saza wo bhugat rahi hai", she said devoid of emotions.

""bolo na Rajveer" She clutched him from his collar "kabhi pyaar nahi kiya tumne mujhse,... Ek pal ke liye bhi, ek dhadkan ko bhi" Her eyes were pleading""

"""listen one thing Naina for one more last time... Meine tumse kabhi pyaar nahi kia.. Aur na hi marte dam tak karunga.."""

He clutched his eyes tightly and banged his fist in wall making it bleed which startled Sunaina but she made no attempt to stop him, he deserves it much more than this.

He wanted to hurt himself badly for making her cry tears of blood. He could hear her heart wrenching cries, her pleading and begging eyes flashing in front of him to love her back but now he cannot do any thing to undo her pain. He hurted her enough to break her apart. Now there is no going back, he regrets badly.

Doctor comes out of OT after 3.5 hours long operation. Everyone looks at her desperately with hope. Doctor looks down trying to gather courage to break this news and then looks at their hopeful faces.

She takes a deep breath "Sorry, we tried our best but couldn't save her...she is no more". She finally breaks the news.

Everyone let their brave guards fall down as they finally broke down in sorrow on other hand, what doctor just said was still echoes in his ears, he wasn't able to recollect what she said as his vision started to get blur.
