"Sahab chai, Madam ghar par nahi hai..bolkar gayi hai Do ghante me ajayengi.. Kuch kam ka saman lene gayi hai" Servant informed him.

"Looks like Naina se milne ke liye tumhe thodi der intezar karna hoga.. Usne abhi abhi apni event company start ki hai usi me thoda busy rehti hai" Rajveer said offering him tea "ab tu bata.. Kya chal raha hai tere sath"

He takes a deep breath "Priya or meri arrange marriage hui thi, she was young and beautiful.. And smart too. She was caring, soft hearted person.. Kabhi kisi ko takleef mein nahi dekh sakti thi.. Aur gussa..uska to naam bhi Priya ki zuban tak par nahi ata tha.. " He chuckled "teen saal ki shaadi mein meine usey kabhi gussa hote nahi dekha" Rajveer was hearing him keenly.

"Bahot pyaar karti thi mujhse wo itna ki shayad aj tak kisi ne kisi se nahi kiya hoga... Uski jaan mujhme basti thi. You know she couldn't even sleep without me.. Kehti thi ki aap ajao.. Fir sath khana khayenge.. Apke bina khane me bhi taste nahi ata... Silly girl" He chuckled.

"In short her world revolved around me... Uska din mujhse shuru hokar mujhpar hi khatam hota tha... She literally made me her God. Or shayad uski inhi baton ko meine for granted le liya.... " His smile fades away so was Rajveer's

"Sochta tha.. Meri hi to hai, kaha jayegi.. Sirf mujhse pyaar karti hai, uska sab kuch mein hu... I started neglecting her ye soch kar ki wo kabhi gussa nahi hoti.. Naraz nahi hoti aur na hi shikayat karti hai.... Uski taraf bas ek bar pyaar se dekhlo aur wo sab bhul jati hai.. Kaunsi badi baat hai.. " He was lost in his wife's memory.

"Kabhi kabhi uska pyaar mujhe ghutan lagne lagta tha... Mujhe chidh hoti thi uske mujhe attention dene se... Uska bar bar mujhe phone karna... Ye puchna ki meine khana khaya ki nahi.. Kya meine time par apni dawai li.
Mein jhep jata tha.. Uspar bahot buri tarah chillata tha usey kadwi batein tak bol jata tha jo mujhe nahi bolni chahiye thi... Magar wo fir bhi mujh par naraz nahi hoti... Na jane kis mitti ki bani thi wo" His eyes were misted. "Has kar kaha karti thi.. Apno par gussa nahi karoge to kis par karoge.. "

"Uski har baat ab yaad ati hai jab wo nahi hai... " Rajveer looks at him with horrified expressions, Shiv blinks his eyes "she is no more.".

" Shiv... I didn't... Am so sorry" He gives him condolence.

He nodded "aj jab wo nahi hai to... Ghar jane ka mann nahi karta... Kyunki waha wo hai nahi, jo mera intezar besabri se kar rahi hogi.. Jo apne hatho se mujhe khana khilayegi... Aur wo kamra... Wo mujhe darata hai yaar... Waha jane se mujhe dar lagta hai" He said with panicked expression. "Am afraid to go there ki agar wo waha bhi nahi mili... To.. Kya hoga".

"Apne phone me... " He showed him his cell phone "uska naam flash hote dekhne ke liye tadapta hu mein... Kash ek bar uska call ajaye.. Mujhse puchne ki meine khana khaya ya nahi.. Dawa time par li ki nahi... Magar nahi... 1 saal ho gaya... Am afraid to fall asleep, because her memories haunts me... Sounga to wo ayegi... Aur jab ankh khulegi to wo bhi subha hone par raat ke sath chali jayegi" Tears were flowing freely from his eyes even Rajveer was feeling his pain his eyes misted too.

"Bahot satati hai wo.. Bahot zyada, meri berukhi ki saza ab de rahi hai mujhe... Itni badi saza ki, wo ab sahi nahi ja rahi hai.. Aur jiska koi ant bhi nahi hai... Adat ban kar mujhe jeene ki saza de gayo wo..." He wipes his tears "aj sirf afsos hota hai.. Ki kash kuch pal meine waqt se chura liye hote... Kash uske sath kuch pyaar bhare lamhe bita liye hote.... Kash ek bar usey keh diya hota ki ha mein bhi tumse pyaar karta hu.. Kash uske liye kuch aisa kar diya hota jo uski khushi ki wajah ban jata... Kash kuch batein kar li hoti..." He sighed

"Ab wo batein sirf dill mein reh gayi.. Aur wo chali gayi.... Mujhe zinda rehne ki saza dekar" He smiles sadly "jaise uska pyaar kubool hai usi tarah uski ye saza bhi.... Wo har jagah mujhe dikhayi deti hai... Me janta hu wo nahi hai... Magar wo mere zehen me ghul gayi hai... " He looks at Rajveer who was also in tears "waqt rehte unki kadar karna jo tumse pyaar karte hai... Warna kismat badi kutti cheez hai.. Pachtane ka mauka bhi nahi degi" He joked sadly.
While Rajveer listens carefully, his pain left a deep impact on him which left him restless.

Rajveer was lost in his thoughts, Shiv's painful past was playing in his mind again amd again on repeat mode. He don't know why but his words were haunting him, making him restless since he left. He can feel a connect with his pain. He was never a Very close friend of his neither he met his wife.. Then why is he able to feel his pain? Did he magically turned over emotional in just a span of a night?

Naina enters in room all chirpy as her work is going in great direction, she is so excited for her first event. "Aram se.. Zyada uchlo mat.. " He said without even looking at her, knowing her mood these days.. She is behaving like a teenager.

"Haan haan janti hu.. Mujhe pata hai kya karna hai kya nahi" She was annoyed with his continues interference but at the same time feel good whenever he shows his right on her with authority... Like a husband.

He sensed what she must be thinking "Naina raat bahot ho gayi hai... You must sleep now.......... It's not good for baby" He added last line.

"Hmm.. " She laid down on bed "tumhe nahi sona... " Shw asks looking at him with hope.

"Nahi.. Mujhe study me kuch kam hai.. " He left quickly before she could say anything.. He know the look she must be having on her face.... Disappointment. But it's for her own good.. She must not be getting attached to him.

He was leaving for office in hurry as he was late and slept late last night because he waited for her to fall asleep so he doesn't have to face her hopeful eyes.

"Rajveer" She calls him from behind and he looks at her for the reason of interruption "ye.. Lunch" She passes him box "kha lena.. Meine banaya hai" She said with a smile.

He looks at box reluctantly "iski kya zarurat thi... Mein canteen se manga leta, tumne kyu takleef ki".

"Takleef kaisi.. Ye to mera.. " She stopped in between but smiles "bahar ka khana sehat ke liye acha nahi hota ".

He sighs and takes the box "Agey se mat banana.. Just take rest" He left to avoid any more conversation while she smiled like silly teenager.

Rajveer was working in his office when there was a knock on his door. "Come in" He said without looking.

Naina enters inside with a smile "Hi".

He lifts his head up and was surprised to see her " Tum... Naina tum yaha kya kar rahi ho.. Sab theek to hai na.. Are you alright?" He asks in concern.

"Mein bilkul theek hu" She sits in front of him "mein to bas yaha se guzar raho thi.. Socha tumse milti chalu" He nodded thinking something.

"Tum.. Kuch logi? Mein tumhare liye kuch order kardu.. Milkshake or.. "

"Nahi.. Mujhe kuch nahi chahiye.. " She smiles at him.. There was a awkward silence between them. "Tumne lunch kia? " He Nodded "kaisa laga? " She asks hopefully.

"Umm.. It was good" He said not meeting his eyes.

She smiles in satisfaction and stands up "acha to ab me ghar chalti hu.. Bye.." She was leaving when Anjali enters inside without looking.

"I love you Rajveer, you are the best" She happily sang not realising that a women was glaring at her with heated gaze. "Kya hua" She asks as Rajveer was sending her pitiful expression "aise kya dekh raha hai? Pyaar ho gaya hai mujhse.. " She teased him.

He points his finger near the door, she turns her gaze confusingly and her eyes went wide in shock and fear "oh fuck! " Naina was passing her murderous glare. "No.. " She puts her hands on her hairs, trying to safeguard them "iss se pehle tum kuch bhi karo.. Sari galati tumhare iss useless pati ki hai" She points at Rajveer who looks amazed.

"Sara kia dhara iss admi ka hai.. Meine isey chua tak nahi.. I swear.. Shahid kapoor ki Kasam" She said pinching her neck while naina was having stoic expression "mujhe to malum bhi nahi tha iski shaadi ho gayi hai.. Sara khel iska tha.. Me to bich me aiwai fas gayi thi.. Ye admi to meri choice bhi nahi hai" She explains in panic. "He was just messing with you... Trust me".

Naina's expression turns light in realisation, so he was just playing her with intention to hurt her. She looks at him hurtfully while his gaze was already on her.. Looking at her in concern. He is changed now with that thought her expression again changed into something soft which surprised him. Anjali was blabbering something in nervousness on which she didn't pay attention.

"Me ghar par intezar karungi.. Nice to meet you too. " She said to Anjali with a small smile and left.

Anjali was gaping at her comically "she smiled" She was blinking her eyes like a cartoon "mere baal safe hai... Ye to badi hi samjhdar nikli" She smiled widely. "Itni asani se. Maan gayi... You better treat her right.. Kismat se milti hai aisi biwi" She warns him and left as he sighed

Rajveer arrives home when he saw a male figure sitting in living room with his back towards him. Naina was sitting in front of that man nervously. She stood up as soon she saw him entering.

"Rajveer, tum agaye" She said as of felt relieved, that man stood up quickly hearing his name and face him.

Rajveer was shocked to see him "Ranveer" Never in his wildest dream he thought to see him again here in India let alone in the same state or city.

"Not happy to see me?" He was amused "you broke my heart bhai... Meine socha tu surprise ho jayega.. Magar tu to shock me khada hai".

Rajveer shook his head and takes him in a bro hug, exchanging pleasantries " Tu soch nahi sakta mein kitna khush hu tujhe yaha dekh ke... Meine to umeed hi chhod di thi.. Am so happy".

He got apart "jab tu purani batein bhul kar life me agey badh sakta hai to kya mein koshish bhi nahi kar sakta" He said looking at Naina happily "ata kaise nahi, this child is gonna bring so many changes..for good only. congrats bro.. Am so happy for you both" Rajveer smiled heartily.

Ranveer was standing beside his window and That's when Rajveer enters . He stood beside him and saw the object he was looking at. Sunaina. Rajveer sighed in disappointment.

"Her smile is the best ornament she can ever wear" Ranveer admires her "you fell for her too.. Haina? " He asked looking at him.

"Ranveer" Rajveer protests.

"Wo hai hi itni khubsurat.... I won't blame you... Anyone can fall for her. Aur tu to mera bhai hai, you have an eye for beautiful things" He said with sad smile.

"Kya fayeda aisi khubsurti ka... Jab dill badsurat ho to" Rajveer said looking at her with disgusted expression.

"Aur jo tune kiya uska kya?" Ranveer questions while Rajveer was startled "apni biwi ke sath" He looks down in guilt "that wasn't cool mere bhai, kisi ke kiye ki saza kisi aur ko...that's not you brother".

Rajveer sighs regretfully " And am not proud of that... Am trying To make amendments.. Agar Naina chahe to... Am ready to continue this marriage".

"You better do that... And Raj, I can see that clearly in her eyes.. She loves you still, jo bhi tune kiya uske baad bhi.. " He looks at sunaina with sad eyes "kismat se milta hai aisa pyaar... Grab it with open arms.. Iss se pehle der ho jaye".

" I don't love her" Ranveer looks at him in surprise "and it's better ki Naina bhi ye baat samjh jaye.. She is just a liability for me.. A responsibility.. That's all.. Dinner ke liye bulane aya tha.. Jaldi aja niche" He left not wanting to drag this conversation further.

"So Naina, what are you expecting.. Boy or a girl" Ranveer asks excitedly.

"Umm.. Aisa kuch.. Socha nahi" She was nervous then looks at Rajveer "shayad beti" Rajveer's eyes snaps at her. Didn't she herself few days ago said that she wants a boy, then what changed her mind. 'You idiot' his inner consciousness said.

"Hmm... But mein to chahta hu mera bhateeja ho.. Aur agar nahi bhi hua to" He Mischievously said "you can try again.. ".naina blushed at this comment while Rajveer rolls his eyes in annoyance.

" Meri meeting hai subha.. Am going to sleep" Rajveer said going to room "tum bhi jaldi ajao.. Zyada thakao mat.. Naukar kar lenge baki kam". She Nodded as he left.

"Naina" Ranveer calls her "can we talk" She nodded hesitantly "I can sense that you are conscious  around me" She looks at him in surprise. "Even a blind person can see that.. I know hamari situations kafi badal chuki hai after... You know" He shrugs his shoulders casually as if no big deal "knowing about me and... Sunaina" He looks away.

"mujhe jab pata chala ki Rajveer ne kya kiya I was so mad at him but thank God, bacche ki wajah se hi sahi usme thodi akal ayi. Pagal hai wo gusse me kuch bhi bolta karta hai..aur tumhare sath bhi wahi kia magar dill ka bura nahi hai wo, trust me" He was trying hard to make her believe "jis din tumne Rajveer ki call pick ki I was so relieved,aisa laga jaise koi guilt utar gays ho...der se hi sahi..magar bhai ko akal to ayi....jo bhi tha it was in the past.. We all need to move on. I just pray ki tum dono sath khush raho hamesha." He left reassuring her.

Naina was wondering about him and and her sister. Things looks so complicated, one side is her sister who can do no wrong and the other side is Ranveer who wants nothing but the best for them.. He went all the way to fight for her rights with his own brother. Who is right and who is at fault, she isn't able to decide, things are so confusing. Whose side she should take. She is in dilemma.

Rajveer felt some weight on his chest when he was sleeping. He opens his eyes to see that Naina is sleeping with her head on his chest.. Her arms around his waist. A soft smile was on her face. He tried to move her away but she clutched him more tightly, cuddling more into him in sleep. He sighed, this is not what he wanted, she is again getting attached to him thinking of their future as a perfect lovely couple. This time he can't lead her on..he already had done enough damage. He seriously needs to break that delusional bubble of hers before it's late.
