"Like we missed something?" Jay complete Popes sentence as his gaze gets up to that big tree that near the grave, he climbs onto the roof of the Twinkie and I follows him

"Come here" he says gathering everyone

"There he goes" John B says

"Whoa" Pope says as Jay points to a whole in the trunk

"That looks like-" he says "the painting in the island room" I says completing his sentence and we looked down at the others

"It's worth a shot right?" He says

"Yeah" I says

"Go for it" Jay says looking at me

"Okay- can you stop calling me that?" Jay says

"I went in the storm drain so..." I says

Pope preaches out the dust revealing a text, "HMS Royal Merchant" he reads

"Give it to the captain" Jay says taking it from him "Here we go. It's a spyglass" he says as he spins it

"There's something on the ends" I says

"An inscription right here. Look at that shit" John B says

"what does it say?" Jay ask

" 'you've come this far. Do not falter. The cross is on the Freedman's altar' " pope reads

"Freedman's alter! The cross is at the church!" He says

"What are we doing here guys? Come on!"  Jay says

"We got it! I can't believe it we fucking got it!" I says with a huge smile

John B drives us through the woods, we arrived at the mud patch that now is completely filled with water

"Uh crap! The tide" Pope says

"How deep is that?" Kie asks

"I dunno. The road is gone" John B answers and he stops the Twinkie

"Just a little bit" John B says

"Uh John B how high are the spark plugs?" Jay asks

"How high are they?" Jay and Pope asks

"Oh um" John B says as he looks out of the window

"Just about the taillight" he says putting his head back in

"Okay so that's, what? three feet?" I asks

"That's three feet. Yeah" Jay says

"It cant be three feet deep" Kie says

"Then what's the problem?" John B asks

"Not a problem. No, we're good. We're good, she'll make it" Jay says

"Yeah. Fasten your seat belts hold on to something we're going into hyperdrive" John B says

"John B please don't kill us" I says

"I'll say a quick prayer" Jay says

"Three, two one" John B counts and the Twinkie speeds through the water creating  massive splashed in both sides of it

"Faster! Faster" Jay shouts

"Oh lord" I says

"Whoa! Whoa" John B shout

"Speed is your friend, speed is your friend John B!" Jay says

"You got it you got it!" Jay says

"I don't want to die yet!" I shout before the Twinkie got off the road

"No no no no no" John B says in repeat

"I think we miscalculated" Pope says

"You're suppose to be the smart one!" I says

"I knew I should have driven" Jay says

"Yeah too late for that" I says

"Okay maybe we can walk from here?" Pope offers as we were standing out of the Twinkie

"What? And leave the Twinkie? The tide is coming in" John B says

"So then what are we supposed to do?" Sarah asks

"Not stay here" Jay says

"I can take my dad's truck" Kie says

"Kie are you sure?" John B asks

"How much worse can it get you know?" She says

"I am not planning you're funereal" I says

"Fair enough" she says

"We need something to pull her out with, there's the winch at the chateau that's like two miles" Jay says

"Yeah that's a good idea" Kie says

"Liv can you come with us? I am not sure where it is" Jay says

"Oh yeah sure I think I know where it is" I says

We are by Kies parent house, Jay looks inside of the window of Kies dads truck "he's not in there, we're good" he says

We crouch  behind the fence, "are you sure you wanna do this? A little dad theft Auto?" Jay asks

"No" Kie answers

"Sure you don't want to join the daddy issues club?" I sarcastically asks

"Oh my god shut up" she says

"All right go go go go go go" Jay says as he opens the fence for her and she walked in

"Do you think she'll come back alive?" I asks

"She'll be fine" Jay says

It's been a few seconds, Kie comes out and she tosses Jay the keys, Jay got in the passenger seat and I got in the back, kie got in and sat in the front seat and Jay drives away

"This'll only take a sec, I think it's in the surf shack" I says

"Yeah yeah it's in the surf shack, I saw you putting it last time we used it. we'll be right back" Jay says

"Be right back" Jay says and runs until he tripped and I started laughing so hard

"A little bit of sensitive Liv" Jay says

"Oh come on this was hilarious oh my god" I says still laughing

"Yeah. Thank you so much for this Liv, I'll remember that" he says as he got up

"There it is! I told you!" I says walking towards the surf shack but I felt hand grabbing me from being and covering my mouth, I started struggle and fight back

"Liv?" Jay says running towards the surf shack and noticing luke have gabbled me

"I don't wanna to hurt her, I don't want to hurt her, I swear. I thought she was you. I am not going to hurt her" Luke says as he lets go of me and I fell straight to Jays

He belt me got up, "What the fuck? Don't you dare ducking touch her again!" He says

"I won't, I thought she was you okay? I don't want nobody to know I am here" Luke says

Like grabbing you're own son is better? I can't stand this motherfucker.

"How'd you get out?" Jay asks

"Work release. Good behaviour. Can you believe that?" Luke says with a chuckle

"Uh I don't" I says and Jay glances at Luke's bleeding hand

"Yeah... busted a window in a pharmacy" Luke says

It's so fucking obvious he's lying, it's obvious that Jay is not falling for that as well

"Look, I gotta get out of here. That pharmacist, he can ID me" Luke says as Kie horns

"JJ! Liv!" She shout

"I am done with Kildare I am talking about Malcolm's boat and I need to get to the other side of the island" Luke says as Jay grabs the winch before Kie horns again

Kie was a good distraction and me and Jay were about to make a ran for it but Like noticed.

"JJ! JJ!" He whispered-yelled as he grabbed him

"Let him go of him motherfucker!" I shout

"I should've had the phantom but I don't because of you I got your restitution over me. This is your fault" he says and I punch him in the face

"Don't you fucking talk to him like this you piece of shit" I says

"Don't listen to her JJ, you telling me you're not gonna help your own blood?" Luke says as he looks at Jay

Jay shoved Lukes towards the truck

"What the frick? No. Immediately no. Olivia how the fuck did you let that happen?" Kie says

"I tried, His nose bleeding is my job" I says with a shrug

"Just get in the truck" Jay says

"The Twinkie's drowning right now JJ. What is the plan? What is this?" Kie says

"Listen to me. Listen to me, Okay? I need to get into the marina at the island club. There's a boat there he can take. You got the sticker on your truck. Twenty minutes that's all I need" Jay explained

"The Twinkie is gonna be a sub marina in 20 minutes" Kie says

"I know kie" Jay says

"Leave him, and we can come back!" Kie says

"The cops are after him. If I do this now maybe I will never have to do it again" Jay says as he gets into the passenger seat

"Look Kie I know, but we gotta do this, for him" I says and she nods

"I know, I know" she says as got in the front seat leaving me next to Luke.

"Don't look at me." I says as my gaze was at the window

"Hey, pull up to Home Food here. I am gonna need provision" Luke speaks up as we are at our way

We pulls up at a shop and Jay got out of the car

"Crackers and baked beans and tuna all right? And some salt and paper. 5 days worth" Luke says

"I know" Jay says as he walks away and Luke starts to drumming on the seat

"You're a terrible father, you know that?" Kie says, starting conversations as she keeps her gaze ahead

"Yeah preach it to me. Set me straight" Luke says

"Do you have any idea how special you're son is? Like even a clue?" I says keeping my gaze on the window

"He's thief is what he is" he says

"I can do a lot better work then that punch you know" I says

"Yeah you sounds like JJs friend, probably useless like him huh?" He says

"Then what are you? You're just a wasted local salt who never did shit but get messed up and hustle people. Not exactly impressive" I says

"Sounds familiar doesn't it? Maybe your  mother? She's just like you" He says

"Don't you fucking dare taking about my mother you asshole" I says

"Are you an ungrateful shit like she was? I bet you are" he says with a chuckle

"Fucking boys for drugs" he says and I elbow him in the face

"Shut the fuck up about my mom" I says and after a few seconds Jay whistle "hey" he says as he puts the bags in the back

"Let's just get over with it yeah?" Kie says

"Yeah" he answers

Jay glances at Luke, and then at me. I know he knows how to read me.

We arrived at the dock and Jay goes to help Luke with the boat

It's been a few minutes and I walks out of the car, I watched Jay tosses down the rope and his father leaving the island

I walk towards him and I pulled him into a hug and we walked at the dock with our arms around each others

"Why do I feel sad? I hate him so much" he says

"It's okay Jay, I am still worrying about my mother every day but you gotta let it go eventually."

"It's okay to feel sympathy for your dad, even though what he did. It's natural, it's just what you feels you know, you can't control it" i adds and he nods

"Thank you liv" he says and i offers him a smile

"Olivia?" I heard someone's voice and I looked up to see Barry

"Oh hey Barry" I says

"Can you come with me?" He asks

"What do you mean?" I asks

"Look I need you can you come?" He asks

"Uh I can't right no we're in a hurry" I says

"What's the deal?" Jay asks

"It's about your mom" he says

"Wha... what about her?" I asks getting concerned

"She's not doing great, she needs you. just come with me" he says

"Is everything okay?" Kie asks coming out of the trunk

"Uh yeah I just need Olivia" Barry says

"I'll come with you" Jay says

"Olivia has to come alone, your mom is in the hospital and the visit is for family only" Barry says

"Liv come here for a sec" Jay says and takes me to the side

"I don't trust him Liv, why is the visit is only for family and he's here? How'd he found you?" He asks

"I- I don't know maybe because he knows Frank... Jay listen I gotta take care of it" I says

"Please be careful and if there is any trouble call me" he says and I nods

"Yeah" I says and we walks back

"Okay Kie I'll see you later" I says

"Okay text me if you need anything" she says and I nod

"Yeah okay come on" Barry says leading me to a car, I recognise the car but I couldn't tell from where

"What happened to you're motorcycle? Who's car is this?" I asks

"Uh it's Franks, he allowed to B me borrow his car in order to look for you" he says

My first thought when I heard this sentence was that maybe he was trying to turn me in to Frank for money But then it hit me

Frank does not own a car. He has a motorcycle.

"Come in" he says and I didn't, I knew he was lying to me.

"Barry who's car is this?" I asks again, remembering

it was Rafes car.

I saw this car at the night Rafe and Barry came to the chateau and Rafe shot at the air a few times

It was one of the scariest nights of my life.

"Olivia get in" Barry says and I was about to ran away after I realised it's a trap but I felt hand grabbing me from behind and covering my mouth

I could feel it was Rafe, he has a white rag in his hand, I felt something in it, and after a few seconds I immediately figured it was an anaesthetic and I tried to stop my breaths

"It would be a lot easier if you won't fight us" Rafe says and I feels like I can't breath anymore so I gives up as I felt the anaesthetic comings into my veins

"I am sorry kiddo" Barry says and everything went black.

By the way I am getting closer and closer to finish the plot of season 2 of outer banks so I wanted to ask if I should keep on to season 3 or start a new fic?
