Celia Vargas pov

I was sitting inside the chemistry lab. I have no idea what is going on outside. I cannot see anyone. Where are they? Suddenly I heard a loud noise. I think I should do something, I cannot be useless. I leaved the room and followed the noise. It was coming from the English class, which was at the corner in the left of the hallway. As I walked into the room I saw everyone, thankfully they were all okay. That means they must have caught the hunter. Eva had a serious look, Nolan was angry, Shelly was standing behind him with a disgusted look, Jasper looked excited, Asher was somewhat scared and Theodore gazed at me with keen eyes. I peered over his shoulder and I was shocked, it was Ethan Castillo. Oh my god, the hunter was Ethan Castillo. They tied him up with ropes soaked in sulphuric acid, his arms were bleeding and had burned marks. His eyes were closed and blood was rolling down his left eye. They blinded him I guess. A knife was stabbed on his thigh, blood was gushing out of it. I kinda felt bad for him. He is the hunter, thats a shock for me. I thought him as a normal teenage guy but if I come to think of it I am not a normal girl either. If being a hybrid is true.

"What are you going to do with him?" I asked. I don't want them to kill him afterall he has done nothing. He was just doing his job. I have to stop them before they kill him.

"We are going to ask him about other hunters and if he didn't share any information then we will kill him" said Jasper in an excited way.

"I know that voice, it's you Celia Vargas. I didn't suspected you to be a werewolf, you are smart" said Ethan in a low shaky voice and then coughed out blood. They beat the shit out of him. Well he actually remembers my voice, now that's a talent.

"No I am not a werewolf or anything. I don't even want to be here. I didn't ask for this but still I am in this fucking situation" I said with a annoyed look. I wish I never have met Jasper, Shelly or Theodore or even Ethan. My life was perfect untill all this strange things started and all those nightmares. I sighed.

"Oh let me guess, then you must be the hybrid. How come I never noticed that? I should have killed you the first time we met" said Ethan. He knows that too? Wow, everyone knows that I am a hybrid but I myself didn't know that.

"It's enough, kill him" said Theo. I stood in front of Ethan so that they don't hit him. I could tell Eva was annoyed by me. Don't they feel sorry before killing anyone?

"Don't kill him. He didn't do any harm. Why can't we just let him go" I said. Maybe he will not attack us second time. Everyone deserves a second chance. Maybe we can just forget about this whole situation. Ethan started laughing with his bloody mouth open.

"You want to save me after knowing that I can kill you. Are you a fool?" Said Ethan. Yes I am a fool that's why I always help the wrong person but the world has gave me great happiness in return and I have never forgotten it. I stare at Theo he looked angry as hell.

"He killed lot of innocent people" said the guy named Nolan with hatred. No, he can't, I thought hunters protect innocent people.

"You think Ethan is innocent? Then listen, he is the one to burn our whole school down, he is responsible for Kim's condition and he killed Natalie" said Asher loudly with anger. What? Ethan did that? I stare at Ethan's face but it was emotionless. Anger started to boil into me, then he deserves to die. I moved back, I think I should go back home because I cannot see the sight of Ethan getting killed. I cannot believe, Ethan is a killer. Somewhere I felt relieved knowing that Theodore didn't killed Natalie.

"Do you really think killing me would solve your problem? it's look like little Celia doesn't even know the whole truth" said Ethan with a smirk. Truth? What is he talking about? I already know lots of things.

"Shelly take Celia out of here" I heard Theo. No way I am going out without hearing the 'truth' he is talking about. I feel like no one is telling me anything and right now I need to know the truth.

"No I am not going. What are you talking about Ethan? What truth?" I asked with wide eyes. Theo took my hand and forcefully move me out of the room, I pulled away my hand from his grip. It's obvious they are hiding something.

"Trust me he is just trying to play with you, don't believe him" said Theo.

"If you want me to trust you then tell me everything" I said. I don't want to be in shadows. I have all the rights to know the truth. Theo remain silent, I guess he has nothing to say. I walked past him, into the room. Eva and Nolan shared a glance. Shelly's face turned pale, Asher looked serious. Jasper was going to say something but then he stopped.

"Let her know the truth, we cannot hide it from her forever" said Theo with a low voice. Nobody argued or tried to stop me. I walked closer to Ethan, his head was down and blood was dripping.

"What were you saying about me?" I asked with a shaky voice. I was scared. Ethan had a devious smile on his lips. He is enjoying the suspense too much I guess.

"Now we are talking. I was here to kill the hybrid but I think it's too late now, the blue moon is closer" said Ethan with excitement. Blue moon? I have heard about it before.

"What is a blue moon? Why is it so significant?" I asked.

"On the night of blue moon you have to kill someone sharing the same blood with you, to trigger your dormant wolf" he said. What? Same blood! Which means my dad. No, I would never do that. Is this some kind of sick joke? I stare at Jasper and Shelly and other's faces but they looked dead serious. It means it's true.

"No, what if I don't do it? I will die, right? Then I would rather choose my death" I said. I will never kill my dad for something stupid. I feel like i was going to faint. Ethan started laughing. Yeah it must be funny for a psychopath like him.

"That's the curse, you will not die. If you don't kill, then you would became the pathetic beast and loose your humanity forever, eventually you will kill whoever crosses your path. It's a war between you and your wolf and you are not strong enough to stop it" said Ethan with a big smile. Tears started forming iny eyes. Curse? Everyone remain silent. Why no one is saying anything? I looked at Theodore.

"Tell me... it...it's... a joke?" I said, stuttering.

"Everything is going to be fine. There's always a way out" said Theo.

"You are still lying to the poor girl" Ethan said loudly. Jasper and Nolan started torturing him. I moved back and started running. I don't want to be here anymore. Theodore called my name but I didn't look back. Tears were rolling down my cheeks. I cannot believe I am a monster.
