Andy's P.O.V

I hear the water start as I make my way to a changing room in the bathroom, the cold air from the shower rushes pass me and I can't help the laugh that escapes my lips.

"Shut it!" Nate shouts causing me to laugh even more. I hurry into the room and change into a loose hoodie and black sweatpants. I put my wet hair into a high ponytail before leaving the changing room. Nate trudges out the shower not too long after and sends me a deadly glare, I giggle as he makes his way to another changing room.

I jump on the counter, crossing my legs as I sift through my phone, everyone's vacation looked fun but I knew mine was the best. I was in Germany with an amazing guy and my closest friends. Nate comes out of the changing room, he looks my way before making his way over to me. He was wearing a white v-neck and some black joggers, I bit my lip at the sight of him. He stands in front of me with both hands placed on the counter for support.

Chainsmokers - Paris

"Are you done pouting?" I ask as a smile escapes my lips.

"Yes." He says softly and I give him a kiss on his cheek before jumping down from the counter. We walk hand in hand as we leave the building and make our way back to the tents. 

The path was lit up by what felt like millions of fireflies. Their lights flickered as we walked through them, I giggled like a two year old when one landed on my nose. I looked at Nate happily who smiled down at me.

"Your a kid in a 18 year old body." He states dragging me to continue walking.

"I don't want to go yet, they're pretty." I whine like a child, slapping myself internally for proving his point. 

"We'll come back in a sec." He states, we reach the tents quicker than usual knowing the location better. He climbs in his own, I hear shuffling inside before he reappears with a mason jar. A toothy grin appears on my face as I jump up and down, I give him a deadly hug before grabbing his hand and leading us both back to the glowing path.

I jump up and down trying to capture the flies, it was surprisingly difficult because everytime I was close to getting one its light would disappear. Nate got impatient and snatched the jar from me, I watched as he took a stance with determination in his eyes. I struggled to contain my laughter as he trashed about struggling to catch the flies, failing miserably. At least I got one or two, he just lost the ones I had. The laugh I tried so desperately to contain escaped my lips and he snapped his head towards me.

"It's harder than it looks." He states and I nod in understanding struggling to stop smiling.

Eventually we were able to capture some and I marveled at the beautiful creatures in the jar, so small, so precious. We walked back to the tents my eyes not once leaving the jar, for some reason the flies completely fascinated me. 

"I'll see you in the morning." Nate says bringing my attention to him, he started making his way into the tent but I tugged on the bottom of his shirt stopping him. 

"Stay in my tent." I say softly looking at the ground shyly. He turns his attention to me forcing me to look at him, his eyes were glowing even more and his beautiful face shined in the nightlight.

"Just sleeping." I finish sternly and he chuckles a bit, he leads me into the tent and I place the jar at the entrance of the tent.

We squeezed into my sleeping bag and after some shifting, we finally were able to lay comfortably, Nate was flat on his back as I lay on my side with my legs over him. His hands stroked my hair soothingly as I snuggled into his chest. I made circles on his chest as I lay there, we stayed in comfortable silence, enjoying each other's company and warmth.

"Only two more days and its over." Nate says suddenly with a sigh.

"That's a lot of time." I state continuing my circular motion, "stop thinking of the sad things and focus on the good." 

"I am focusing on the good. I'm with you and I'm happy." He stated planting a light kiss on my forehead. I smile hiding my blushing cheeks by pressing my face in his shirt.

Eventually sleep overtook me and before I knew it I drifted off into the land of slumber.

I wake up to someone poking my cheek, my eyes slowly open expecting Nate but widen at the site of David hovering me.

I sit up in a hurry only to butt heads with him, I look around rubbing my forehead searching for Nate but my sleeping bag was empty. I frown patting the sleeping bag to make sure he isn't invisible.

"Where's Nate?" I ask rubbing my eyes.  

"He went to get breakfast with Emily and you sleeping was extremely boring, so I woke you up." He responds with a cheeky smile which makes me frown. I glance down at the entrance of the tent, the mason jar was still there but the flies weren't.

"What happened to my babies?" I ask in distress.

"Babies? You and Nate are moving very fast." He says with a smirk and I punch his arm, he probably didn't know about the flies so I decided to leave it until Nate came back. 

"How was last night?" I ask stretching slightly.

"Epic! I have so many ideas for my next party. They had a lot of great artist, but then Kygo appeared. Fucking Kygo!" He screams shaking the tent slightly with his height. I smile pretending to know who Kygo was, I didn't want to burst his bubble so I sat nodding every once in  while as he ranted about the night before.

"So how are you and Emily?" I ask when he finishes, his eyes widen before he smiles.

"We're good." 

"That's it? Come on tap into your inner Tumblr girl." I say nudging him causing him to chuckle.

"We are really good. She makes me happy and that's all I ever wanted." He states as he stares at a spot in the tent, thinking of Emily.

"Your Tumblr girl sucks." He looks up at me and I apologise quickly.

"Your lucky your my friend." He says and I hug him tightly. He returns the hug, we pull away and continue our conversation. 

Eventually Nate and Emily show up with bags of food with everyone's names written boldly on them. David and Emily climb into the other tent while Nate and I stay in our own stuffing our face with the food. He got me three grilled, Reuben sandwiches and a large sprite. I swear I made his lips bleed with the amount of kisses I gave him, he knew me so well.

"What happened to my fireflies?" I ask when I finish my food.

"I set them free." He states nonchalantly, my mouth drops open.

"Why?" I ask throwing my hands around like a crazy person.

"They needed to be free love." He says puling me onto his lap like a child. I pout angrily and he plants a kiss on my cheek.

"Yeah whatever. What are we doing today?" I ask him throwing my arms on his shoulders looking into his eyes.

"We are going to every attraction in this damn place." He says with determination, I knew I wouldn't be able to walk this entire thing. He'd definitely have to carry me a few times and he knew that, but if he was willing to then who was I to stop him. 

"Yay." I say trying to sound excited, he knew that would be the most he'd get out of me and just laughed.

This would be one long ass day.

"Nate, I don't think I can continue." I complain as my feet drag along the floor behind Nate, who seemed to have a never ending source of energy.

"Your fine Andy, stop complaining." He says grabbing my hand and leading me off somewhere. We continue exploring for another thirty minutes before I see a bench and run for it.

I sit down on the bench trying to catch my breath, the amount I was huffing and puffing was inhumane. I hated the amount of walking I was forced to do, I was carried a few times but not as much as I thought I'd be. It was insane how big this place was, we went to every single stage dancing before going back to exploring.

It was exhausting.

I sat awkwardly waiting for Nate to return from The Brewery, I think you could make your own drink concoction and he was so excited to do just that. I close my eyes laying my head back as the sun shone down on my face. Suddenly someone stands in front of me, casting a shadow over me. My eyes shoot up to meet a smiling Scotty with Carmen warmth around his waist.

"Andy!" He screams like child and I try best to muster a smile. 

"Hey guys." I say as my voice strains, I was really starting to feel bad. 

"You okay hun?" Carmen asks and I nod, the movement causes a sharp pang in my head but I brush it off.

"I'm fine." I say with a weak smile trying to ignore the fact that her and Scott's faces were merging together.

Before she could further interrogate me. Nate pops up with two drinks in hand, he hands me one but for some reason I didn't have the stomach for it. I didn't even sip it, my body just wasn't thirsty nor hungry which was strange. I pretend to sip it as I listen to the others talk. 

"We'll were going to the Rose Garden, you guys want to come?" Carmen asks and Natt smiles in response without waiting for my response.

"Nate I-"

"Come on Andy, stop complaining." He says grabbing his stuff before standing up. 

I sigh before I do the same, I walk with the others for a good five minutes before I start to feel the hairs on my skin standing. I slowly start trailing behind the others, unable to keep at their pace. My legs felt like jello, my head hurt like crazy, my stomach was turning inside out and I could barely see as far as my hand. I stop walking as I feel my legs threatening to give out, I try to call the others as they walk ahead but my voice comes out like hoarse whisper.

My ears start ringing and my heart rate slows down restricting my breathing. I outstretch my hand as I see a blurry figure running towards me, my eyes roll to the back of my head as I fall backwards.

Then,

Darkness.
