has my body lost its soul;
has my heart lost its beat?

have the flowers lost their fragrance;
do they feel naked without their petals?

has the spring forgotten how to bloom;
have the winters lost their gloom?

have the winds lost their breeze;
has the cold forgotten how to freeze?

have my eyes gone dry;
has my hair lost its shine?

Has the sun forgotten how to burn;
has the moon missed its turn?
