there once was a writer
little stories he wrote
from simplest of friendship
to an alien's magic cloak
but then came a day
when he handed over his pen
and let the readers decide
what would happen when
with his originality gone
he was trapped in an oasis
the once happy writer
had now become a character
lost between his own pages
