No regrets,
Because regret only weighs you down
With pointless negativity.

When you tell yourself "no regrets",
You're saying that you wish to forget.

Forget your regrets,
And nothing will ever come of them.

Yet what about mistakes?
Everybody makes them,
And everybody learns from them.

Do you not regret your errors?

If you do,
Why toss them away
As if they never happened?

Flaws are essential
To grow as a human being
And overcome past problems.

Don't jeopardize your future,
Attempting to be strong,
By trying to pretend
As though you have no weaknesses.

If even Achilles had a weak spot,
Then so do you.

You may not be perfect,
But there isn't a living soul on Earth who is.

So regrets,
Because regret originates from mistakes
And mistakes shape us into who we are meant to be.
