A welcome feeling,
Inciting smiles and contentment,
Containing happy memories
Of a forgotten childhood.

Crying tears of joy,
For a missing part of your past
Has been rediscovered.

Yet also an unwelcome feeling,
Inciting frowns and disappointment,
Containing sad reminders
Of the glimmers that shined through a depressing childhood.

Crying tears of anger,
For a lost part of your past
Has been dug up without being prepared.

Nonetheless, there's a surge of euphoria,
All stemming from a deep-seated nostalgia.

So yesterday I watched all 3 HSM movies for the first time in nearly a decade.
