The foundation of trust shakes,
The wall of reliability crumbles,
As though a bomb is slowly exploding,
And all anyone can do is watch in a state of frozen terror,
Wondering why the earth itself has turned against us.

During every ticking second,
Haunts stress,
And there in the darkness,
Lurks fear.

Shadows consume everything,
Chaos takes full control,
Everyone wishes for the light to return,
Yet none do what they must,
So it all turns to dust.

Promises are broken,
Uncertainty reigns over,
Guarantees become lies,
And the world can no longer handle the pressure.

Although the foundations shook,
And the walls crumbled,
A fire now burns within,
Igniting hearts with passion and rage,
Ready for the war they will wage.

School just got an infinite amount more stressful, no thanks to the school board.
